演講人:日期:阿爾茨海默病英文Alzheimer'sDisease:AnIntroductionRiskFactorsandCausesofAlzheimer'sSymptomsandDiagnosisofAlzheimer'sTreatmentOptionsforAlzheimer'sDiseaseCaringforaPersonwithAlzheimer'sDiseaseCopingwithAlzheimer'sasaFamilyMemberorFriend目錄01Alzheimer'sDisease:AnIntroductionDefinitionAlzheimer'sdisease(AD)isaprogressiveneurogenerativedisorderthatischaracterizedbymemoryloss,languageintroduction,andcognitivedeclineHistoryTheissuewasfirstdescribedbyGermanpsychiatristandneuropathologyAloisAlzheimerin1906Sincethen,researchhasbeenongoingtounderstanditscauses,progress,andpotentialtreatmentsDefinitionandHistoryofAlzheimer'sAlzheimer'sdiseaseisthemostcommoncauseofdementia,affectinganestimated50millionpeopleworldwidePrevalenceTheissuehasasignificantimpactonindividuals,families,andsocietyItcanleadtolossofindependence,decreasedqualityoflife,andincreasedhealthcarecostsImpactonSocietyPrevalenceandImpactonSocietyIntheearlystages,individualsmayexperiencemillmemorylossandhavediversityfindingtherightwordsornamesEarlyStageAsthediseaseprogresses,individualsmayexperiencemoreseverememoryloss,fusion,andbehavioralchangesMiddleStageInthelatestagesofAlzheimer's,individualsmaylosetheabilitytocommunicate,recognizefamilymembers,andcareforthemselvesLateStageStagesofAlzheimer'sProgression02RiskFactorsandCausesofAlzheimer'sHavingafirstdegreerelative,suchasaparentorsibling,withAlzheimer'sdiseaseincreasingtheriskofdevelopingtheconditionFamilyHistoryCertaingenes,suchasAPOE4,havebeenidentifiedasriskfactorsforAlzheimer's.However,it'simportanttonotethatgeneticsisnottheonlyfactor,andenvironmentalandlifestylefactorsalsoplayaroleGeneticMutationsGeneticFactorsinAlzheimer'sAgeTheriskofdevelopingAlzheimer'sincreaseswithage,specificallyaftertheageof65LakeofExerciseAsedentarylifestylehasbeenlinkedtoanincreasingriskofAlzheimer's.RegularphysicalactivityisbelievedtopromotehealthbrainfunctionPoorDietsADietshighinsaturatedfatandcholesterolmayincreasetheriskofAlzheimer's.Conversely,aDietsrichinfruits,vegetables,andwholegrainshavebeenassociatedwithalowerriskLifestyleandEnvironmentalRisksSmokingandExcessAlcoholConsumptionBothsmokingandexcessalcoholconsumptionhavebeenidentifiedaspotentialriskfactorsforAlzheimer'sLifestyleandEnvironmentalRisksHeadTraumaSleepDisordersChronicStressVascularHealthOtherPotentialCausesChronicsleepdisorders,suchasIndonesiaorsleepapnea,maycontributetothedevelopmentofAlzheimer'sProlongedexposuretostresshormonescanhavenegativeeffectsonbrainfunctionandmayincreasetheriskofAlzheimer'sPoorVascularhealth,suchashavinghighbloodpressureordiabetes,mayalsocontributetothedevelopmentofAlzheimer'sSeparateheadTrauma,suchasadiscussion,mayincreasetheriskofdevelopingAlzheimer's03SymptomsandDiagnosisofAlzheimer'sMemoryLossOneoftheearliestandmostcommonsignsofAlzheimer'sismemoryloss,specificallyforrecentlylearnedinformationDifficultlyPerformingFamilyTasksPeoplewithAlzheimer'smayhavetroublecompletingdailytasksthattheyhavebeendoingforyears,somuchascookingamealordrivingtoafamilylocationChangesinMoodandPersonalityIndividualswithAlzheimer'smayexperienceMoodswingsandbecomefused,seasonal,compressed,ornumerousTheymayalsodrawfromsocialactivitiesandloseinterestinhobbiesEarlySignsandSymptomsMedicalHistoryandPhysicalExamThedoctorwillaskabouttheperson'ssymptomsandmedicalhistory,andconductaphysicalexamtoruleoutotherpossiblecausesofthesymptomsNeurologicalExamThedoctormayassessreflexes,musclestrength,coordination,balance,andsensitivitytocheckforsignsofnervoussystemdamageMentalStatusTestingThedoctormayadministerteststoassessmemory,problem-solvingabilities,attention,counting,andlanguageskillsBrainImagingImagingtestssuchascomputedtomography(CT),magneticresonanceimaging(MRI),orpositronemissiontomography(PET)maybeusedtoruleoutothercausesofdementiaorlookforspecificbrainchangesassociatedwithAlzheimer'sDiagnosticCriteriaandTestsVascularDementiaThistypeofDementiaiscausedbydamagetothebrain'sbloodvesselsandisoftenassociatedwithstrokeorothercerebrovasculardiseasesLewyBodyDementiaThisformofDementiaischaracterizedbythepresenceofabnormalproteindepositsinthebraincalledLewybodies,whichcancausearangeofsymptomsincludingvisualhallucinations,Parkinson'sfeatures,andconstructionsinalignmentFrontotemporalDementiaThistypeofDementiaprimaryeffectsthefrontandtemporarylobesofthebrainandischaracterizedbychangesinpersonality,behavior,andlanguageabilitiesOtherMedicalConditionsConditionssuchasdepression,thyroidproblems,vitamindeficiencies,andcancerinfectionscancausesymptomssimilartothoseofAlzheimer'sandshouldberuledoutduringthediagnosticprocessDifferentialDiagnosisConsiderations04TreatmentOptionsforAlzheimer'sDiseaseAcetylcholinesteraseinhibitorsThesedrugsworkbyincreasingthelevelsofacetylcholine,aneurotransmitterinvolvedinmemoryandlearningTheyarecommonlyusedtotreatmilltomodelAlzheimer'sdiseaseNMDAreceiverantagonistsThesedrugstargettheglucosesysteminthebrain,whichisthoughttobeaggressiveinAlzheimer'sdisease,leadingtoneurondeathTheyareusedtotreatmodeltosevereAlzheimer'sdiseasePharmaceuticalTreatmentsAvailableCogni
