前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T26717—2011《自來水筆及其筆尖》,與GB/T26717—2011相比,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整
和編輯性改動(dòng)外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:
—增加了在儲(chǔ)水結(jié)構(gòu)分類中筆桿儲(chǔ)水式(見4.2);
—增加了筆舌分類(見4.3);
—更改了外觀要求(見5.1,2011年版的4.1);
—增加了初寫性能和豎向滴漏的要求和試驗(yàn)方法(見5.2、6.3、6.4);
—更改了鍍層抗蝕性的要求和試驗(yàn)方法(見5.2、6.6,2011年版的4.1、5.4);
—更改了吸水量要求,增加了儲(chǔ)水量要求(見5.2,2011年版的4.1);
—更改了抗漏性要求和試驗(yàn)方法(見5.2、6.10,2011年版的4.1、5.8);
—更改了筆尖含金量的表示方法(見5.4,2011年版的4.2);
—更改了線跡寬度的要求和試驗(yàn)方法(見5.4、6.15,2011年版的4.2、5.13);
