發(fā)放編號：文件編號：格瑞特2×135MW煤矸石發(fā)電工程#1爐緊身封閉結(jié)構(gòu)安裝施工作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書山東迪爾安裝集團(tuán)有限公司2008年3月格瑞特2×135MW煤矸石發(fā)電工程#1爐緊身封閉結(jié)構(gòu)安裝施工作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書編制：孔標(biāo)審核：張保存批準(zhǔn)：邢憲東批準(zhǔn)日期：2008年3月5日目錄TOC\o"1-2"\h\z\u1.適用范圍2.編制依據(jù)3.工程概況4.作業(yè)準(zhǔn)備及作業(yè)條件5.作業(yè)順序、方法6.工藝質(zhì)量控制點(diǎn)7.質(zhì)量記錄8.作業(yè)的安全要求及措施9.環(huán)境因素控制措施10.文明施工要求及措施附圖一附圖二、1.適用范圍本施工作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書適用于朔州市格瑞特2×135MW煤矸石綜合利用發(fā)電項(xiàng)目#1鍋爐緊身封閉結(jié)構(gòu)的安裝施工。2.編制依據(jù)2.1朔州市格瑞特2×135MW煤矸石綜合利用發(fā)電項(xiàng)目土建安裝工程發(fā)電廠部分合同；2.2上海鍋爐廠有限公司提供的鍋爐緊身封閉結(jié)構(gòu)安裝圖紙；2.3《電力建設(shè)施工及驗(yàn)收技術(shù)規(guī)范》（鍋爐機(jī)組篇）DL/T5047-95；2.4《火力發(fā)電廠焊接技術(shù)規(guī)程》（焊接篇）DL/T869-2004；2.5《電力建設(shè)安全工作規(guī)程》1996年版；2.6《火電施工質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)及評定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（鍋爐篇）》1996年版；2.7《火電施工質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)及評定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》DL/5009.1-2002；2.8《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工及驗(yàn)收規(guī)范》（GB50205-2001）；2.92×135MW煤矸石綜合利用發(fā)電項(xiàng)目土建安裝工程施工組織總設(shè)計(jì)》；《2×135MW煤矸石綜合利用發(fā)電工程鍋爐專業(yè)施工組織設(shè)計(jì)》；山東迪爾安裝集團(tuán)有限公司下發(fā)的質(zhì)量/環(huán)境/職業(yè)健康安全管理體系相關(guān)文件。3.工程概況3.1工程簡介山西省鍋爐為上海電氣集團(tuán)上海鍋爐廠有限公司設(shè)計(jì)制造并供貨的型號為SG-480/13.7-M571的超高壓、一次中間再熱、循環(huán)流化床、自然循環(huán)汽包鍋爐。鍋爐9m運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)層以上采用全鋼結(jié)構(gòu)緊身封閉框架，緊身封閉框架由柱、橫梁、托架、檁條、檁托、斜撐、吊桿等組成；框架封閉由內(nèi)外墻板和保溫層構(gòu)成，內(nèi)外墻板采用彩色壓形板，內(nèi)墻板采用厚度為0.6mm彩色壓形板，外墻板采用厚度為0.8mm彩色壓形板，內(nèi)外彩色壓形板間填保溫層，其厚度為100mm的超細(xì)保溫玻璃棉。緊身封閉面：鍋爐兩側(cè)面1、5軸線，鍋爐前后面G、K軸線。3.2施工方案簡述3.3.3.2.3鍋爐緊身框架安裝完成檢查合格后，進(jìn)行封閉圍板的安裝，具體安裝3.3工作量3.3.3.21軸線（1列）框架安裝，安裝重量為48.702t；1列封閉圍板安裝，安裝重量為33.565t；內(nèi)外墻板間的保溫棉鋪設(shè)，共1900㎡。3.3.35軸線（5列）框架安裝，安裝重量為59.562t；5列封閉圍板安裝，安裝重量為31.052t；內(nèi)外墻板間的保溫棉鋪設(shè)，共1900㎡。3.3.4K排框架（爐后）安裝，安裝重量為37.934t；K排封閉圍板安裝，安裝重量為26.999t；內(nèi)外墻板間的保溫棉鋪設(shè)，共1600㎡。3.3.5全爐緊身封閉用自攻螺絲6萬多只，防水鉚釘近2萬只。4.作業(yè)準(zhǔn)備及作業(yè)條件4.1機(jī)械、工器具配備鍋爐緊身封閉安裝主要施工機(jī)械見下表：鍋爐包覆過熱器安裝主要施工機(jī)械、器具一覽表序號名稱規(guī)格數(shù)量1倒鏈2T15只2汽車起重機(jī)QY161臺3卷揚(yáng)機(jī)2t2臺4螺旋千斤頂5-10t2臺5載重汽車5t1臺6交流焊機(jī)國產(chǎn)BX系列6臺7水平尺502把8電鉆4臺9裁板機(jī)2臺10折板機(jī)1臺11無齒鋸1臺12線墜1kg4個(gè)13透明膠水平管Ф1260米14卷尺50m2把15撬棒加工滿足需要4.1.1所有施工用機(jī)械設(shè)備通過監(jiān)測簽證、保養(yǎng)，滿足及時(shí)調(diào)用條件。4.1.2扳手、電鉆、折板機(jī)、裁板機(jī)、記號筆、電焊工具、氣焊工具、盤尺、水平尺、經(jīng)緯儀工具等完好到位，施工用電配置到位。4.1.3常用測量用具均通過校驗(yàn)并在有效期內(nèi)。4.2施工人員配備及資格要求施工勞動力組織見下表：序號工種人數(shù)備注序號工種人數(shù)1鍋爐專工1技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人1焊工62安全專工1安全負(fù)責(zé)人2起重工33質(zhì)量專工1質(zhì)量負(fù)責(zé)人3架工104施工隊(duì)長1施工負(fù)責(zé)人4力工105班組技術(shù)員1班組技術(shù)5鉚工106班組質(zhì)檢員1施工質(zhì)量6鉗工47班組安全員1施工安全78合計(jì)78合計(jì)434.2.1人員資質(zhì)和數(shù)量滿足作業(yè)要求，能夠勝任緊身封閉的安裝工作。4.2.2所有的參加安裝作業(yè)的人員均需通過三級安全教育。4.2.3凡參加高空作業(yè)的人員應(yīng)進(jìn)行體格檢查，經(jīng)醫(yī)生診斷患有精神病、高血壓等疾病者，不得進(jìn)行安裝作業(yè)。4.2.4起重工、架子工、電焊工須持證上崗。4.2.5作業(yè)的安裝工須有相應(yīng)的資質(zhì)水平和技能，并熟練掌握鍋爐緊身封閉的安裝工藝和程序。4.3設(shè)備、材料、力能供應(yīng)4.3.1緊身封閉設(shè)備構(gòu)件及附件全部到貨，經(jīng)清點(diǎn)驗(yàn)收合格。4.3.2設(shè)備圖紙已全部到位，具備施工條件。4.3.3現(xiàn)場施工用電、用水、用氣已能夠滿足施工要求。4.3.4安全用具、安全設(shè)施已經(jīng)落實(shí)。4.4施工場地及環(huán)境要求施工場地、道路經(jīng)平整夯實(shí)，具備運(yùn)輸和吊裝條件，且暢通；施工環(huán)境應(yīng)滿足現(xiàn)場焊接工作的需要，有必要的防風(fēng)、防凍措施；施工區(qū)域的安全防護(hù)設(shè)施已配置，個(gè)人安全防護(hù)用具已領(lǐng)用4.5上道工序的確認(rèn)設(shè)備構(gòu)件及附件全部到貨，經(jīng)清點(diǎn)驗(yàn)收合格，鍋爐大型設(shè)備已安裝到位并確認(rèn)可以進(jìn)行緊身封閉的安裝工作。5.作業(yè)順序、方法5.1作業(yè)流程圖5.2作業(yè)內(nèi)容、方法及要求5.2.1作業(yè)準(zhǔn)備5.2.1.1使用的機(jī)械設(shè)備和工器具處于正常狀態(tài)；5.2.1.2滿足施工要求的場地已具備條件；5.2.1.3測量器具的規(guī)格、量程、精度等級滿足要求，且在有效期內(nèi)，確保量值的傳遞；5.2.1.4相關(guān)材料和設(shè)備已到貨，質(zhì)量和數(shù)量滿足施工要求，確保連續(xù)作業(yè)；5.2.1.5設(shè)計(jì)文件和相應(yīng)的制造文件、圖紙滿足作業(yè)要求。5.2.2緊身框架的安裝緊身結(jié)構(gòu)的吊裝是采用二臺2t卷揚(yáng)機(jī)進(jìn)行吊裝，在托架、檁托安裝完成后，從鍋爐爐頂鋼結(jié)構(gòu)頂面，在緊身結(jié)構(gòu)安裝作業(yè)面挑出兩根I25字鋼（見附圖一）來進(jìn)行對柱、橫梁以及檁條的吊裝、就位。5.2.2.1緊身框架在安裝前要對所有的設(shè)備進(jìn)行清點(diǎn)，編號，按先后安裝順序進(jìn)行設(shè)備的倒運(yùn)。5.2.2.2托架及檁托的安裝：以鍋爐鋼結(jié)構(gòu)1m標(biāo)高線為基準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)，在各安裝立面鋼結(jié)構(gòu)立柱上按照緊身框架圖紙的要求劃出托架、檁托的標(biāo)高。注：1、因檁托安裝點(diǎn)比較多，要求以一個(gè)基準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)劃出各檁托的安裝標(biāo)高，不允許各疊加劃出各點(diǎn)標(biāo)高。2、托架及檁托的焊接嚴(yán)格按照圖紙的要求進(jìn)行施焊，沒有要求的部分按6mm的焊高進(jìn)行施焊。5.2.2.3緊身框架柱上的檁托在地面根據(jù)圖紙的要求安裝、焊接好后進(jìn)行吊裝。5.2.2.4吊裝柱，在爐頂布置一臺卷揚(yáng)機(jī)與柱安裝位置對應(yīng)來對各柱進(jìn)行吊裝、就位，柱是從下而上進(jìn)行對各層立柱的安裝。5.2.2.5當(dāng)?shù)谝粚又惭b完成后進(jìn)行橫梁的安裝，橫梁吊裝同樣采用從爐頂布置卷揚(yáng)機(jī)，可用一臺也可用兩臺卷揚(yáng)機(jī)抬吊就位，在橫梁吊裝前必須兩端栓上溜繩，以防止吊裝過程中碰其它設(shè)備而產(chǎn)生危險(xiǎn)。第一層柱和橫梁安裝完成后進(jìn)行第二層柱和橫梁的安裝，安裝方法同第一層柱和橫梁。5.2.2.6當(dāng)緊身立面的柱與橫梁安裝完畢后進(jìn)行檁條的安裝工作。檁條吊裝根據(jù)實(shí)物的大小來進(jìn)行選用吊裝手段，即采用卷揚(yáng)機(jī)吊裝就位和用棕繩穿開口人拉就位。檁條安裝從上而下進(jìn)行。5.2.2.7檁條安裝完成后進(jìn)行剛性層的檁條的斜撐的安裝，在斜撐安裝定位、焊接前需將支撐上下檁條調(diào)整到一個(gè)水平面后方可進(jìn)行定位、焊接。5.2.2.8剛性層檁條、斜撐定位、焊接完成后進(jìn)行吊桿的安裝，吊桿的安裝要求從剛性層開始進(jìn)行，調(diào)平好一層后再進(jìn)行下一層檁條吊桿的安裝，直至安裝到最下層。5.2.3圍板的安裝圍板安裝必須在緊身框架安裝驗(yàn)收后進(jìn)行，安裝順序采用自下而上1列、G面、5列、K面緊身封閉面同時(shí)施工，確保各拐角板安裝同時(shí)跟上（以內(nèi)外墻板的高度為一層，逐層向上進(jìn)行作業(yè)。），以便安全作業(yè)。在圍板安裝前需制作作業(yè)吊籠，以便安裝內(nèi)外墻板和保溫棉的鋪設(shè)（見附圖二）。5.2.3.1緊身框架安裝完成后進(jìn)行外墻板的安裝，安裝從9m層開始向上安裝，外墻板采用V125厚度為0.8mm彩色壓形板（外墻板安裝嚴(yán)格按照圖紙編號要求對號入座，不得用錯(cuò)，在安裝時(shí)上下邊緣標(biāo)高符合圖紙要求。），安裝固定在檁條的外側(cè)槽型外翼緣板的外側(cè)，固定用Ф5.5×55的自攻螺絲，兩內(nèi)墻板間的豎縫搭接處用Ф5×15防水鉚釘鉚住。5.2.3.2一層外墻板完成作業(yè)后鋪設(shè)保溫棉，保溫棉鋪設(shè)要求寬度選用合理，保溫棉鋪設(shè)在檁條的外側(cè)，鋪設(shè)前先在外墻板的內(nèi)側(cè)布置好雙面膠帶
