Article6:ForceMajeure

NeitherPartyshallbeliableforanyfailureordelayintheperformanceoftheirobligationsunderthisContractduetoanyunforeseeneventbeyondtheirreasonablecontrol,includingbutnotlimitedtonaturaldisasters,actsofwar,orterrorism.

Article7:DisputeResolution

AnydisputesarisingoutoforrelatedtothisContractshallberesolvedthroughamicablenegotiationsbetweentheParties.IfthePartiesfailtoresolvethedispute,itshallbereferredtoarbitrationinaccordancewiththerulesof[arbitrationinstitution].

Article8:GoverningLawandJurisdiction
