Article3:WorkDescription

3.1TheWorkershallperformthePart-timeWorkasspecifiedbytheClub,whichincludesbutisnotlimitedto[insertspecificdutiesandresponsibilities].

3.2TheWorkershallperformthePart-timeWorkduringtheworkinghoursasagreeduponbybothparties.

Article4:WorkHoursandCompensation

Article5:TerminationoftheContract

5.2IntheeventofterminationofthisContract,theClubshallpaytheWorkeranyoutstandingsalaryandbenefitsduetotheWorkeruptotheterminationdate.

Article6:Confidentiality

6.1TheWorkeragreestokeepconfidentialallinformationanddataobtainedduringthecourseofperformingthePart-timeWork.

6.2TheWorkershallnotuseanyconfidentialinformationforanypurposeotherthantheperformanceofthePart-timeWork.

Article7:GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

7.1ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[insertjurisdiction].

7.2AnydisputesarisingfromorinconnectionwiththisContractshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiationbetweentheparties.Ifthepartiesfailtoreachanagreementthroughnegotiation,thedisputeshallbesubmittedto[insertcourtorarbitrationbody]forresolution.

Article3:WorkDescription

Article6:Worker'sRightsandObligations

6.1TheWorkerhastherightto:

6.1.2Betreatedwithrespectanddignityduringtheemployment.

6.1.3ReceiveanynecessarytrainingandsupporttoperformthePart-timeWorkeffectively.

6.2TheWorkershall:

6.2.1PerformthePart-timeWorkdiligentlyandtothebestoftheirability.

6.2.2ComplywiththeEmployer'spoliciesandprocedures.

6.2.3NotifytheEmployerandtheAgentofanychangesincontactinformationorotherrelevantdetails.

Article7:Worker'sTerminationandCompensation

7.1IntheeventoftheWorker'sterminationofemployment,theEmployershallpaytheWorkeranyoutstandingsalaryandbenefitsdueuptotheterminationdate.

7.2TheEmployermayterminatetheemploymentcontractwithimmediateeffectiftheWorkerbreachesanytermofthisContract,includingbutnotlimitedtounauthorizedabsence,misconduct,ornon-compliancewiththeEmployer'spolicies.

Article8:Agent'sRightsandObligations

8.1TheAgenthastherightto:

8.2TheAgentshall:

Article9:Confidentiality

9.2TheWorkershallnotuseanyconfidentialinformationforanypurposeotherthantheperformanceofthePart-timeWork.

Article10:GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

5.2TheClientshall:

5.2.1ProvidetheFreelancerwithallnecessaryinformationandresourcestoperformtheservices.

5.2.2Complywithanydeadlinesandmilestonesagreeduponinthecontract.

5.2.3PaytheFreelancer'sfeesinaccordancewiththeagreedpaymentterms.

Article6:Freelancer'sRightsandObligations

6.1TheFreelancerhastherightto:

6.1.1Bepaidfortheservicesrenderedinaccordancewiththeagreedcompensation.

6.1.2Workindependentlyandusetheirownmethodsandprocedures,unlessotherwiseagreed.

6.1.3Requestareasonableextensionoftheprojecttimelineifunforeseencircumstancesarise.

6.2TheFreelancershall:

6.2.1Performtheserviceswithduediligenceandinaprofessionalmanner.

6.2.2MaintainconfidentialityregardinganyinformationdisclosedbytheClient.

6.2.3ProvideregularupdatesandprogressreportstotheClient.

Article7:TerminationoftheContract
