1.高中或同等學歷

申請馬來西亞本科需要有高中或同等學歷比如高職和中專的文憑，專科學生也要有高中或同等學歷文憑。畢業(yè)之前申請公立大學的同學在確保可以拿到文憑的前提，提供學校開具的預畢業(yè)證明提前申請即可。

2.成績合格

一、迎新周

不管是哪一所大學，開學的第一周，都是不會安排上課的，主要是給學生對學校有足夠熟悉和了解的時間，以及辦理入學和其他事宜，社團也會在這段時間安排納新，大家要抓住機會。

在這周之內，大家需要安排的事情是比較多的，先要將入學辦好，然后確定下住宿，該辦的證件和卡都要盡快地提交申請，這樣后學就不需要額外花時間進行準備了。

二、課程熟悉

新的學期開始后，大家還要盡快的將自己的課程選好，選課是在迎新周內進行的，大家在獲取了自己的學生身份之后，直接登陸，進入到選課界面，直接勾選自己想讀的課程。
