1、山東省寧津縣育新中學(xué)七年級(jí)英語下冊(cè)Module10 Life history教案 外研版一、 課型 Reading and writing二、 教材分析 本模塊以生活經(jīng)歷為話題,要求聽懂,讀懂對(duì)過去生活經(jīng)歷的描述及簡單的人物傳記并通過對(duì)自己和他人生活經(jīng)歷的描述掌握一般過去時(shí)態(tài)的表達(dá)方式. 第一單元通過貝蒂和她爺爺之間的對(duì)話,談?wù)撠惖贍敔斶^去的經(jīng)歷,掌握一般過去時(shí)態(tài)的一般疑問句及其回答;同時(shí)掌握十二個(gè)月的名稱和中西方節(jié)日,日期的英文表達(dá). 第二單元通過描述英國著名劇作家莎士比亞的生活經(jīng)歷,使我們能夠讀懂簡單的人物傳記,擴(kuò)大詞匯量,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的閱讀技巧,并通過對(duì)自己和他人的生活經(jīng)歷的描述,掌握一般過

2、去時(shí)態(tài)的表達(dá)方式. 第三單元是在前兩個(gè)單元的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)所學(xué)語法知識(shí)進(jìn)行概括性的總結(jié),鞏固基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),并通過談?wù)撨^去的生活這個(gè)話題來進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)對(duì)一般過去時(shí)態(tài)的應(yīng)用.最后通過Writing about people in the past來完成本模塊的任務(wù).三 、教學(xué)對(duì)象分析1 、學(xué)生們是初次學(xué)習(xí)傳記文體的文章,他們會(huì)覺得較難,教師要培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的閱讀技巧。2 、學(xué)生對(duì)莎士比亞不是很了解,尤其是部分詞匯很難讀,教師要幫助學(xué)生處理好這些詞匯,為閱讀文章掃清障礙。四 、教學(xué)目標(biāo) I、 知識(shí)技能目標(biāo): (1)、詞匯: 圍繞本單元課文,學(xué)會(huì)熟練掌握be born, start school, marry, mo

3、ve to, have children, die, poet, rich, successful, theater company等詞匯及其用法。 (2)、語音:學(xué)會(huì)準(zhǔn)確地讀出be born, start school, marry, move to, have children, die, poet, rich, successful, theater company等詞語;同時(shí)為閱讀課文掃清障礙,能熟練讀出William Shakespeare, Hamlet, Romeo and Juliet, Queen Elizabeth I, the Globe Theater, the Riv

4、er Thames, languages等詞匯。 (3)、語法:熟練運(yùn)用一般過去時(shí)態(tài)。(4)、技能:通過本篇課文的學(xué)習(xí),能讀懂簡單的人物傳記;掌握理解段落大意的技能;培養(yǎng)學(xué)生理解細(xì)節(jié)的能力;能用一般過去時(shí)態(tài)按照時(shí)間順序描述自己的經(jīng)歷。(5)、話題:談?wù)撋勘葋喌纳?;談?wù)撟约哼^去的生活經(jīng)歷。II 、情感目標(biāo) 通過對(duì)莎士比亞的了解,培養(yǎng)對(duì)文學(xué)家的崇拜之情以及對(duì)文學(xué)的興趣。III 、學(xué)習(xí)策略 能夠?qū)W會(huì)談?wù)搨€(gè)人信息的策略;能閱讀簡單的傳記文體的策略;能與小組進(jìn)行交流合作的策略。IV 、文化意識(shí) 英國文豪莎士比亞是英國人的驕傲,也是英國文壇的象征之一。V、 教學(xué)重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn) 重點(diǎn):了解莎士比亞的簡要生平

5、;通過本文的學(xué)習(xí),能讀懂簡單的人物傳記;掌握本文出現(xiàn)的新詞匯。 難點(diǎn):以學(xué)習(xí)傳記文體的短文為載體培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的閱讀技巧;如何用一般過去時(shí)態(tài)來談?wù)撟约哼^去的經(jīng)歷。五、 教學(xué)過程 Step I Revision 1 、Greetings 2、 Revise the dates, the months of the year.設(shè)計(jì)意圖:檢測(cè)學(xué)生對(duì)月份,日期英文表達(dá)的掌握程度,為本課做鋪墊。 3 、Ask and answer some questions like in Activity 8 in Unit 1. 設(shè)計(jì)意圖:檢測(cè)學(xué)生對(duì)一般疑問句及其回答的運(yùn)用。Step II Lead-in: Activ

6、ity 1 1、Look at the picture. Talk about it. 設(shè)計(jì)意圖:引起學(xué)生興趣,有利于學(xué)習(xí)本篇課文。 2 、Books open. Turn to Page 142. Look at the introductions to William Shakespeare. 設(shè)計(jì)意圖:大致了解莎士比亞,把本課化難為易,使學(xué)生輕松學(xué)習(xí)本文。 Step III Read Activity 1 1、 Learn the new words and expressions. Esp. teach them to read the following vocabulary.Wil

7、liam Shakespeare, Hamlet, Romeo and Juliet, Queen Elizabeth I, the Globe Theater, the River Thames, languages等。設(shè)計(jì)意圖:為學(xué)習(xí)課文掃清障礙。 2、 Books open. Read the passage silently and answer the questions, and then check all together. 設(shè)計(jì)意圖:讓學(xué)生帶著問題閱讀課文,培養(yǎng)他們的閱讀技巧,從而了解莎士比亞的簡要生平。3、Read the passage again and explain

Every year people celebrate her birthday to remember the love and help that she gave the whole world. Nightingale was born in 1820 in Florence, Italy. Her family had a lot of m

15、oney. When she was 24, she wanted to be a nurse. But her parents didnt agree. They didnt want her to do any work. But Nightingale insisted on her dream. She went to nursing school in Germany to learn to be a nurse. And in 1854, Nightingale, with 38 nurses from England, went to care for soldiers near Turkey.
