前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T18724—2008《印刷技術(shù)印刷品與印刷油墨耐各種試劑性的測(cè)定》,與
GB/T18724—2008相比,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動(dòng)外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:
——增加了未涵蓋食品接觸材料的食品安全和消費(fèi)者保護(hù)方面的信息(見(jiàn)第1章);
——增加了術(shù)語(yǔ)“試樣”(見(jiàn)3.3);
——更改了“原理”一章的描述(見(jiàn)第4章,2008年版的第4章);
——增加了“其他試劑”的內(nèi)容(見(jiàn)5.12);
——將“儀器和試劑”更改為“儀器”,并刪除了“溶劑和樹(shù)脂液”(見(jiàn)第6章,2008年版的第6章);
——更改了玻璃片的規(guī)格(見(jiàn)6.1,2008年版的6.1.1);
——更改了實(shí)驗(yàn)室濾紙的描述(見(jiàn)6.2,2008年版的6.1.2);
——更改了皮氏培養(yǎng)皿的描述(見(jiàn)6.3,2008年版的6.1.3);
——增加了秒表的精度描述(見(jiàn)6.6);
——更改了溫度計(jì)的測(cè)量范圍與要求(見(jiàn)6.7,2008年版的6.1.7);
——更改了白色基板的名稱與描述(見(jiàn)6.10,2008年版的6.1.12);
——更改了灰色樣卡的描述(見(jiàn)6.11,2008年版的6.1.13);
——增加了分光色度計(jì)(見(jiàn)6.13);
——在“儀器”中刪除了能加熱到40℃的烘箱和厚度計(jì)(見(jiàn)2008年版的6.1.8和6.1.11);
——更改了“試樣的準(zhǔn)備”一章的描述(見(jiàn)第7章,2008年版的第7章);
——增加了“測(cè)試方法”的概述(見(jiàn)8.1);
——在“測(cè)試方法”中將“固體試劑”更改為“干酪”(見(jiàn)8.3,2008年版的8.2);
——更改了表1中“測(cè)試試劑”的測(cè)試條件(見(jiàn)8.7,2008年版的8.1),并增加了熱水、碳酸鈉溶液
(1%)、次氯酸鈉溶液(1%)、唾液和汗液模擬物、洗衣機(jī)洗滌劑的測(cè)試條件(見(jiàn)8.7);
——增加了“結(jié)果評(píng)價(jià)”的概述(見(jiàn)9.1);
——更改了液體和固體制劑、溶液的結(jié)果評(píng)價(jià)要求(見(jiàn)9.2,2008年版的9.1)。
本文件等同采用ISO2836:2021《印刷技術(shù)印刷品與印刷油墨耐各種試劑性的測(cè)定》。

引言
在印刷品使用過(guò)程期間需要耐受某些試劑。這些試劑會(huì)在上光等后序工藝過(guò)程中與印刷品接觸,
或者通過(guò)與某些蒸氣、液體或固體的相互作用(如包裝內(nèi)容物溢出到印刷品上)意外地接觸到印刷品。
這些類型的試劑會(huì)導(dǎo)致印刷品的視覺(jué)變化。這些變化是由于油墨中使用的著色劑或基材本身對(duì)特定
試劑不耐受。
本文件中的所有方法旨在允許合理選擇用于印刷油墨和基材的原材料,以及用于印刷品測(cè)試以用
于鑒定目的。所有這些方法的目的是避免由溶劑引起的印刷品視覺(jué)變化。

本文件未涵蓋食品接觸材料的食品安全和消費(fèi)者保護(hù)方面。
