閱讀是一回事，理解則是另外一碼事。這會需要我們更多更多的時間。這是一個切實存在的問題，由于這些公司爭吵了20-30年，反對更好地監(jiān)管互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，由于用戶已經(jīng)同意了這些條款和條件。
