7.強(qiáng)制性法律規(guī)定證明二、違約行為及認(rèn)定：1.未能按照約定的質(zhì)量和規(guī)格交付商品

2.未能在約定的時(shí)間內(nèi)交付商品

3.商品存在缺陷或不符合約定質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

4.未能履行支付義務(wù)

5.未能履行合同項(xiàng)下的其他義務(wù)

6.因不可抗力導(dǎo)致無(wú)法履行合同義務(wù)三、法律名詞及解釋：1.強(qiáng)制性法律規(guī)定：指合同雙方必須遵守的法律規(guī)定，不得違反。

2.違約行為：指合同一方未能履行合同約定的義務(wù)。

6.強(qiáng)制性法律規(guī)定的證明：用于證明合同的簽訂和履行遵守了相關(guān)法律規(guī)定。四、執(zhí)行中遇到的問(wèn)題及解決辦法：1.交付延遲：與賣方協(xié)商，要求盡快交付或根據(jù)合同條款要求賠償。

2.商品不符合質(zhì)量要求：要求賣方替換或退款。

3.支付問(wèn)題：確保支付條款明確，如有糾
