2、育課的任務(wù)是什么嗎?…對(duì)了,老師布置的體育課寒假作業(yè)大家完成的怎么樣?我們可是有約定的哦,這節(jié)課老師可是要檢查的。好了,我們先繞田徑場(chǎng)跑2圈,先把體育課的感覺(jué)找回來(lái)吧!)2、繞田徑場(chǎng)跑2圈(教師帶跑一圈)二、基本部分1、游戲——龜兔賽跑;游戲規(guī)則:將隊(duì)伍分成2組(兔子;組、烏龜;組),每組再分成2隊(duì)(如圖站列)進(jìn)行比賽。比賽時(shí)要求兔子;雙腳同時(shí)起跳,跳躍行進(jìn);烏龜;則在海綿墊上爬行前進(jìn)。比賽開(kāi)始,龜兔;雙方在自己的場(chǎng)地內(nèi)按照比賽要求以最快的速度到達(dá)對(duì)面擊拍隊(duì)友的手后隊(duì)友接下去繼續(xù)比賽,自己則排到隊(duì)伍的最后面,比賽依次進(jìn)行。哪組最先完成(組內(nèi)所有人各完成一次
