陜西理工學院畢業(yè)設計英文資料翻譯2012年6月1日UNITEDSTATESPATENTOFFICECHARLESH.LASKER,OFJOLIETOPERATINGMEANSFORACRANKPRESSApplicationfiledMay5,1932.SerialNo.609,365Thesubjectofmyinventionisanoperatingmeansforacrankpress,suchasabrickpress.Itistheobjectofmyinventiontoprovidemeanswherebyapressofthecrankorrotarytype,whichhasreciprocatingpartsdrivenbyarotatingengine,isenabledtomoveatslowspeedduringtheworkingcycleandathighspeedduringtheopeningandclosingcyclewhenthepressmayberunatslowspeedswhenworkingandthusgiveapressurecomparabletothatofanhydraulicpressandyetmovewithsuchspeedduringthenon-workingcycleastogivethehighproductionrequiredofmodernmachinery.Anembodimentofmyinventionconsistsinacrankpress,amotorforsaidpress,meansfordrivingsaidpressfromsaidmotorathighspeed,meansfordrivingsaidpressfromsaidmotoratslowspeed,andmeansforselectingoneorotherofsaidpreviouslymentionedmeansinaccordancewiththepositionofthepress.Forafurtherexpositionofmyinventionreferencemaybehadtotheannexeddrawingandspecificationattheendwhereofmyinventionwillbespecificallypointedoutandclaimed.Figure1representanelevationofmydevicewithpartsincrosssectionandindiagram.Figure2isadiagrammaticviewofaportionofmydevice.Inthatembodimentofmyinventionchosenforillustrationinthedrawingmydeviceisshownasconsistingofamotorofanyconvenienttype,suchasanelectricmotor.Motor1hasshaft2connectedtheretowhichcarriesfly-wheel3andgear4.Gear4mesheswithgear5onalay-shaftorcounter-shaft6whichalsocarriesagear7thereon.Gear7mesheswithgear8whichismountedforrotationonthesleeveofthedrivingmember10oftheclutchgenerallyindicatedatL.ClutchLalsoincludesadrivenmember11.Mountedonshaft2isdrivingmember100ofclutchHwhichalsoincludesdrivenmember111fastonstubshaft12whichalsocarriesdrivenmember11.Shaft12carriesgear13whichmesheswithatrainofgearstodrivecrankshaft14ofthepressgenerallyindicatedat15.Crankshaft14carriesatoneendagear16whichhasapin17mountedthereon.Gear16mesheswithanothergear18whichcarriesapin19thereon.Switch20ispivotallymountedat21adjacentgears16and18sothatthearms22and23cooperatewiththepins17and19respectivelytomoveswitch20sothatthecontactsindicatedat24and25arerespectivelyoperated.Wires26and27connectcontacts2425withclutchesHandLrespectivelysothatasswitch20ismovedfromonepositiontotheothereitherclutchHorclutchLisactuatedtoconnectortodisengageitsdrivinganddrivenmembers.Wires28areasourceofcurrentforswitch20andforclutchesHandL.AsshowninFigure3itisthepurposeofmyinventiontomovethepress15atlowspeedfromthepointAtothepointBonthediagraminFigure3,thisbeingtheworkingcycleofthepress.Thepress15ismovedathighspeedduringthecyclerepresentedfrompointBtopointAofFigure3,thisbeingthenon-workingcycleofthepress.Intheoperationofmydevicemotor1isstartedanddrivespress15eitherathighorlowspeeddependinguponwhetherclutchHorclutchLisinengagement.Duringthepressingcyclethedrivingisfrommotor1,shaft2,gears4and5,layshaft6,gears7and8,clutchL,stubshaft12,gear13tocrankshaft14.Whenthepressingcycleofthepressiscompleteswitch20isshiftedbymeansofpin17sothatclutchLisdisengagedandclutchHisengaged.Motor1thendrivespress15thoughthefollowingconnections,shaft2,clutchH,stubshaft12,gear13andcrankshaft14.Idonotintendtobelimitedinthepracticeofmyinventionsaveasthescopeofthepriorartandoftheattachedclaimsmayrequire.Iclaim:1.operatingmeansforapowerpressincludingincombinationamotor,apowerpressdrivenbysaidmotor,meansfordrivingsaidpressfromsaidmotorathighspeed,meansfordrivingsaidpressfromsaidmotoratslowspeed,andmeansforselectingoneorotherofsaidlastmentionedmeansaccordingtothepositionofsaidpress.2.Operatingmeansforacrankpressincludingincombinationamotor,acrankpressadaptedtobedrivenbysaidpressfromsaidmotorathighspeed,asecondtrainofgearingfordrivingsaidpressfromsaidmotoratslowspeed,andmeansdependentuponthepositionofsaidpressforselectingfirstorsaidsecondtrainofgearing.3.Operatingmeansforacrankpressincludingincombinationamotor,acrankpressadaptedtobedrivenbysaidmotor,atrainofgearingfordrivingsaidpressfromsaidmotorathighspeed,asecondtrainofgearingfordrivingsaidpressfromsaidmotoratlowspeed,apluralityofclutchescontrollingsaidtrainofgearing,andmeansforconnectingoneanddisengagingtheotherofsaidclutchesdependinguponthepositionofsaidpress.4.Operatingmeansforacrankpressincludingincombinationamotor,acrankpressadaptedtobedrivingbysaidmotor,atrainofgearingfordrivingsaidpressfromsaidmotorathighspeed,aclutchcontrollingsaidtrainofgearing,asecondtrainofgearingfordrivingsaidpressfromsaidmotoratlowspeed,asecondclutchcontrollingsaidsecondtrainofgearing,andmeansincludinganelectricswitchforconnectingoneanddisengagingtheotherofsaidclutchesdependinguponthepositionofsaidpress.5.Operatingmeansforacrankpressincludingincombinationamotor,acrankpressadaptedtobedrivenbysaidmotor,atrainofgearingfordrivingsaidpressfromsaidmotorathighspeed,anelectromagneticclutchcontrollingsaidtrainofgearing,asecondtrainofgearingfordrivingsaidpressfromsaidmotoratslowspeed,asecondelectromagneticclutchcontrollingsaidsecondtrainofgearing,anelectricswitchactuatedbysaidpressforconnectingoneanddisengagingtheotherofsaidclutchesdependinguponthepositionofsaidpress,andasourceofelectricityforsaidswitchandsaidclutches.6.Operatingmeansforacrankpressformanufacturingbricksincludingincombinationamotor,abrickpressofthecranktypeadaptedtobedrivenbysaidmotor,amotorshaft,aclutchdrivingmemberonsaidshaft,alay-shaft,agearonsaidmotorshaft,asecondgearonsaidlay-shaft,astubshaft,aclutchdrivenmembercooperatingwithsaidclutchdrivingmembermountedonsaidstubshaft,asecondclutchdrivenmembermountedonsaidstubshaft,asecondclutchdrivingmemberlooselymountedonsaidstubshaft,agearfordrivingsaidsecondclutchdrivingmemberandmeshingwithsaidsecondgearonsaidlay-shaft,acrankshaftforsaidpress,atrainofgearingconnectingsaidcrankshafttosaidstubshaft,alimitswitch,meansforactuatingsaidlimitswitchfromsaidcrankshaftdependinguponthepositionofsaidpress,electricalconnectionsbetweensaidclutchmembersandsaidlimitswitchwhere-byineitherpositionofsaidlimitswitchoneofsaidclutchesisengagedandtheotherisdisengaged,andasourceofelectricityforsaidlimitswitchandforsaidclutch.CHARLESH.LASKER.美國專利局查爾斯·H·拉斯克,伊利諾伊州喬利埃特,曲柄壓力機的操作裝置申請?zhí)岢觯?932年5月5日。序列號609365我創(chuàng)造的內(nèi)容是為曲柄壓力機的一種改良方法,如壓磚機。我的創(chuàng)造是為壓力機的曲柄或者類似旋轉機構提供方法,使的由旋轉的發(fā)動機驅動的的往復運動的部件在開始或結束階段高速運動,而在工作階段低速運動。從而能得到跟液壓機相媲美的壓力.滿足現(xiàn)代機械產(chǎn)品的高質(zhì)量要求。我創(chuàng)造的的東西包括一個曲柄壓力機,一個電機,第一種裝置是讓該電機驅動該壓力機高速運動,第二種裝置是讓該電機驅動該壓力機低速運動,第三種裝置是選擇一個或者前面提到的另一種方式在壓力機同樣的情況時同步進行。為進一步闡述我的創(chuàng)造,后面有所附的圖紙和標準,我的創(chuàng)造將明確指出,在此聲明。圖1是我創(chuàng)造的裝備的主視圖及零件的截面圖。圖2是我的設備的一局部的輪廓視圖。正如我的圖中所畫得,我的創(chuàng)造裝備可以看出是由任何一種廉價類型的電機組成,如電動馬達。電機1和軸2相連,軸2上裝著飛輪3和齒輪4。齒輪4和齒輪5嚙合,齒輪5在副軸6上,齒輪7同樣也在副軸6上。齒輪7和齒輪8嚙合,齒輪8安裝在旋轉的10的套筒上,10安裝在L離合器上。離合器L也包括一個驅動件11.;離合器H上的旋轉件100安裝在軸2上,離合器H還包括帶動成員111的快速短軸12,12帶動11.軸12帶動齒輪13,齒輪13安裝在輪系上帶動曲軸14轉動,從15可以看到。曲軸14帶動一端的齒輪16,齒輪16用一根銷17跟曲軸14連在一起。齒輪16跟齒輪18嚙合,齒輪18帶動其上的銷19.開關20安裝在跟齒輪16和18相鄰的2上,使臂22和23配合銷17和19分別去移動開關20使接觸,控制24和25分別動作。線26和27與離合器H和L通過接觸24、25分別連接,當開關20從一個位置移動到另一位置是,離合器H或離合器L動作或脫開。線28給開關20以及離合器H和L供電。如圖3所示,當壓力機15以低速從圖3上的點A運動到點B,這是壓力機的工作行程。當壓力機15高速從B點移動到A點在圖3中,這是壓力機的非工作行程。在我的設備中,電機1啟動驅動壓力機15高速運行還是低速運行取決與是否離合器H或離合器L是脫離狀態(tài)。在沖壓時,動力從電機1,軸2,齒輪4和5,副軸6,齒輪7和8,離合器L,短軸12,齒輪13傳到曲軸14.當沖壓階段是完整的,開關20的轉換依靠銷釘17從而是離合器L脫離,離合器H結合。電機1然后帶動壓力機15通過下面的聯(lián)系,軸2,離合器H,短軸12,齒輪13和曲軸14.我不打算再有限地實踐我
