Abstract
Withtheconstructionandapplicationof5Gnetworks,mobilecommunicationnetworkshaveachievedsignificantresultsinmanyareassuchaspeople'slivelihoodsandverticalindustries,meanwhiledemonstratingtremendouscommercialandsocialvalue.6Gwillfurtherexpandandintegratewithmuchmorefieldssuchasinformationconsumption,realeconomy,andsoon.Thenew6GnetworkwillbecomeacomprehensiveplatformfortheintegrationofODICT,coveringair-space-groundintegrationandservicessuchascommunication,sensing,computing,intelligence,and
trustworthiness.
Drivenbythepluralisticnew-valueinthefuture,theoriginalbusinessoperationmodelsofvariousindustrieswillcontinuetoundergoevolutionandexperimentalinnovationtoadapttochangingecologicaldemands.Thiswillpromotethereorganizationanditerativeupdatingoftheecologicalsystem,ultimatelyforminganintegratedandinnovativeecologicalsystem.Traditional"centralized"and"universal"networkdesignandoperationparadigmswillbedifficulttomeetthevariousneedsofthefutureecologicalsystem.Thiswhitepaperproposesthe"consortiumnetwork"ecosystem,whichisasystemarchitecturethatenablesthecirculationofresourcesandservicesthroughthecollaborationofmultiplenetworks.Itiscomposedofmultipleownernetworks,anditsparticipantscanbeindividuals,families,government,enterprises,operators,etc.Throughtheconsortiumnetwork,multipleconsensustrustworthinessandrightsprotectioncanbeachieved,enablingflexiblesharingand
