Statisticsshowthatstresscomesfromeverydetailinourlife.Financialproblems,poorhealth,beinglaidoffmaybethestressthatmostadultsnowsuffering.Asstudentsintheuniversity,wearealsounderourspecialstress.Whilestudy,havingtotakevarioustestsandsubmitaprojectagainstadeadlinemayputagreatpressureonus.Andthethingsmakeusfeltstressedmaybeourparents'sgreatere*pectationsonusthanwecouldreach.Later,whenwearelikelytograduate,someotherproblemswillalsoannoyus.Ithinkwewillworryalotaboutourabilitytocompeteinthejobmarketandhowwecanbestusewhatwe'velearnedatcollegeinourfuturejob.

Thechiefproblemweshouldfacetoisouratitudetowardsstressleusuallysaytheycannotliveinthesune*cepttheyescapefromstress.It'sunwelcome!Yes,however,verynecessary.Justimageaworldwherestressdoesnote*istandpeopleleadtheirlifeinaverycomfortableway.Butisthiskindoflivingconditionasperfectaswehope?Withoutstress,theymayfeelverysatisfiedwiththecurrentlifebutlackofpowertodiscovernewthings.Toomuchsatisfactionresultinnothinge*ceptacountermarchofthesociety.Nostress,nodevelopment.Soacertainamountofstressisgood.Itcanstimulateusandincreaseourlevelofalertness.

Andouranswertostressisanothervitalproblem.Howtodowithourselveswhenstresssuddenlybreakintoourlife?Towavethewhiteflagandadmitourunability,togiveuptoourideality,orworstly,justtosuicideastoputanendtoeverything.Ofcausenot.Theprincipleistotacklewithstressgentlelyandharmoniously.Weshouldtryourbesttoreleaseourselves.Suchastodosomee*ercise,tolinsentotraditionalChinesemusicorclassicalmusictoeaseourmindsandtolearntoviewthesechangesoflifeaschallenges'snousecryingoverspiltmilk.Onlytoacceptwhathashappenedcansolvetheproblem.
