本課程旨在從理論和實(shí)踐兩方面向大學(xué)生講解學(xué)術(shù)論文寫作的基本知識(shí),獲取論文寫作的有效信息,掌握論文寫作的方法和技巧,為以后的教學(xué)、科研和管理工作奠定良好的基礎(chǔ)。

八、課程的基本要求:本課程是為通過大學(xué)英語四級(jí)的非英語專業(yè)學(xué)生開設(shè)的,每周兩節(jié)課。每單元用英語講授,以必要的漢語補(bǔ)充解釋,課堂內(nèi)安排一定的時(shí)間組織學(xué)生小組討論和個(gè)人發(fā)言。九、課程的主要內(nèi)容:

本課程包括以下內(nèi)容:選題、資料查詢、筆記整理、主題論述、寫摘要、擬提綱、文獻(xiàn)綜述、確定研究方法、設(shè)計(jì)研究內(nèi)容、收集數(shù)據(jù)、組織數(shù)據(jù)和分析數(shù)據(jù)等寫作技巧,以及包括如何使用引語、標(biāo)列夾注和尾注、參考文獻(xiàn)和書目等論文寫作的基本格式。

十、說明:

本課程的主要學(xué)習(xí)方式有:自主學(xué)習(xí)、合作研究、小組討論、網(wǎng)上交互,小組課堂演示和學(xué)術(shù)寫作實(shí)踐等。

十一、考試方式:平時(shí)作業(yè)與期末論文成績相結(jié)合。

tworksAbstractResearchontheimplicationsoflawfororganizationtheoryingeneralandinterorganizationalrelations(IOR)inparticularisconspicuousbyitsneglect.Thetendencyhasbeentotakethelegalcontextasaunidimensionalinstitutionalgiven,ignoringthefactthattherearemanychallengestolegislativeefficacy.Forthisreasonalone,theoreticalandpracticalcontributionsbyorganizationalscholarstoimportantmainstreamdebatesonregulation,deregulationandreregulationhavebeenlimited.ThepurposeofthisstudyistooffersomeredresstothesituationbyfocusingonlegallymandatedIOR.Specifically,itposesandseekstoanswerthefollowingquestion:whataretheimplicationsoflegallymandatingIORthroughpublicpolicy,withparticularreferencetooccupationalrehabilitationinNewSouthWales?UsingCranston's(1987)fourphaseprocessmodeloflegislativeefficacy,modifiedtoaccountmorefullyforthecompliancebehaviourofthetargetpopulation,aconceptofpartiallymandatedIORisdeveloped.ThisconceptattemptstoexplainthedifferencesandtheinteractionbetweenmandatedandvoluntaryIORcontingencies.Followingacasestudyresearchdesignwhichallowsforcontextuallyembeddedanalysisemployingmultiplemethods,theabovemodelandconcept,togetherwithsixtheoreticalpropositions,areexaminedandsubsequentlyvalidatedintheirapplicationtolegallymandatedoccupationalrehabilitation.Thelargelyhistoricalanalysisofmandateemergencedrawsattentiontotheneedforinterorganizationallearningandadaptationtoacomplexuncertainandvariablesetofunenforced,self-regulatorycircumstances.Contentanalysisofmandateformshowsittobevague,open-endedandpartialinnatureandreliantupontheauthorityofnonmandatedorganizations(insurersandtreatingdoctors).Networkanalysisofandateimplementationisbasedon81interviewswith79informantsin56organizationswhich,exceptfortheregulatoryagency,areallsituatedintheIllawarraregionofNewSouthWales.Agency-targetIORtendedtobeconsultative,basedonbroadlyunbridledtargetorganizationdiscretion.Compliancebehaviourwasfoundtodependonvoluntaryincentivesandthevoluntarycooperationofthenonmandatedratherthanthroughagencyenforcement.Finally,theabsenceofobjectivemandateimpactmeasuresdidnotprecludetheformationofpositiveviewsandexperiencelargelyattributedtosuccessfulinterorganizationalactivities.ThesefindingsdrawattentiontotheneedforIORtheorytoacknowledgethepartialnatureofmandates,andforthepublicregulationliteraturetoembraceIORinpolicyformulationaswellasimplementation.InadditiontoidentifyingthepotentialutilityofinterorganizationalcollaborationinthemanagementofIORatalocal,networkandpolicylevel,thestudyalsoproposesanumberoffutureresearchdirectionsbasedontheconceptofpartialmandates.IndividualWorkAssignment1Narrowoneofthesubjects:GlobalWarming;CALL;CooperativeLearning;AutonomousLearningtoasuitabletopicandthenwriteathesisstatementandanoutlineonthecourseplatform.Nextweekyouarerequiredtogiveapresentationofyourpaper’sthesisstatementandoutlineingroups.Assignment2Chooseatlea
