Nowadays，lotsofuniversitygraduatescomplainthatitisreallyhardtogetagoodjob。Asisshowninthepicture，wecanseeclearlyhowterriblethesituationis。Thepictureshowsthattherearealargenumberofpeoplewaitinginlinefortheinterview。Onemansays：“justgivemesomefoodtoliveisenough”，anotherguyevenshouts：“ifthere"snopay，Iwillstillwanttogetit”。

Whyit"ssohardforuniversitygraduatestofindajob？Ithinkthereareseveralreasons。Ontheonehand，thenumberofuniversitygraduatesisincreasingveryfast，andthereisnotenoughjobsforthem；Ontheotherhand，universitygraduatesdonotliketogetajobwithalowsalary，instead，theyexpecttofindaneasypositionwithahighsalary。Finally，somegraduateslackofexperience。

Howtodealwithsuchproblems？AsfarasIamconcerned，F(xiàn)irstthegovernmentshouldcreatemorejobsforuniversitygraduates；Second，graduatesshoutkeepinmindthatdonotexpecthighpayatthebeginning。Atlast，graduatesshouldstudyhardtoimprovethemselves。
