前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T18724—2008《印刷技術(shù)印刷品與印刷油墨耐各種試劑性的測定》,與

GB/T18724—2008相比,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:

——增加了未涵蓋食品接觸材料的食品安全和消費(fèi)者保護(hù)方面的信息(見第1章);

——增加了術(shù)語“試樣”(見3.3);

——更改了“原理”一章的描述(見第4章,2008年版的第4章);

——增加了“其他試劑”的內(nèi)容(見5.12);

——將“儀器和試劑”更改為“儀器”,并刪除了“溶劑和樹脂液”(見第6章,2008年版的第6章);

——更改了玻璃片的規(guī)格(見6.1,2008年版的6.1.1);

——更改了實(shí)驗(yàn)室濾紙的描述(見6.2,2008年版的6.1.2);

——更改了皮氏培養(yǎng)皿的描述(見6.3,2008年版的6.1.3);

——增加了秒表的精度描述(見6.6);

——更改了溫度計的測量范圍與要求(見6.7,2008年版的6.1.7);

——增加了“測試方法”的概述(見8.1);

——在“測試方法”中將“固體試劑”更改為“干酪”(見8.3,2008年版的8.2);

——更改了表1中“測試試劑”的測試條件(見8.7,2008年版的8.1),并增加了熱水、碳酸鈉溶液

(1%)、次氯酸鈉溶液(1%)、唾液和汗液模擬物、洗衣機(jī)洗滌劑的測試條件(見8.7);

——增加了“結(jié)果評價”的概述(見9.1);

——更改了液體和固體制劑、溶液的結(jié)果評價要求(見9.2,2008年版的9.1)。

引言

在印刷品使用過程期間需要耐受某些試劑。這些試劑會在上光等后序工藝過程中與印刷品接觸,

或者通過與某些蒸氣、液體或固體的相互作用(如包裝內(nèi)容物溢出到印刷品上)意外地接觸到印刷品。

這些類型的試劑會導(dǎo)致印刷品的視覺變化。這些變化是由于油墨中使用的著色劑或基材本身對特定

試劑不耐受。

本文件中的所有方法旨在允許合理選擇用于印刷油墨和基材的原材料,以及用于印刷品測試以用

于鑒定目的。所有這些方法的目的是避免由溶劑引起的印刷品視覺變化。
