1.銷售前期技術(shù)工作支持:技術(shù)宣講,戰(zhàn)略新產(chǎn)品與解決方案的應(yīng)用推廣;審圖報(bào)價(jià)/競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手價(jià)格分析、標(biāo)書(shū)制作、標(biāo)書(shū)技術(shù)答疑、技術(shù)培訓(xùn)等;大、小型推廣會(huì)。

2.售后服務(wù):質(zhì)量問(wèn)題處理與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化流程的執(zhí)行、退換貨的管理、電話咨詢應(yīng)答服務(wù)等;技術(shù)升級(jí)改造、維修服務(wù)、備件更新等。

3.解決方案服務(wù):全生命周期維護(hù)保養(yǎng)、適配改造技術(shù)方案、顧問(wèn)咨詢等。

4.其他工作支持:收集市場(chǎng)信息與調(diào)研、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)技術(shù)支持等。

任職要求:

1.本科以上學(xué)歷,理工科類專業(yè)(電氣自動(dòng)化、機(jī)械、電子技術(shù)等);

2.熟悉中低壓電路、電氣知識(shí),從事電力服務(wù)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)3-5年,良好的溝通能力。
