Westerncarmakerstendedeithertosourcein-houseorawardshortcontractstothe

lowestbidders.ThequalityToyotaanditssuppliersachievedmadepossiblethe

“justintime"approachtodeliveringcomponentstotheassemblyplant.Inhisbook,
