relevantparticipatingcompaniesaccordingtotherequirementsofDocumentJianBiao〔2013〕

No.169issuedbyMinistryofConstruction（MOC）-“NoticeonPrintingtheDevelopmentand

RevisionPlanofNationalEngineeringConstructionStandardsin2014”.Therevisionteamhas

conductedinvestigations，summarizedexperiencesofinstallationofrollingmillmechanicalequipmentfor

decadeofyears，carriedoutmonographicstudy，usedalotofliteratureandengineeringdocumentsas

referenceandtakenadvicewidelyfromrelevantparticipatingorganizationsandexpertsintheprocessof

revision，finallydevelopedthisrevieweddraft.

Thecodecomprises17chaptersand4appendixeswiththemaincontentsasfollows：general

provisions，basicrequirement，equipmentfoundation，anchorboltandpacker，equipmentand

materials，rollingmill，shears，uncoilerandcoiler，rollertable，coolingbed，conveyor，transferand

2.0.1

Therollingmillmechanicalequipmentinstallationshallhavecorrespondingconstruction

technicalstandard，qualitymanagementsystem，qualitycontrolandinspectioninstitution，construction

organizationdesignandconstructionoperationdocuments.

2.0.2

Theconstructiondrawingmodificationshallhavesigneddocumentsfromthedesign

company.

2.0.3

Themetrologicalverificationandcalibrationqualificationinstrumentsshallbeusedinthe

qualityinspectionandacceptanceofrollingmillmechanicalequipmentengineering.Theaccuracy

shallmeettheaccuracyrequirementsofinspecteditem，alsoneedtoguaranteethattheirutilityshall

withinvalidperiod.

2.0.4

Peopleengagedinspecialoperationsshallholdspecial-typeworksafetyoperationcertificate

andprofessionalqualificationcertificateforrollingmillmechanicalequipmentinstallation，andcan

workforapproveditemsandinrecognizedscopeofwork.

2.0.5

Equipmentinstallationshallbeperformedinaccordancewiththeprescribedprocedures.Complete

theinspectionacceptanceandthencompiletherecordsaftereachprocedureaccomplishment.The

nextconstructionprocedurecannotcarryonwithoutinspectionandacceptance.

Forequipmentsecondarygroutingandotherconcealedworksofrollingmillmechanical

equipmentinstallation，constructioncompanyshallcarryoutandpasstheself-inspectionfirst，and

thennotifysupervisorandrelevantcompaniestocheckandsignanacceptancerecordbefore

concealedworksisexecuted.

Inspectionandacceptanceshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththedivisionofsubsection

project，subentryprojectandunitprojectafterconstructioncompanyhavefinishedandpassedthe

self-inspection.Thedivisionofsubsectionandsubentryengineeringforrollingmillmechanical

equipmentengineeringshouldbeinaccordancewiththosespecifiedinTable2.0.7.
