前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T23576—2009《拋噴丸設(shè)備通用技術(shù)條件》,與GB/T23576—2009相比,除
結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:
a)增加了“術(shù)語和定義”一章(見第3章);
b)增加了“加工、裝配和外觀質(zhì)量”要求(見4.2);
c)更改了“電氣系統(tǒng)”要求,增加了數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的規(guī)定(見4.10,2009年版的3.1.2);
d)刪除了“油缸、氣缸內(nèi)部清潔度”的規(guī)定(見2009年版的3.1.12),增加了“液壓、氣動系
統(tǒng)”的規(guī)定(見4.11.3、4.11.4);
e)增加了“安全要求”(見4.12);
f)更改了“空運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)試驗要求”“負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)試驗要求”的相關(guān)規(guī)定(見4.13、4.14,2009年版的
3.9);
g)增加了外購配套件和編制要求的規(guī)定(見4.15.2),更改了“隨機(jī)技術(shù)文件”要求(見
4.15.3,2009年版的3.1.19);
h)刪除了“清潔度的測定”(見2009年版的4.3),增加了“每組葉片硬度差的測定”“空運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)試
驗”和“負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)試驗”(見5.4、5.7、5.8);
i)增加了機(jī)器標(biāo)牌的要求(見7.2、7.3、7.4)、機(jī)器貯存過程中的要求(見7.9);
j)將“弧高度曲線”更改為“弧高度飽和曲線”,更改了“拋噴丸強(qiáng)度表示方法”和“拋噴丸強(qiáng)
度檢測裝置”的規(guī)定(見A.2~A.4,2009年版的A.1~A.3);
k)更改了試片選用的要求(見A.5,2009年版的A.4、A.5);
l)更改了拋噴丸強(qiáng)度測定的要求(見A.6.2,2009年版的A.6.2)。
