primeminister是首相,首席內(nèi)閣大臣,政府首腦。是英國等君主立憲國家用的。
我國的總理在功能上跟首相有類似之處,所以可以類比,甚至可以對等,但在名稱上要有區(qū)別,因為我們是社會主義國家。
