Article1:Objective

Article7:DisputeResolution

Anydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththiscontractshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiation.Intheeventthatthenegotiationfails,thedisputesshallbesubmittedtothecompetentcourthavingjurisdictionoverthematter.

Article8:GeneralProvisions

8.1Thiscontractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallprioragreements,whetherwrittenororal.

8.2Anyamendmentsormodificationstothiscontractshallbemadeinwritingandsignedbybothparties.

8.3Theinvalidityorunenforceabilityofanyprovisionofthiscontractshallnotaffectthevalidityorenforceabilityoftheremainingprovisions.

INWITNESSWHEREOF,thepartieshaveexecutedthiscontractasofthedatefirstwrittenabove.
