一、主謂倒裝倒裝包括助動詞和主語的倒裝。最常用的倒裝形式是：在疑問句中EarthissmallcomparedtootherplanetsIsEarthsmallcomparedtootherplanets?如果句子中沒有助動詞，在變成一般疑問句時，要加助動詞而且改變次序。ShelookedtiredDidshelooktired?二、條件從句中的倒裝形式在正式英語條件句中，主語和助動詞的倒裝。第二條件句WereIyou,Iwouldvisitgrandfather.HadIsomemoney,Iwouldbuymyselfahotdog.第三條件句HadIknownthisfactbefore,Iwouldn'thavecomehere.HadJakebeeninformedaboutthemeeting,hewouldhaveparticipated.三、倒裝表示強調(diào)Littledidsheknowhowmuchworkhasleft.Onnoaccountmustyousleepatclass.Nevershouldyouforgetwhoyourbossis.Onlythencanitbelongtome.Herecomesthemoon.Allthesestructureareratherliterary,whichmeanstherearemorelikelytoappearinbooks.四、"so","neither"and"nor"等否定詞的倒裝形式"Iamnotintoclassicalmusic.""NeitheramI."(Or:"NoramI.")"Iamfondofwatchingfilms.""SoamI."五、否定副詞后的倒裝形式
