Sixth, conclusion The coal mine mine shaft coal bin gas government installment in national and even the world promotion use, founded our country gas government pioneer, guarantees this system the security.Has the promotion use value 【中文翻譯】 2 煤 礦井下瓦斯治理技術(shù)的應(yīng)用   一 、概況  瓦斯之害,駭人聽(tīng)聞,瓦斯治理,迫在眉睫。   煤礦井下瓦斯超限和瓦斯積聚頻頻發(fā)生,甚至有的煤礦井下還發(fā)生瓦斯爆炸,嚴(yán)重地威脅著從業(yè)人員的生命安全和煤礦的安全生產(chǎn)。   所有煤礦井下都設(shè)有煤倉(cāng),煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)又稱溜煤井或 “反井 ”。煤倉(cāng)的作用主要是儲(chǔ)存、轉(zhuǎn)載、緩沖煤量,是煤礦井下儲(chǔ)運(yùn)煤炭重要環(huán)節(jié),對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)煤炭產(chǎn)量的高產(chǎn)起到積極作用。一個(gè)小型礦井的井下煤倉(cāng)數(shù)量就設(shè)有 3 8 個(gè),一個(gè)中大型礦井的井下煤倉(cāng)數(shù)量達(dá)到 10 20 個(gè),巨型礦井的井下煤倉(cāng)數(shù)量更多,所以在全國(guó)煤礦礦井中,井下煤倉(cāng)的數(shù)量 之多可達(dá)上百萬(wàn)個(gè)。這些井下煤倉(cāng)在儲(chǔ)存、轉(zhuǎn)載、緩沖煤量的過(guò)程同時(shí)積聚著大量瓦斯,其井下煤倉(cāng)中的瓦斯?jié)舛雀鶕?jù)煤量、煤質(zhì)的不同可達(dá)到 3 20,瓦斯?jié)舛却蟠蟪^(guò)煤礦安全規(guī)程規(guī)定。這么高的瓦斯?jié)舛扔?見(jiàn)摩擦火花、靜電火花、雜散電流、碰撞火花等等火種,極易引起瓦斯爆炸。煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)存在嚴(yán)重的安全隱患,也是重大危險(xiǎn)源,嚴(yán)重地威脅著從業(yè)人員的生命安全和煤礦井下的安全生產(chǎn)。   長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)的瓦斯積聚問(wèn)題一直是沒(méi)有得到很好解決的重大隱患和重大危險(xiǎn)源,成為長(zhǎng)期困擾煤礦安全生產(chǎn)的一大難題。   為了解決此類問(wèn)題,傳統(tǒng)的解 決辦法是在井下煤倉(cāng)的上方巷道中安設(shè)軸流式通風(fēng)機(jī)稀釋煤倉(cāng)中的上部瓦斯,軸流式通風(fēng)機(jī)也只能稀釋煤倉(cāng)上部 3 5m 處的瓦斯,對(duì)于 20 30m高度的井下煤倉(cāng)的大部分瓦斯并不能稀釋、也無(wú)法解決。況且軸流式通風(fēng)機(jī)排放的大量瓦斯在有人工作的運(yùn)煤巷中,因運(yùn)煤巷中有機(jī)電設(shè)備和工作人員,稍有不慎就會(huì)造成瓦斯爆炸事故或人員窒息死亡事故。軸流式通風(fēng)機(jī)稀釋煤倉(cāng)中的瓦斯給運(yùn)煤巷中造成極大危害,危險(xiǎn)危害因素依然存在。   雖然這對(duì)解決井下煤倉(cāng)的瓦斯超限起了一定的作用,但上述設(shè)備設(shè)施治理費(fèi)用昂貴,且沒(méi)有從根本上解決瓦斯積聚造成的隱患,仍然存在 發(fā)生瓦斯爆炸事故的隱患,影響煤礦井下安全生產(chǎn),可以說(shuō)這些消極的措施并沒(méi)有從根本上解決瓦斯爆炸問(wèn)題。   為解決煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)瓦斯積聚問(wèn)題,消除重大安全隱患,消滅重大危險(xiǎn)源,煤炭行業(yè)的礦主和工程技術(shù)人員費(fèi)盡心血而未解。   煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)瓦斯治理裝置主要針對(duì)解決現(xiàn)有煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)存在的瓦斯積聚而超標(biāo)易造成瓦斯爆炸和治理費(fèi)用昂貴的技術(shù)難點(diǎn)。   二 、井下煤倉(cāng)瓦斯治理裝置的研究與設(shè)計(jì)   煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)瓦斯治理裝置的目的是解決現(xiàn)有煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)存在的瓦斯超標(biāo)易造成瓦斯爆炸和治理費(fèi)用昂貴的技術(shù)難點(diǎn),并提供一種能治理煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)瓦斯積 聚和消除瓦斯且治理費(fèi)用低的煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)瓦斯積聚治理裝置。   煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)瓦斯治理裝置為解決上述問(wèn)題而采用的技術(shù)方案是:它由一個(gè)或兩個(gè)瓦斯分離器、瓦斯導(dǎo)風(fēng)管、三叉排風(fēng)器和焚風(fēng)通風(fēng)器組成。瓦斯分離器設(shè)在煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)的煤體中,三叉排風(fēng)器設(shè)在煤倉(cāng)上方回風(fēng)道中,焚風(fēng)通風(fēng)器設(shè)在煤倉(cāng)下方,利用瓦斯導(dǎo)風(fēng)管通往采區(qū)回風(fēng)道或主要回風(fēng)道。它由煤倉(cāng)瓦斯分離器、瓦斯導(dǎo)風(fēng)管、三叉排風(fēng)器和焚風(fēng)通風(fēng)器組成的整體綜合裝置。   所述煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)焚風(fēng)通風(fēng)器由焚風(fēng)曲線體、變線體、集風(fēng)道等構(gòu)成,主要功能是形成強(qiáng)大的焚風(fēng)效應(yīng),形成焚風(fēng)風(fēng)流進(jìn)入瓦斯分離 器,將瓦斯分離器中的瓦斯帶入瓦斯導(dǎo)風(fēng)管,按所要求的方向再利用瓦斯導(dǎo)風(fēng)管將瓦斯排到煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)以外的采區(qū)回風(fēng)道或主要回風(fēng)道。焚風(fēng)通風(fēng)器設(shè)在煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)下部。   所述煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)瓦斯分離器由筒體、瓦斯釋放帽、瓦斯釋放孔和把捎構(gòu)成,瓦斯釋放帽設(shè)在筒體的體部,瓦斯釋放孔和把捎均勻設(shè)在筒體上。瓦斯分離器與焚風(fēng)通風(fēng)器和瓦斯導(dǎo)風(fēng)管相連接,設(shè)在煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)倉(cāng)中的側(cè)壁上。   所述煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)瓦斯釋放孔為矩形過(guò)濾孔、同心圓過(guò)濾孔和禁止符過(guò)濾孔;所述把捎為園缺形屋檐型,把捎位于瓦斯釋放孔的上方,旨在使煤(巖石)與瓦斯分離。   所 述煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)瓦斯導(dǎo)風(fēng)管為抗靜電玻璃鋼圓管。煤倉(cāng)瓦斯導(dǎo)風(fēng)管與瓦斯分離器和三叉排風(fēng)器相連接,設(shè)在煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)上部的回風(fēng)道中的上方旁側(cè)。   所述煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)三叉排風(fēng)器為扇狀四通抗靜電玻璃鋼筒體。三叉排風(fēng)器與瓦斯分離器由筒體或瓦斯導(dǎo)風(fēng)管相連接,設(shè)在煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)上部的回風(fēng)道中的上方旁側(cè)。   由于煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)瓦斯治理裝置采用了一個(gè)或兩個(gè)瓦斯分離器、瓦斯導(dǎo)風(fēng)管、三叉排風(fēng)器和焚風(fēng)通風(fēng)器組成的整體綜合裝置,能夠降低煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)的全部瓦斯,徹底治理煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)瓦斯積聚的問(wèn)題,并且治理費(fèi)用低,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益好,具有治理瓦斯徹底、節(jié)能 環(huán)保、治理費(fèi)用低和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。特別指出該裝置是無(wú)噪音、無(wú)動(dòng)力、無(wú)污染的通風(fēng)構(gòu)造設(shè)施,  純屬于環(huán)保節(jié)能型產(chǎn)品。   三 、施安全效果   下面結(jié)合實(shí)施作進(jìn)一步的描述。   如圖 1 所示,本實(shí)施例中的煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)瓦斯積聚治理裝置的位置布置結(jié)構(gòu)示意圖。其由煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)焚風(fēng)通風(fēng)器、瓦斯分離器、瓦斯導(dǎo)風(fēng)管、三叉排風(fēng)器、煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)煤體、煤倉(cāng)筒壁、煤倉(cāng)底煤、煤倉(cāng)裝煤器、煤倉(cāng)溜煤口、煤倉(cāng)上部回風(fēng)巷、煤倉(cāng)下部運(yùn)輸大巷構(gòu)成。   煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)瓦斯治理裝置,采用了一個(gè)瓦斯分離器、瓦斯導(dǎo)風(fēng)管、三叉排風(fēng)器和焚風(fēng)通風(fēng)器組成整體綜合裝置。煤 礦井下煤倉(cāng)焚風(fēng)通風(fēng)器與瓦斯分離器、瓦斯導(dǎo)風(fēng)管、三叉排風(fēng)器和焚風(fēng)通風(fēng)器共同組成一個(gè)有機(jī)的整體,形成了整體綜合裝置,共同完成煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)瓦斯稀釋任務(wù)。   煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)的煤體  、筒壁  、底煤  、裝煤器  、溜煤口  、煤倉(cāng)上部回風(fēng)巷  、煤倉(cāng)下部運(yùn)輸大巷是煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)重要組成部分,它們直接影響著瓦斯治理效果。其效果是:煤礦井下煤倉(cāng)煤
