天線檢查步驟:1.斷開CC供電

Verifytheantennapowersupply

1.CC需要上電TheCarbonecontrollerhastobepowered.2.CPS板的”BT”燈亮綠燈,否則CC機(jī)籠未上電,需要檢查電源。ThegreenLED“BT”oftheCPSboardhastobelightonotherwisetheCarboneControlerrackisnotpowered,thencheckthepowersupplydistribution3.CPS板的“Ant”燈亮綠燈,否則移除連接器插頭,如果LED一直滅燈,則CPS故障,需要更換CC機(jī)籠。ThegreenLED“Ant”oftheCPSboardhastobelighton,otherwiseremovetheantennaconnectorplug,iftheLEDisalwayslightofftheCPSboardisfailedandtheantennaisnotpowered,thenreplacetheCarboneControllerrack. 4.車載ATC子系統(tǒng)維護(hù) On-BoardATCsub-systemmaintenance--P60拆移天線并安裝新的天線

Removetheantennaandplacethenewone1.關(guān)掉CC電源。SwitchoffthepowersupplyofCC2.使用鴨嘴鉗拆下連接器插頭Removetheconnectorplugwithgripingtongs3.拆下減震器和天線3.1拆下接地辮Removethegroundingbraid3.2拆除天線,然后支架板,然后減震器。Removetheantennathensupportplatethenthedamper.4.安裝新的減震器,然后支架板,然后天線。Installthenewdamperthensupportplatethentheantenna5.手動(dòng)擰上天線連接器插頭并用鴨嘴鉗擰緊。Screwtheantennaconnectorplugandlockitwithgripingtongs4.車載ATC子系統(tǒng)維護(hù)On-BoardATCsub-systemmaintenance--P61檢查新天線功能1.CC上電PowerontheCC2.檢查CBS板上AT以及5V燈亮綠燈。ChecktheCBSboardthatATand5VLEDSongreen3.在信標(biāo)天線下移動(dòng)信標(biāo),信標(biāo)與天線距離為180mm到350mm,檢查CBS板:Movethebeaconundertheantennawithdistancebetween180mmand350mm,checktheCBSthat:讀到信標(biāo)時(shí)MM燈亮黃燈。TheyellowLED”MM”islightonduringbeaconreading.信標(biāo)中心通過天線中心時(shí),”TL”燈亮黃燈。TheyellowLED“TL”islightonwhenthebeaconcentrepassundertheantennacentre如果LED顯示不正常,則應(yīng)檢查天線與CBS的連接。 IftheLEDdisplayisabnormaltheconnectionbetweentheantennaandCBSshallbecheck. 4.車載ATC子系統(tǒng)維護(hù) On-BoardATCsub-systemmaintenance--P62故障檢修

Correctivemaintenance更換里程計(jì)—主要步驟

Odometerchange-mainsteps檢查里程計(jì)的電源Verifytheodometerpowersupply

1.CC需要上電TheCarbonecontrollerhastobepowered.2.CPS板的”BT”燈亮綠燈,否則CC機(jī)籠未上電,需要檢查電源。ThegreenLED“BT”oftheCPSboardhastobelightonotherwisetheCarboneControlerrackisnotpowered,thencheckthepowersupplydistribution3.CPS板的“PWR”燈亮綠燈,否則移除連接器插頭,如果LED一直滅燈,則CPS故障,需要更換CC機(jī)籠。ThegreenLED“PWR”oftheCPSboardhastobelighton,otherwiseremovetheantennaconnectorplug,iftheLEDisalwayslightofftheCPSboardisfailedandtheantennaisnotpowered,thenreplacetheCarboneControllerrack. 4.車載ATC子系統(tǒng)維護(hù) On-BoardATCsub-systemmaintenance--P63拆下里程計(jì)并安裝新的里程計(jì)Removetheodometerandplacethenewone1.關(guān)掉CC電源SwitchoffthepowersupplyofCC2.拆下里程計(jì)Removetheodometer2.1卸下固定電纜Removethecablefixation2.2卸下連接器插頭Removetheconnectorplug2.3卸下4個(gè)螺絲,卸下里程計(jì)主體Removethe4screwsandthentheodometerbody. 4.車載ATC子系統(tǒng)維護(hù) On-BoardATCsub-systemmaintenance--P64安裝新里程計(jì)前應(yīng)先檢查里程計(jì)1.插上里程計(jì)電纜Plugtheodometercable2.開啟CC電源PoweronCC3.手動(dòng)模擬移動(dòng)(大約4分之一圈),檢查CBS板的顯示:Simulateadisplacement(around?round)withonehandandcheckontheCBScardoftheCarboneControlerrackrelatedtothecheckedodometer:“CP”燈以車速閃爍theLED“CP”isflashingattherateofthetrainspeed“D+”或”D-“根據(jù)列車移動(dòng)方向閃爍theLED“D+”and“D-“isflashingaccordingtothetraindisplacementdirection如果LED顯示不正常,則應(yīng)檢查里程計(jì)與CBS的連接。IftheLEDdisplayisabnormaltheconnectionbetweentheodometerandCBSshallbecheck.
