c.ProvidetheContractorwithnecessarysupportandresourcestoensurethetimelyandsuccessfulcompletionoftheWork.

3.RightsandObligationsoftheOwner

TheOwnershallhavetherightto:

a.ApproveorrejecttheThirdPartyServicesprovidedbytheContractor;

b.InspectandverifythequalityandprogressoftheWorkandThirdPartyServices;

c.RequestmodificationstotheWorkorThirdPartyServices,providedsuchmodificationsarereasonableandfeasible;

d.ReceivemonthlyprogressreportsfromtheContractorandtheThirdParty;

e.TerminatethisContractintheeventofabreachofcontractbyeithertheContractorortheThirdParty,subjecttoapplicablelawsandregulations.

4.PaymentandDisbursements

7.TerminationandDefault
