基于直線電機(jī)的門架型進(jìn)給控制技術(shù)研究的開題報告Title:ResearchontheFeedControlTechnologyofGantryTypeBasedonLinearMotorAbstract:Thegantry-typefeedsystemisanimportantpartoftheCNCmachinetool,whichplaysanirreplaceableroleintheprocessofmachining.Thetraditionalfeedsystemusesaballscrewspindleorahydraulictransmissionsystem,whichhasdisadvantagessuchaslowefficiency,largevolume,andlowprecision.Therefore,theapplicationoflinearmotortechnologyinthegantry-typefeedsystemhasgraduallybecomearesearchhotspotinthefieldofCNCmachinetools.Thispaperproposesaresearchplanforthefeedcontroltechnologyofgantry-typebasedonlinearmotor,mainlyfromtheaspectsofmodelingandcontrolstrategy.Firstly,themathematicalmodelofthelinearmotorsystemisestablished,anditsdynamiccharacteristicsareanalyzed.Then,basedontheanalysisofthesystemmodel,acontrolstrategycombiningfeedforwardandfeedbackcontrolisproposedtoachieveaccurateandstablecontrolofthegantry-typefeedsystem.Finally,theeffectivenessandreliabilityoftheproposedcontrolstrategywillbeverifiedbyexperimentsandsimulations.Keywords:Gantry-typefeedsystem,Linearmotor,Mathematicalmodel,ControlstrategyIntroduction:ThefeedmovementofCNCmachinetoolsisanimportantpartofthemachiningprocess,whichdirectlyaffectsthemachiningaccuracyandefficiency.Thegantry-typefeedsystemisatypicalfeedsysteminCNCmachinetools,whichiswidelyusedinlarge-scaleprocessingequipmentsuchasgantrymillingmachinesandgantrymachiningcenters.Thetraditionalfeedsystemmainlyreliesonballscrewspindlesorhydraulictransmission,whichhaveproblemssuchaslowefficiency,largevolume,andlowprecision.Withthedevelopmentofscienceandtechnology,linearmotortechnologyhasgraduallymaturedandhasbeenwidelyusedinthefieldofautomation.Ithastheadvantagesofhighefficiency,lowvolume,andhighprecision,andhasbecomearesearchhotspotinthefieldofCNCmachinetools.Therefore,itisofgreatpracticalsignificancetostudythefeedcontroltechnologyofgantry-typebasedonlinearmotor.ResearchPlan:(1)LiteratureReview:Acomprehensiveliteraturereviewwillbecarriedouttounderstandthecurrentresearchstatusanddevelopmenttrendsofthegantry-typefeedsystembasedonlinearmotor.TheresearchfocusesmainlyonthetheoreticalresearchandpracticalapplicationsoflinearmotorsinthefeedsystemofCNCmachinetools.(2)MathematicalModeling:Themathematicalmodelofthegantry-typefeedsystembasedonlinearmotorwillbeestablishedbasedontheprinciplesofelectromagnetismandmechanicaldynamics.Firstly,thebasictheoryoflinearmotorwillbestudiedindepth,andthebasicequationsoflinearmotorwillbederived.Secondly,thesystemdynamicsofthegantry-typefeedsystemwillbeanalyzed,andthemechanicalmodelofthefeedsystemwillbeestablished.Finally,themathematicalmodelofthelinearmotorsystemwillbeestablishedbasedonthecombinationofelectromagneticandmechanicalmodels.(3)ControlStrategy:Basedonthemathematicalmodelofthelinearmotorsystem,afeedcontrolstrategycombiningfeedforwardandfeedbackcontrolwillbeproposed.Firstly,thefeedforwardcontrolmethodwillbeusedtocompensateforthenonlinearandtime-varyingcharacteristicsofthesystem,andimprovethedynamicperformanceofthesystem.Secondly,afeedbackcontrolmethodbasedonPIDcontrolwillbeusedtoachieveaccurateandstabletrackingofthepositioncontrolsignal.(4)SimulationExperiment:UsingMATLAB/Simulinksimulationsoftware,theeffectivenessandreliabilityoftheproposedcontrolstrategywillbeverifiedbyconductingsimulationexperiments.Firstly,thesimulationmodelwillbeconstructed,andthesimulationexperimentwillbecarriedoutunderdifferentconditions.Secondly,thesimulationresultswillbeanalyzed,andthecontrolparameterswillbeoptimizedtoimprovethecontrolperformanceofthegantry-typefeedsystembasedonlinearmotor.Conclusion:Theresearchonthefeedcontroltechnologyofgantry-typebasedonlinearmotorisofgreatsignifica
