system施工方法:每層模塊粘貼組合交圈處出現(xiàn)的非整塊,應(yīng)使用模塊切割器按所需要的形狀和規(guī)格現(xiàn)場加工,按標準完成交圈處的企口插接組合,不得用手鋸切割模塊和平口對接縫組合。Construction

seam.防火隔離帶(泡沫玻璃模塊):沿門窗上口水平方向交圈設(shè)置,高度300mm,厚度與模塊等同,與基層墻體無空腔粘貼,并用直徑不小于5mm、間距不大于500mm的金屬鍍鋅錨栓加強;錨栓距防火隔離帶端頭不應(yīng)大于100mm。厚抹灰防護面層,可取消防火隔離帶,但應(yīng)將門窗上口內(nèi)側(cè)復(fù)合墻體的外露端頭,用厚度不小于20mm的泡沫玻璃板密閉覆蓋。二、外保溫建筑節(jié)能體系Second,

module將模塊經(jīng)積木式相互錯縫插接拼裝成現(xiàn)澆混凝土墻體的夾芯保溫層,將金屬熱鍍鋅電焊網(wǎng)固定在連接橋外側(cè)端頭的預(yù)制卡槽內(nèi),再通過連接橋和組合配件將內(nèi)外兩側(cè)模板連接和緊固,形成模塊外側(cè)有50mm、內(nèi)側(cè)有符合結(jié)構(gòu)墻體厚度的兩道空腔模板組合。在結(jié)構(gòu)墻體空腔內(nèi),按設(shè)計要求置入鋼筋,澆筑混凝土,待混凝土達到拆模臨界強度,拆除墻體內(nèi)外兩側(cè)模板,構(gòu)成模塊外側(cè)有50mm厚的現(xiàn)澆防護面層、內(nèi)側(cè)有符合結(jié)構(gòu)墻體厚度的、具有保溫承重和滿足不燃燒體防火要求的現(xiàn)澆混凝土夾芯保溫復(fù)合墻體。夾芯保溫現(xiàn)澆系統(tǒng)選用表觀密度30kg/m3的模塊做保溫層。外側(cè)的50mm自密實現(xiàn)澆混凝土防護面層內(nèi),電焊網(wǎng)網(wǎng)絲2.0~2.2mm、網(wǎng)格50mm×50mm,保護層厚15mm?,F(xiàn)澆混凝土外墻外保溫建筑節(jié)能體系----EPS模塊夾芯保溫Situ
