華泰財險附加運動或娛樂活動條款2茲經(jīng)合同雙方同意，且投保人已繳付相應(yīng)附加保險費，本保險擴展承保在保險期間內(nèi)，因被保險人的雇員在參加被保險人或以被保險人名義組織的福利性娛樂或體育活動中發(fā)生意外事故導(dǎo)但是，本附加條款項下的有關(guān)賠償處理應(yīng)符合本保險合同規(guī)定的條件，且保險人承擔(dān)的賠償責(zé)任僅限于被保險人應(yīng)承擔(dān)的法律責(zé)任，同時針對被保險人的有關(guān)訴狀、傳票、民事判決書、裁航空飛行,但乘坐民航客運飛機除外使用呼吸器具的潛水打獵、賽馬以及其他騎術(shù)類競技活動跳水、滑水及水上競技冬季運動，冰上溜石活動和滑冰除外摔跤、拳擊、武術(shù)、柔道、空手道和其他任何形式的赤手空拳的競賽K05SportsorRecreationalItisherebyunderstoodandagreedthatsubjecttothepolipremium,duringtheperiodofinsurance,thisPolicyextendstocoverlegalliabilitiesassumedbytheInsuredtoindemnifythedeathorbodilyinjurysufferedbytheemployeeoftheInsured,causedbytheaccidentintheentertainmentactivitiesorsportactivitiesforwenameoftheInsured.However,theclaimunderthisendorsementshallbesettledinaccordancewithtoftheinsurancecontractandtheliabilityassumedbytheInsureInsured’slegalliabilityprovidedbylaws.Anywrits,summons,civiljudgment,verdictandsettlementshallbegovernedbyChineselawsandunderthejurisdictionofthecourtsofChina.Theaboveliabilitiescanbeindemnifiedproviderelatedinjuriesinsurancefunds2.Excludinghighrisksportdefinedby.SuchactivitiesshouldbeundertakenwithintheterritoryofChina(excludHighrisksportincludesbutnoDivingwiththeuseofbreathingapparatusFootballotherthanplayHunting,horseracingoranyothercompetitiononhorsebackMountaineering,rockclimbingorcUseofwoodworkingmachineforbusinesspurposesDiving,waterskiing,andcompetitiononwaterWintersportsotherWrestling,boxing,martial-arts,judo,karateandanyformsofcompetiDrivingyachtoffshorefornol
