乳化瀝青廠拌冷再生路面施工與驗(yàn)收技術(shù)規(guī)范
1范圍
本文件規(guī)定了乳化瀝青廠拌冷再生路面施工與驗(yàn)收技術(shù)的原路面調(diào)查及評價、材料、再生瀝青混合
料配合比設(shè)計(jì)、乳化瀝青冷再生路面施工、質(zhì)量管理與檢查驗(yàn)收的要求。
本文件適用于乳化瀝青廠拌冷再生瀝青路面工程。根據(jù)技術(shù)要求的不同,乳化瀝青冷再生瀝青混合
料可用于各類道路的底基層和基層,也可用于重交通荷載等級及以下公路和城鎮(zhèn)道路的中、下瀝青面層。
本文件可供設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)、施工、監(jiān)理、咨詢及建設(shè)單位參考。

3術(shù)語和定義
下列術(shù)語和定義適用于本文件。
3.1
瀝青混合料回收料reclaimedasphaltpavement(RAP)
采用銑刨、開挖等方式從瀝青路面上獲得的舊瀝青混合料。

乳化瀝青emulsifiedasphalt
石油瀝青與水在乳化劑、穩(wěn)定劑等作用下,經(jīng)乳化加工制得的水包油狀的均勻?yàn)r青乳液。

3.3
乳化瀝青廠拌冷再生coldcentralplantrecyclingwithemulsifiedasphalt

將RAP運(yùn)至拌和廠(場、站),經(jīng)破碎、篩分,以一定比例的RAP與新集料、乳化瀝青、礦粉、水
泥、水等進(jìn)行常溫拌和,鋪筑形成路面結(jié)構(gòu)層的瀝青路面施工技術(shù)。

3.4
乳化瀝青冷再生混合料emulsifiedasphaltcoldrecycledmixture
用乳化瀝青、RAP、新的集料與礦粉、水泥、水等按一定比例常溫拌和所形成的具有連續(xù)密級配的
瀝青混合料。
3.5
RAP級配gradationofRAP
將預(yù)處理后的RAP樣品烘干至恒重后,進(jìn)行篩分測得的級配。
3.6
RAP礦料級配gradationofmineralaggregateinRAP
用抽提或燃燒法除去RAP中的瀝青材料后,進(jìn)行水洗篩分測得的礦料級配。
3.7
再生瀝青混合料級配gradationofrecycledmixture
RAP與新礦料的合成級配。
3.8
再生瀝青混合料礦料級配gradationofmineralaggregateinrecycledmixture
指RAP中的礦料與新礦料合成后的礦料級配。
3.9
RAP摻配比percentageofRAPinrecycledmixture
RAP的烘干質(zhì)量占RAP與新加礦料總的烘干質(zhì)量的百分比。
3.10
最佳含水率optimumwatercontent
乳化瀝青冷再生混合料在最大干密度時水的質(zhì)量與混合料烘干質(zhì)量的百分比。
3.11
添加劑additiveagent
在乳化瀝青冷再生混合料中用以提高集料與瀝青的黏附性、調(diào)節(jié)乳化瀝青破乳時間等作用的各類物
質(zhì)的總稱。
3.12
延遲時間delaytime
乳化瀝青冷再生混合料從拌和完成后,在25℃氣溫下每隔一定時間成型標(biāo)準(zhǔn)劈裂試件,其密度與
劈裂強(qiáng)度損失均不超過5%的最大時間間隔。

5原路面調(diào)查及評價
5.1一般規(guī)定
乳化瀝青廠拌冷再生工程在實(shí)施前應(yīng)對原道路等級、修建時間、路面結(jié)構(gòu)、路面材料、養(yǎng)護(hù)維修歷
史等信息與原路面技術(shù)狀況、交通流量、軸載分布等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行調(diào)查、檢測,按JTG5210進(jìn)行評價,驗(yàn)
證設(shè)計(jì)文件采用乳化瀝青廠拌冷再生方案的可行性。
5.2原路面技術(shù)狀況檢查和評價
應(yīng)通過以下調(diào)查與檢測,并進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,評估其結(jié)果是否符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,當(dāng)評估結(jié)果與設(shè)計(jì)要求
不符時,應(yīng)申請?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)方案變更。
a)調(diào)查待再生路段的路面損壞狀況,包括但不限于路面損壞的類型、位置、形態(tài)、破損等級等。
b)路面內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)狀況檢測,包括但不限于結(jié)構(gòu)損壞類型、病害層位、病害等級、層間粘結(jié)狀況、
結(jié)構(gòu)層材料性能指標(biāo)等。
c)路基路面排水狀況檢測,包括路表排水設(shè)施狀況、路面結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)部排水狀況、地下水排水狀
況等。
d)路面技術(shù)指標(biāo)檢測,包括路面損壞狀況指數(shù)PCI、路面結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度指數(shù)PSSI、路面行駛質(zhì)量指數(shù)
RQI、路面抗滑性能指數(shù)SRI、路面車轍深度指數(shù)RDI等。
e)再生層的下承層當(dāng)量回彈模量、表面裂縫及分布情況等檢測。
6材料
6.1一般規(guī)定
6.1.1用于乳化瀝青廠拌冷再生混合料的原材料有:RAP、乳化瀝青、集料、水泥、礦粉、水和添加劑
等。
6.1.2各種材料運(yùn)至拌和場后應(yīng)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn),經(jīng)評定合格后方可使用。
6.2RAP
6.2.1RAP應(yīng)經(jīng)過預(yù)處理后方可使用,預(yù)處理方法應(yīng)符合本文件8.3的相關(guān)規(guī)定。
6.2.2RAP的有關(guān)技術(shù)指標(biāo)應(yīng)按表1的要求進(jìn)行檢測,RAP的取樣與試驗(yàn)分析方法應(yīng)符合本文件附錄A
的相關(guān)規(guī)定。

注:本文件規(guī)定,進(jìn)行冷再生瀝青混合料的級配設(shè)計(jì)時,既考慮RAP的級配,又考慮RAP的礦料級配(具體解釋見
附錄B),因此檢測項(xiàng)目中增加了礦料級配項(xiàng)目。
a當(dāng)乳化瀝青廠拌冷再生瀝青混合料用于瀝青路面的中、下面層結(jié)構(gòu)層時,RAP的砂當(dāng)量應(yīng)提高到不小于60%,
以保證再生瀝青混合料的綜合性能。
6.3乳化瀝青
6.3.1乳化瀝青性能應(yīng)符合表2的規(guī)定。

b當(dāng)乳化瀝青廠拌冷再生瀝青混合料用于瀝青路面的中、下面層結(jié)構(gòu)層時,為保證再生瀝青混合料的均勻性、高
溫穩(wěn)定性與抗剪強(qiáng)度,乳化瀝青中的瀝青微粒粒徑應(yīng)符合本表中的技術(shù)要求,用于其他結(jié)構(gòu)層時,乳化瀝青中
的瀝青微粒粒徑可不做強(qiáng)制要求。
6.3.2乳化瀝青應(yīng)根據(jù)新礦料和RAP及使用條件選擇。初步確定再生瀝青混合料的合成級配后,通過
RAP、新礦料與乳化瀝青的拌和試驗(yàn)、再生瀝青混合料劈裂強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)等進(jìn)行乳化瀝青配伍性設(shè)計(jì)。
6.3.3乳化瀝青使用溫度宜為30℃~60℃。
6.3.4在乳化瀝青冷再生瀝青混合料中,乳化瀝青蒸發(fā)殘留物占再生瀝青混合料其余部分干質(zhì)量的百
分比宜為1.8%~3.6%。
6.3.5乳化瀝青貯存期間不應(yīng)離析、凍結(jié)、破乳,宜保持適當(dāng)攪拌(攪拌轉(zhuǎn)速不宜超過30rpm)。
6.4集料
外摻新的粗、細(xì)集料質(zhì)量應(yīng)符合JTGF40的相關(guān)規(guī)定。單一粗、細(xì)集料不滿足要求,但集料混合料
級配與性能滿足要求的,可以使用。
6.5水泥
宜采用普通硅酸鹽水泥,水泥初凝時間應(yīng)在3h(宜4h)以上、終凝時間在6h以上且在10h
以下,不應(yīng)使用快硬水泥、早強(qiáng)水泥。水泥應(yīng)疏松、干燥,無聚團(tuán)、結(jié)塊、受潮變質(zhì)。水泥的其他技術(shù)
指標(biāo)應(yīng)符合GB175的規(guī)定。水泥摻量不應(yīng)超過再生瀝青混合料中RAP與新加礦料總量的1.8%。
6.6礦粉
礦粉質(zhì)量應(yīng)符合JTGF40的相關(guān)規(guī)定。

6.7水
水應(yīng)符合JGJ63的相關(guān)規(guī)定。
7再生瀝青混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì)
7.1一般規(guī)定
7.1.1應(yīng)根據(jù)工程要求、交通荷載等級、使用層位、氣候條件,選用滿足要求的材料,進(jìn)行再生瀝青
混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì)。
7.1.2本文件采用修訂的馬歇爾試驗(yàn)方法進(jìn)行乳化瀝青廠拌冷再生瀝青混合料的配合比設(shè)計(jì)。配合比
設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)按目標(biāo)配合比設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)配合比設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)配合比驗(yàn)證三個階段進(jìn)行。
7.1.3有條件的情況下可采用旋轉(zhuǎn)壓實(shí)儀進(jìn)行冷再生瀝青混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì),但壓實(shí)參數(shù)、技術(shù)要求
等需要通過試驗(yàn)論證確定。
7.2混合料技術(shù)要求
乳化瀝青廠拌冷再生瀝青混合料的設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)要求應(yīng)符合表3的規(guī)定。

a按T0703輪碾法成型80mm厚(粗粒式)或50mm厚(中粒式與細(xì)粒式)的冷再生瀝青混合料車轍板塊試件,碾
壓完成后迅速將試件放入60℃±2℃鼓風(fēng)恒溫烘箱中烘干至恒重(一般為48h),再按T0719試驗(yàn)規(guī)程進(jìn)行動
穩(wěn)定度試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)前試件恒溫時間為8h~10h。
7.3混合料級配要求
7.3.1乳化瀝青冷再生瀝青混合料用于底基層、基層時,冷再生瀝青混合料級配應(yīng)符合表4中的再生

瀝青混合料級配范圍要求;當(dāng)冷再生瀝青混合料用于瀝青中、下面層時,再生瀝青混合料級配與再生瀝
青混合料礦料級配均應(yīng)符合表4中相應(yīng)級配范圍要求。
7.3.2乳化瀝青冷再生瀝青混合料用于底基層、基層時,宜選用粗粒式級配。用于重交通荷載等級公
路或城鎮(zhèn)道路的中、下面層時,宜選用粗粒式、中粒式級配;用于重交通荷載等級以下公路或城鎮(zhèn)道路
的中、下面層時,可選用粗粒式、中粒式或細(xì)粒式級配。

7.4混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì)方法
乳化瀝青廠拌冷再生瀝青混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì)方法參見本文件附錄B。
8乳化瀝青冷再生路面施工
8.1一般規(guī)定
8.1.1雨天不應(yīng)施工;路面滯水時應(yīng)暫停施工。
8.1.2氣溫低于15℃時不宜施工;氣溫低于10℃時不應(yīng)施工。
8.1.3施工前,應(yīng)確認(rèn)再生層的下承層技術(shù)指標(biāo)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,攤鋪冷再生瀝青混合料之前,宜在下
承層表面噴灑透層或黏層乳化瀝青。
8.1.4乳化瀝青廠拌冷再生瀝青混合料生產(chǎn)前,應(yīng)確認(rèn)運(yùn)輸、攤鋪、碾壓設(shè)備及施工準(zhǔn)備完全到位。
粗、中粒式冷再生結(jié)構(gòu)層單層壓實(shí)厚度不宜大于160mm,亦不宜小于80mm;細(xì)粒式冷再生結(jié)構(gòu)層單層
壓實(shí)厚度不宜大于80mm,亦不宜小于50mm。
8.2冷再生瀝青混合料施工設(shè)備
8.2.1施工設(shè)備
冷再生瀝青混合料施工設(shè)備應(yīng)符合下列要求:

a)冷再生施工設(shè)備主要有:銑刨機(jī)、破碎和篩分設(shè)備、拌和設(shè)備、運(yùn)輸車輛、攤鋪與碾壓等設(shè)備,
還需配置相應(yīng)的輔助設(shè)備;
b)應(yīng)按照要求將設(shè)備配置到位,碾壓、攤鋪設(shè)備的施工能力應(yīng)與拌和設(shè)備的生產(chǎn)能力配套。
8.2.2銑刨、破碎和篩分設(shè)備
應(yīng)采用大功率銑刨機(jī),寬幅、較大厚度、慢速銑刨,減少粗集料破碎,銑刨過程中宜少水。根據(jù)冷
再生瀝青混合料的生產(chǎn)能力配置非顎式破碎設(shè)備,根據(jù)RAP的分檔情況配置振動篩網(wǎng),RAP分三檔及以
上規(guī)格時應(yīng)采用二級篩分。
8.2.3拌和設(shè)備
拌和設(shè)備宜滿足新的粗集料、大于9.5mm的RAP料與水、乳化瀝青進(jìn)行單獨(dú)預(yù)拌和,再與其他剩
余材料混合拌和的功能(分步預(yù)拌功能);應(yīng)配置不少于6個冷料倉(其中4個為RAP料倉、2個為新
集料料倉)、2個粉料罐(1個礦粉罐、1個水泥罐;粉料罐底部應(yīng)安裝附著式振動器,以防止粉料板
結(jié)起拱)、1~2個乳化瀝青罐和1個水罐。此外,拌和設(shè)備應(yīng)符合計(jì)量精度要求,粉料、乳化瀝青及
水計(jì)量誤差均應(yīng)控制在±1.0%。在施工之前,所有冷料倉計(jì)量系統(tǒng)、粉料添加裝置和液體添加裝置,均需
經(jīng)過動態(tài)、靜態(tài)標(biāo)定。拌和設(shè)備控制系統(tǒng)應(yīng)具有實(shí)時記錄所有物料重量、實(shí)時打印配合比數(shù)據(jù)的功能。
8.2.4運(yùn)輸車輛
運(yùn)輸車輛應(yīng)符合下列要求:
a)運(yùn)輸車輛應(yīng)采用車況良好、有金屬底板的自卸式卡車,單車載重以20t~40t為宜,車廂卸
料傾角宜大于35°;
b)不宜采用超高超長的改裝車輛;
c)車輛數(shù)量應(yīng)與運(yùn)輸距離及生產(chǎn)、攤鋪能力匹配;
d)未裝料前,車廂內(nèi)應(yīng)保持潔凈,不應(yīng)沾有雜物,宜在車箱底板上噴涂隔離劑(不應(yīng)使用柴油);
e)運(yùn)輸車輛應(yīng)備有覆蓋設(shè)施,車廂四角應(yīng)密封堅(jiān)固。
8.2.5攤鋪設(shè)備
攤鋪設(shè)備應(yīng)符合下列要求:
a)應(yīng)采用瀝青混合料攤鋪機(jī)攤鋪,攤鋪機(jī)的數(shù)量、寬度應(yīng)與施工路幅寬度匹配,推薦使用單臺大
功率抗離析瀝青混凝土攤鋪機(jī);
b)瀝青混合料攤鋪機(jī)應(yīng)安裝有可調(diào)的活動熨平板或整平組件,應(yīng)配備熨平板自動找平裝置,其傳感
器可通過基準(zhǔn)線自動發(fā)出信號來調(diào)整熨平板,使攤鋪機(jī)能鋪筑出理想的縱、橫坡度和平整度;
c)攤鋪機(jī)應(yīng)有振動夯錘與可調(diào)整振幅的振動熨平板的組合裝置,夯錘與振動熨平板的頻率與振幅
應(yīng)能各自獨(dú)立調(diào)整。
8.2.6壓實(shí)設(shè)備
壓實(shí)設(shè)備應(yīng)符合下列要求:
a)應(yīng)配有輪胎壓路機(jī)、單鋼輪振動壓路機(jī)和雙鋼輪振動壓路機(jī);輪胎壓路機(jī)自重應(yīng)不小于30t,
輪胎氣壓不小于0.6MPa;單鋼輪振動壓路機(jī)自重為18t~22t,激振力應(yīng)大于35t;雙鋼
輪振動壓路機(jī)自重為12t~14t;
b)攤鋪寬度不大于7.5m時,可配置攤鋪機(jī)、單鋼輪、雙鋼輪和輪胎壓路機(jī)各一臺;攤鋪寬度大
于7.5m時,攤鋪、壓實(shí)機(jī)具應(yīng)各配置兩臺套;宜采用一臺大功率大寬度抗離析攤鋪機(jī)。

8.3RAP的回收、預(yù)處理與堆放
8.3.1RAP回收應(yīng)符合下列要求:
a)不同的RAP應(yīng)分別回收,分開堆放、不應(yīng)混雜;
b)可選用銑刨、機(jī)械開挖等方式回收RAP;
c)RAP在回收和存放時不應(yīng)混入無機(jī)結(jié)合料穩(wěn)定材料、水泥混凝土材料、土、雜物等雜質(zhì);
d)應(yīng)搭棚覆蓋貯存RAP、堆高不宜超過5m,宜采用布料機(jī)碼堆。
8.3.2RAP的預(yù)處理應(yīng)符合下列要求:
a)使用兩臺以上裝載機(jī)將一個料堆的RAP充分翻松、混合均勻,然后用非顎式破碎機(jī)進(jìn)行破碎,
加工后的RAP最大粒徑應(yīng)小于再生瀝青混合料最大粒徑,不宜有超粒徑材料;
b)根據(jù)不同的級配類型破碎篩分成不同的規(guī)格,針對表4中的粗粒式、中粒式以及細(xì)粒式級配,
對回收的RAP進(jìn)行預(yù)處理。
注:粗粒式級配的RAP可破碎篩分成0mm~4.75mm、4.75mm~9.5mm、9.5mm~19mm、19mm~26.5mm四檔,
中粒式級配的RAP可破碎篩分產(chǎn)成0mm~4.75mm、4.75mm~9.5mm、9.5mm~19mm三檔,細(xì)粒式A型級配
的RAP可破碎篩分產(chǎn)成0mm~4.75mm、4.75mm~9.5mm、9.5mm~16mm三檔,細(xì)粒式B型級配的RAP可破
碎篩分產(chǎn)成0mm~4.75mm、4.75mm~9.5mm二檔。
8.3.3RAP的貯存應(yīng)符合下列要求:
a)已預(yù)處理好的RAP,可用裝載機(jī)、布料機(jī)等將其轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)到堆料場均勻堆放,轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)和堆放過程中應(yīng)
避免RAP離析,裝載機(jī)等重型設(shè)備不應(yīng)在已預(yù)處理分檔的RAP上來回碾壓、行走;
b)已預(yù)處理好的不同規(guī)格的RAP應(yīng)貯存在已硬化處理、不積水且搭棚遮蓋的料倉中,各料倉采用
圬工或水泥混凝土隔墻分隔、分類堆放,防止竄料,堆放高度不宜超過
