ThisInternshipAgreement(the"Agreement")isenteredintoasof[StartDate],byandbetween[CompanyName]("Company"),acompanyorganizedandexistingunderthelawsof[Country/State],and[Intern'sName]("Intern").

1.PurposeofInternship

ThepurposeofthisinternshipistoprovidetheInternwithanopportunitytogainpracticalexperienceandexposuretotheoperationsoftheCompanyinthefieldof[Industry/FieldofWork].TheInternshipisintendedtobealearningexperiencefortheIntern,andtheCompanywillendeavortoprovideameaningfulandeducationalexperience.

2.DurationofInternship

Theinternshipwillcommenceon[StartDate]andwillendon[EndDate].Thedurationoftheinternshipis[NumberofWeeks/Months].Theinternshipmaybeextendedbymutualagreementofthepartiesinwriting.

3.ResponsibilitiesoftheIntern

Duringtheinternship,theInternagreesto:

a.PerformtasksanddutiesasassignedbytheCompany,whichmayinclude,butarenotlimitedto,[listspecifictasksorprojects].

b.MaintainaprofessionalattitudeandadheretotheCompany'spoliciesandprocedures.

c.MaintainconfidentialityregardingtheCompany'sbusinessandproprietaryinformation.

d.Participateinanyrequiredtrainingororientationsessions.

4.ResponsibilitiesoftheCompany

Duringtheinternship,theCompanyagreesto:

a.ProvidetheInternwithasupervisorormentorwhowillberesponsibleforguidingandoverseeingtheIntern'swork.

b.ProvidetheInternwiththenecessaryresourcesandsupporttoperformtheassignedtasks.

c.ProvidefeedbackontheIntern'sperformanceandprogress.

5.CompensationandBenefits

a.TheInternwillbecompensatedatarateof[Amount]per[hour/week/month],payableon[PaymentSchedule].

b.TheInternwillnotbeeligibleforbenefitssuchashealthinsurance,paidtimeoff,orretirementplans.

c.TheCompanymayprovidetheInternwitha[stipend/allowance]for[specificexpenses],ifapplicable.

6.Termination

a.ThisAgreementmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyupon[NoticePeriod]writtennotice.

b.TheCompanyreservestherighttoterminatetheinternshipimmediatelyiftheInternfailstoperformtheirduties,breachesanytermofthisAgreement,orengagesinanyconductthatisdetrimentaltotheCompany.

7.Confidentiality

TheInternagreestomaintaintheconfidentialityofallproprietaryinformationandtradesecretsoftheCompany,bothduringandaftertheinternship.

8.AcknowledgmentofUnderstanding

BysigningthisAgreement,theInternacknowledgesthattheyhavereadandunderstoodthetermsandconditionsofthisinternshipandagreetoabidebythem.

INTERNSHIPAGREEMENT

ThisInternshipAgreement("Agreement")ismadeandenteredintoasof[StartDate],byandbetween[CompanyName]("Company"),acompanyorganizedandexistingunderthelawsof[Country/State],withitsprincipalplaceofbusinesslocatedat[CompanyAddress],and[Intern'sName]("Intern"),astudentat[University/CollegeName],withanaddressat[Intern'sAddress].

WHEREAS,theCompanydesirestoprovidetheInternwithanopportunitytogainpracticalexperienceinthefieldof[FieldofInternship]throughaninternshipprogram;and

WHEREAS,theInterndesirestoparticipateintheinternshipprogramtogainsuchexperience;

NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandagreementssetforthherein,thepartiesagreeasfollows:

1.TERMOFINTERNSHIP

Thetermofthisinternshipshallcommenceon[StartDate]andshallendon[EndDate],unlessterminatedearlierasprovidedinthisAgreement.

2.DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES

TheInternshallperformsuchdutiesandresponsibilitiesasmaybeassignedtohim/herbytheCompanyfromtimetotime,whichmayinclude,butarenotlimitedto:

b.Conductingresearchandanalysis;

c.Preparingreportsandpresentations;

3.SUPERVISIONANDEVALUATION

TheInternshallbeunderthedirectsupervisionof[Supervisor'sName],whoshallberesponsibleforassigningtasks,providingguidance,andevaluatingtheIntern'sperformance.TheInternshallmeetwiththeSupervisoronaregularbasistodiscussprogressandanyconcerns.

4.COMPENSATION

TheInternshallbecompensatedattherateof[CompensationAmount]per[hour/week/month],payableon[PaymentSchedule].TheInternshallnotbeeligibleforovertimepay,benefits,oranyothercompensationbeyondtheagreed-uponamount.

5.CONFIDENTIALITY

TheInternagreestomaintaintheconfidentialityofanyandallproprietaryinformation,tradesecrets,andotherconfidentialinformationdisclosedtohim/herbytheCompanyduringthecourseoftheinternship.TheInternshallnotdisclosesuchinformationtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheCompany.

6.INDEPENDENTCONTRACTORSTATUS

TheInternacknowledgesthathe/sheisanindependentcontractorandnotanemployeeoftheCompany.TheInternshallnotbeentitledtoanyemployeebenefits,including,butnotlimitedto,healthinsurance,retirementplans,orpaidtimeoff.

7.TERMINATION

ThisAgreementmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyupon[NoticePeriod]writtennoticetotheotherparty.Intheeventoftermination,theInternshallreturnallCompanyproperty,includingbutnotlimitedto,documents,equipment,andkeys.

8.INDEMNIFICATION

TheCompanyshallindemnifyandholdharmlesstheInternfromandagainstanyandallclaims,damages,liabilities,andexpensesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththeperformanceoftheIntern'sdutiesunderthisAgreement,excepttotheextentcausedbytheIntern'sgrossnegligenceorwi
