Party A shall provide the invoice of rent payment for reimbursement. The monthly date for reimbursement is on the 8th day of each month. If the 8th day of the month falls in the weekend or holiday, the payment shall be brought forward to the nearest weekday. Party A shall inform Party B and explain the detailed reason within 5 work days in case Party A fails to pay the salary due to special reasons.3.2 甲方應(yīng)于每月8號以貨幣或轉(zhuǎn)帳形式足額支付乙方上述報酬。如遇節(jié)假日或休息日，應(yīng)提前到最近的工作日支付，如因特殊原因延期支付報酬的，甲方應(yīng)在五個工作日內(nèi)向乙方說明原因。Party A shall pay salary to Party B before the 8th day of every month in the form of cash or bank-transfer. Party A shall inform Party B and explain the detailed reason within 5 work days in case Party A fails to pay the salary due to special reasons.3.3 甲方可根據(jù)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營的狀況或乙方任務(wù)量和工作表現(xiàn)，適時調(diào)整乙方的報酬。Party A can adjust Party Bs salary according to its operating conditions, Party Bs workload and performance.3.4 當乙方的工作任務(wù)發(fā)生變化時，甲方可按規(guī)定調(diào)整其相應(yīng)的報酬。乙方接受新的工作任務(wù)后，即視作接受甲方按照該工作任務(wù)重新確定的報酬。Party Bs labor remuneration will be adjusted in case Party A adjusts Party Bs job responsibilities. Party A doesnt shoulder the responsibility to withhold and remit taxes for Party B.3.6 乙方在合同期內(nèi)享受中國法律規(guī)定的節(jié)日，公休假日，另外公司每年為其提供5天的帶薪休假。Party B is entitled with all legal holidays in accordance with the states regulations, In addition, Party B enjoys a paid leave of 5 days each year. 四、 雇傭合同的解除和終止 Contract Cancellation and Termination4.1 合同期滿雙方不再續(xù)簽或者雙方約定的合同終止條件出現(xiàn)時，雇傭合同即終止。This contract shall be terminated once it expires and both parties do not extend the contract.4.2 經(jīng)合同雙方當事人協(xié)商一致，本合同可以解除。The contract may be canceled based on both parties mutual negotiation.4.3 乙方應(yīng)遵守中國政府的法律、法規(guī)及有關(guān)規(guī)定，乙方如違反上述規(guī)定，甲方有權(quán)即時解除合同；乙方因健康原因，經(jīng)醫(yī)生證明連續(xù)病休15工作日后仍不能繼續(xù)工作，甲方有權(quán)提前終止合同。Party B should abide by China laws, decrees and related regulations and Party As working systems.
