WHEREAS,theLandlordistheownerofthepropertylocatedat[PropertyAddress];and

WHEREAS,theTenantdesirestorentaroominthepropertyfromtheLandlord;and

WHEREAS,theLandlordagreestorentaroomtotheTenantonthetermsandconditionssetforthherein.

NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualpromisescontainedherein,thepartiesheretoagreeasfollows:

1.LeaseTerm:ThepartiesagreethatthetermofthisLeaseshallcommenceon[StartDate]andexpireon[EndDate].

5.Maintenance:TheLandlordshallberesponsibleforthemaintenanceandupkeepoftheproperty,includingthestructureandcommonareas.TheTenantshallberesponsibleforthemaintenanceandupkeepoftherentedroomandanyotherareasdesignatedfortheTenant'suse.

6.Damage:TheTenantshallbeliableforanydamagecausedtothepropertyorrentedroombytheTenantortheTenant'sguests.

7.Subletting:TheTenantshallnotsublettherentedroomoranyotherpartofthepropertywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.

8.Entry:TheLandlordortheLandlord'sagentsmayenterthepropertyatreasonabletimesforthepurposeofinspectingtheproperty,makingnecessaryrepairs,orshowingthepropertytoprospectivetenants.

9.Termination:ThisLeasemaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyupon[NumberofDays]writtennoticetotheotherparty.
