博士后聘用合同英文版(外籍用)6篇篇1POSTDOCTORALEMPLOYMENTAGREEMENTPartyA:[NameoftheInstitution]PartyB:[NameofthePostdoctoralScholar]Preamble:ThisPostdoctoralEmploymentAgreement(the“Agreement”)ismadeandenteredintobyandbetween[NameoftheInstitution](hereinafterreferredtoas“PartyA”)and[NameofthePostdoctoralScholar](hereinafterreferredtoas“PartyB”)onthetermsandconditionssetforthbelow.Article1:EmploymentTermTheemploymenttermofPartyBshallbeforaperiodof[EmploymentTerminMonths]months,commencingonthedateofthisAgreement’sexecution.Thetermofemploymentshallbeconsecutiveandfull-time.Article2:PositionandResponsibilitiesPartyBshallserveasapostdoctoralscholaratPartyA’sinstitution,inthedepartmentof[DepartmentName],underthesupervisionof[Supervisor’sName].PartyB’sprimaryresponsibilityshallbetoconductpostdoctoralresearchandscholarshipinaccordancewiththeinterestsandneedsoftheinstitutionanddepartment.Thisshallinclude,butnotbelimitedto,participatinginresearchprojects,publishingscholarlyworks,andcontributingtotheintellectuallifeoftheinstitution.Article3:ResearchExpectationsPartyBshallbeexpectedtoproducehigh-qualityresearchduringtheirpostdoctoralterm,includingthesubmissionofatleast[MinimumPublicationsRequired]scholarlypublicationstopeer-reviewedjournalsorotherscholarlyoutlets.Theresearchshallbeinlinewiththeresearchinterestsoftheinstitutionanddepartment,andshallcontributesignificantlytotheadvancementofknowledgeinthefield.Article4:SalaryandBenefitsPartyBshallreceiveapostdoctoralsalaryof[PostdoctoralSalary]permonth,payableinaccordancewithPartyA’sstandardpayrollprocedures.Inaddition,PartyBshallbeeligibleforstandardbenefitsprovidedbyPartyAtoitsemployees,includinghealthinsurance,dentalinsurance,lifeinsurance,andaccesstoPartyA’srecreationalfacilities.Article5:LeaveandVacationsPartyBshallbeentitledtoannualleaveandvacationsinaccordancewithPartyA’spoliciesandprocedures.Thetotalleaveentitlementshallbenolessthan[TotalLeaveEntitlement]daysperyear,inclusiveofsickleave,personalleave,andprofessionaldevelopmentleave.Article6:TerminationofEmploymentEitherPartymayterminatethisAgreementatanytime,foranyreason,uponwrittennoticetotheotherParty.Intheeventoftermination,PartyAshallprovidePartyBwithaletterofreferenceandanynecessaryassistanceinfindingsubsequentemployment.Article7:ConfidentialityandIntellectualPropertyPartyBacknowledgesthattheresearchconductedduringtheirpostdoctoraltermmaybeconfidentialandproprietarytoPartyA.PartyBagreesnottodiscloseanyconfidentialinformationrelatedtotheresearchwithouttheexpresswrittenconsentofPartyA.AllintellectualpropertyrightsrelatedtotheresearchshallbeownedbyPartyA.Article8:DisputeResolutionAnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisAgreementshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiationbetweentheParties.Ifnegotiationfailstoresolvethedispute,eitherPartymayseekassistancefromanappropriatecourtorarbitrator.Article9:MiscellaneousProvisionsThisAgreementshallbegovernedbythelawsof[CountryName].AllnoticesrequiredunderthisAgreementshallbeinwritinganddeliveredtotheotherPartyattheirrespectiveaddressessetforthinthisAgreement.ThisAgreementmaynotbemodifiedoramendedexceptbyawritteninstrumentexecutedbybothParties.INWITNESSWHEREOF,thePartieshaveexecutedthisAgreementonthedatessetforthbelow:PartyA:[DateofExecution]PartyB:[DateofExecution]ENDOFPOSTDOCTORALEMPLOYMENTAGREEMENT篇2PostdoctoralResearcherEmploymentContractEmployer:[NameoftheEmployer]Employee:[NameoftheEmployee]EffectiveDate:[DateofCommencement]Introduction:Thisemploymentcontractismadebetween[NameoftheEmployer]and[NameoftheEmployee],forthepurposeofemploying[NameoftheEmployee]asapostdoctoralresearcherat[NameoftheEmployer].Itsetsoutthetermsandconditionsofemployment,includingthedutiesandresponsibilitiesofbothparties.1.PositionandResponsibilities:TheEmployeeshallserveasapostdoctoralresearcherat[NameoftheEmployer]andshallperformsuchdutiesasmaybeassignedtohim/herbytheEmployer.Thisincludes,butisnotlimitedto,conductingindependentandcollaborativeresearch,publishingresearchfindings,participatinginresearchseminarsandconferences,andprovidingmentorshiptojuniorresearchers.2.DurationofEmployment:Theemploymentshallcommenceon[DateofCommencement]andshallcontinueforaperiodof[DurationofEmployment],unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthiscontract.3.SalaryandBenefits:TheEmployeeshallbepaidasalaryof[SalaryAmount]perannum,inaccordancewiththesalaryscaleprescribedby[NameoftheEmployer].TheEmployeeshallalsobeentitledtosuchbenefitsasmaybeprescribedby[NameoftheEmployer],includingbutnotlimitedtomedicalinsurance,pensionscheme,andannualleave.4.WorkSchedule:TheEmployeeshallworkfulltimeat[NameoftheEmployer],withtheworkscheduletobedeterminedbymutualagreementbetweentheparties.Overtimemayberequiredfromtimetotime,andtheEmployeeshallmakehimself/herselfavailableforsuchworkasmaybenecessarytomeettheresearchobjectivesoftheEmployer.5.IntellectualPropertyRights:AllintellectualpropertyrightsarisingfromresearchconductedbytheEmployeeduringthecourseofhis/heremploymentshallvestin[NameoftheEmployer].TheEmployeeacknowledgesthathe/shehasnoproprietaryrightsinanysuchintellectualproperty,exceptasmaybeagreeduponinwritingbytheparties.6.Confidentiality:TheEmployeeshallkeepallconfidentialinformationof[NameoftheEmployer]confidentialandshallnotdiscloseanysuchinformationtothirdpartieswithoutthewrittenconsentoftheEmployer.Thisobligationshallsurviveterminationoftheemploymentcontract.7.Termination:Theemploymentcontractmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyuponwrittennoticetotheotherparty.TheEmployermayterminatethecontractimmediatelyintheeventofanybreachofcontractbytheEmployee.TheEmployeemayterminatethecontractwith[NoticePeriod]priorwrittennoticetotheEmployer.8.Miscellaneous:Thiscontractshallbegovernedbythelawsof[Jurisdiction].Anydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththiscontractshallbesubjecttotheexclusivejurisdictionofthecourtsof[Jurisdiction].Thepartiesheretohavecausedthiscontracttobeexecutedinduplicate,eachpartyholdingonecopyfortheirrespectiverecords.SignatureoftheEmployer:[SignatureoftheEmployer][DateofSignature]SignatureoftheEmployee:[SignatureoftheEmployee][DateofSignature]篇3POSTDOCTORALEMPLOYMENTCONTRACTContractNo.[ContractNumber]DateofCommencement:[DateofCommencement]I.TheEmployingInstitution(the“University”)TheUniversityof[NameofUniversity]II.ThePostdoctoralScholar(the“Scholar”)[FullNameofScholar]III.TheScopeofEmploymentTheScholarshallbeemployedasapostdoctoralscholarattheUniversityforthepurposeofconductingresearchin[FieldofResearch]underthesupervisionof[Supervisor’sName].TheScholarshallbeexpectedtoundertakethefollowingduties:1.Toconductresearchin[FieldofResearch]inaccordancewiththeUniversity’sregulationsandtheSupervisor’sguidance.2.ToparticipateinrelevantacademicactivitiesattheUniversity,includingseminars,workshops,andconferences.3.TocontributetotheintellectualdevelopmentoftheUniversitybypublishingresearchfindingsandpresentingatacademicconferences.4.TocomplywithallapplicableUniversitypoliciesandprocedures,includingthoserelatedtoacademicintegrity,healthandsafety,andenvironmentalmanagement.IV.TheTermofEmploymentTheinitialtermofemploymentshallbefor[InitialEmploymentTerm]fromthedateofcommencement.ThistermmaybeextendedbymutualagreementbetweentheUniversityandtheScholar.V.RemunerationandBenefits1.Salary:TheScholarshallreceiveapostdoctoralscholarshipof[ScholarshipAmount]perannum,payablein[Currency]onamonthlybasis.Thescholarshipmaybesubjecttotax,whichshallbedeductedatsourceinaccordancewithapplicablelaws.2.HousingAllowance:TheScholarmaybeprovidedwithaccommodationattheUniversity’sdiscretion.Ifaccommodationisnotprovided,ahousingallowanceof[HousingAllowanceAmount]permonthshallbepaidtotheScholar.3.TravelAllowance:TheScholarmaybeentitledtoatravelallowanceof[TravelAllowanceAmount]permonthtocoverexpensesrelatedtotraveltoandfromtheUniversity,subjecttotheUniversity’sregulationsandpoliciesontravelexpenses.4.ResearchFunding:TheScholarmaybeprovidedwithfundingforresearch-relatedexpenses,includingequipment,materials,andfieldwork,subjecttotheUniversity’spoliciesonresearchfundingandtheSupervisor’sguidance.5.AcademicResources:TheScholarshallhaveaccesstoallrelevantacademicresourcesattheUniversity,includinglibraries,laboratories,andonlinedatabases,subjecttotheUniversity’spoliciesonresourceusage.6.HealthInsurance:TheScholarshallbeprovidedwithhealthinsuranceinaccordancewithapplicablelawsandUniversitypolicies.TheScholarisresponsibleforensuringthattheirhealthinsuranceisuptodateandinlinewithUniversityrequirements.7.LeaveofAbsence:TheScholarshallbeentitledtoannualleaveinaccordancewithUniversitypoliciesonleaveofabsence.ThelengthofannualleaveshallbedeterminedbytheUniversity’sregulationsandshallnotexceed[MaximumAnnualLeaveDays]daysperyear.TheScholarmayalsobeentitledtosickleaveandpublicholidaysinaccordancewithapplicablelawsandUniversitypolicies.9.MiscellaneousBenefits:TheScholarmaybeentitledtootherbenefitsinaccordancewithUniversitypolicies,includingbutnotlimitedtoreimbursementforexpensesrelatedtoparticipationinacademicconferencesorworkshops,andprovisionofaresearchassistantorinternwhereapplicable.ThesebenefitsshallbeclearlydefinedandcommunicatedtotheScholarinwritingbytheUniversitypriortothecommencementofemployment.VI.AcademicIntegrityandResearchEthicsVII.ConfidentialityandNon-DisclosureTheScholarshallmaintainstrictconfidentialitywithrespecttoallconfidentialinformationrelatedtotheiremploymentattheUniversity,includingbutnotlimitedtoresearchfindings,studentdata,andproprietaryinformation.Theyshallnotdiscloseanyconfidentialinformationto篇4POSTDOCTORALEMPLOYMENTAGREEMENTPartyA:[NameoftheInstitution]*Address:[AddressoftheInstitution]*ContactNumber:[ContactNumberoftheInstitution]*Email:[EmailoftheInstitution]PartyB:[NameofthePostdoctoralScholar]*Address:[AddressofthePostdoctoralScholar]*ContactNumber:[ContactNumberofthePostdoctoralScholar]*Email:[EmailofthePostdoctoralScholar]Introduction:ThisPostdoctoralEmploymentAgreement(the"Agreement")ismadeandenteredintobyPartyAandPartyBinaccordancewiththelawsof[Country/Region].ThisAgreementoutlinesthetermsandconditionsoftheemploymentofPartyBasapostdoctoralscholar
