module將模塊經(jīng)積木式相互錯縫插接拼裝成現(xiàn)澆混凝土墻體的夾芯保溫層，將金屬熱鍍鋅電焊網(wǎng)固定在連接橋外側(cè)端頭的預(yù)制卡槽內(nèi)，再通過連接橋和組合配件將內(nèi)外兩側(cè)模板連接和緊固，形成模塊外側(cè)有50mm、內(nèi)側(cè)有符合結(jié)構(gòu)墻體厚度的兩道空腔模板組合。在結(jié)構(gòu)墻體空腔內(nèi)，按設(shè)計要求置入鋼筋，澆筑混凝土，待混凝土達到拆模臨界強度，拆除墻體內(nèi)外兩側(cè)模板，構(gòu)成模塊外側(cè)有50mm厚的現(xiàn)澆防護面層、內(nèi)側(cè)有符合結(jié)構(gòu)墻體厚度的、具有保溫承重和滿足不燃燒體防火要求的現(xiàn)澆混凝土夾芯保溫復(fù)合墻體。夾芯保溫現(xiàn)澆系統(tǒng)選用表觀密度30kg/m3的模塊做保溫層。外側(cè)的50mm自密實現(xiàn)澆混凝土防護面層內(nèi)，電焊網(wǎng)網(wǎng)絲2.0~2.2mm、網(wǎng)格50mm×50mm，保護層厚15mm?，F(xiàn)澆混凝土外墻外保溫建筑節(jié)能體系----EPS模塊夾芯保溫Situ
