Was carried out to maintain目 錄一、編制依據(jù)-2二、工程概況-3三、施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃安排-3四、主要人員配備-3五、主要機(jī)械設(shè)備配備-4六、施工段劃分-4七、主要施工方法和過(guò)程-4八、施工注意事項(xiàng)-6九、試塊的取樣和留置-7十、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)-7十一、成品保護(hù)-8十二、安全文明施工-8一、編制依據(jù)序號(hào)名稱編號(hào)1混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工及驗(yàn)收規(guī)范GB50204-2002 2建筑工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB50300-2001 3混凝土質(zhì)量控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB50164-92 4混凝土強(qiáng)度檢驗(yàn)評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GBJ107-87 5混凝土泵送施工技術(shù)規(guī)程 JGJ/T10-95 6建筑機(jī)械使用安全技術(shù)規(guī)程JGJ33-2001 7施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)臨時(shí)用電安全技術(shù)規(guī)范JGJ46-88 8北京市建筑安裝工程施工工藝規(guī)程(第一冊(cè))9建筑安裝工程資料管理規(guī)程二、工程概況本工程為一分廠二跨地面改造工程,一分廠大型設(shè)備安裝后原地面質(zhì)量較差、環(huán)境不能達(dá)標(biāo),對(duì)原地面破碎拆除后新做地面。拆除原砼地面2350m2 ,拆除原方磚地面160 m2。新建地面為200m厚C25砼地面,面層為金屬骨料耐磨地面。三、施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃安排1.原地面破除清運(yùn)出場(chǎng)5天2.基層表面清理沖洗2天3.澆筑前的準(zhǔn)備工作2天4.東側(cè)砼地面施工2天5西側(cè)砼地面施工2天6.砼地面養(yǎng)護(hù)7 7.地面切縫3天8.竣工清理2天合計(jì)得總工期為25天 四、主要人員配備現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)置項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部,配備項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理1人,技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人1人,質(zhì)檢員1人,施工工長(zhǎng)1人,測(cè)量員1人;另組織施工隊(duì)進(jìn)行施工,配備瓦工3人,混凝土工6人,抹灰工7人,壯工10人,電工1人;五、主要機(jī)械設(shè)備配備序號(hào)名稱數(shù)量1破碎機(jī)1臺(tái)2挖土機(jī)1臺(tái)3自卸汽車4輛4振動(dòng)棒5根5平板振動(dòng)器2臺(tái)67m槽鋼刮杠274m鋁合金刮杠4根8混凝土壓光機(jī)2臺(tái)9切縫機(jī)1臺(tái)六、施工段劃分本工程施工分兩段進(jìn)行,以新老設(shè)備為界,先做東側(cè),后做西側(cè)。七、主要施工方法和過(guò)程1.施工順序:破除老地面-運(yùn)碎渣材料準(zhǔn)備定位放線找標(biāo)高做灰餅混凝土攤鋪振搗粗刮細(xì)刮提漿撒布金屬骨料表面磨光養(yǎng)護(hù)切割伸縮縫。2.用破碎機(jī)對(duì)老地面進(jìn)行破碎,及時(shí)將碎渣清運(yùn)出場(chǎng),將基層面清理干凈;3.本工程的定位放線和標(biāo)高控制是技術(shù)重點(diǎn),在廠房墻體上彈上地面標(biāo)高線,并每隔3m一道設(shè)置標(biāo)高灰餅,用以控制好砼地面頂標(biāo)高,灰餅采用C25砼施工,頂部抹平,灰餅頂部面積不超過(guò)9cm2;4.采用商品砼澆筑地面,按從里向外的順序用汽車泵澆筑,人工協(xié)助攤鋪至設(shè)計(jì)厚度,虛鋪高度根據(jù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)為23cm,嚴(yán)格控制砼到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的塌落度為110120mm,攤鋪時(shí)要連續(xù)攤鋪,不得有中斷;澆筑前在基層表面灑水濕潤(rùn);5.用振搗棒仔細(xì)振搗,快插慢拔直到砼表面不再冒泡,出現(xiàn)乳漿停止下沉為止,振搗過(guò)程中人工協(xié)助平整,呈現(xiàn)出有乳漿又大致平整的表面;6.每條混凝土振搗完畢后,用槽鋼刮杠來(lái)回往返45次,達(dá)到上表面平整,布滿原漿且粗骨料被擠壓沉實(shí)到混凝土中下部為止。為確保上表面原漿厚度均勻,用75mm的無(wú)縫鋼管(內(nèi)灌細(xì)砂)沿混凝土澆筑方向來(lái)回滾動(dòng),反復(fù)揉漿,作為整平工序的補(bǔ)充。揉漿完畢后,用鋁合金刮杠人工仔細(xì)刮平,達(dá)到上表面平整有光澤。7.待混凝土初凝后,開(kāi)始進(jìn)行撒布金屬骨料,撒布要均勻,用混凝土壓光機(jī)進(jìn)行磨光,待混凝土終凝后,再用壓光機(jī)進(jìn)行二次磨光,磨光時(shí)要注意從里向外的順序;8.混凝土澆筑24小時(shí)后開(kāi)始養(yǎng)護(hù),采用塑料薄膜覆蓋養(yǎng)護(hù),連續(xù)養(yǎng)護(hù)7天;9.先進(jìn)行切縫位置的平面設(shè)計(jì),經(jīng)監(jiān)理甲方認(rèn)可后可在切縫位置彈上切割線,切縫可在養(yǎng)護(hù)7天后進(jìn)行,縫深30mm,縫寬0.8mm,采用切縫機(jī)切縫;10.按甲方要求正確留置地面通道線。八、施工注意事項(xiàng)1.由于是先施工東側(cè)地面,后施工西側(cè)地面,所以兩段的銜接要特別注意。在施工西側(cè)地面前,將銜接面下部18cm鑿毛,務(wù)必不要傷到上角,澆筑前并將銜接面灑水濕潤(rùn);2.破除地面混凝土?xí)r,注意原有地下管線,不可破壞原有管線,在管線處人工破除;3.由于是廠內(nèi)地面改造,施工時(shí)應(yīng)作有效遮擋,清理施工垃圾前澆水以控制塵土,以免影響車間的正常生產(chǎn)。九、試塊的取樣和留置本工程試塊制作不得在攪拌機(jī)或砼罐車出料口取樣,必須在作業(yè)面入模前的砼取樣。并符合下列規(guī)定:1.標(biāo)養(yǎng)試塊同強(qiáng)度等級(jí)、同配比、同生產(chǎn)工藝每工作班不少于一組,每流水段不少于一組,每100m3砼不少于一組。2.除標(biāo)養(yǎng)試塊外,還須做同條件試塊一組,備用試塊一組,不少于三組。3.冬施時(shí),須增加臨界強(qiáng)度試塊一組,轉(zhuǎn)常溫試塊一組。十、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)項(xiàng) 次項(xiàng) 目允許偏差(mm)檢 驗(yàn) 方 法1表面平整度3用2m靠尺和楔形塞尺檢查2踢腳線上口平直3拉5m線用鋼尺檢查3縫格平直2十一、成品保護(hù)混凝土地面施工完成后在周邊搭設(shè)鋼管圍護(hù),養(yǎng)護(hù)期間禁止人員出入。十二、安全文明施工管理措施1.進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)要正確系戴安全帽;2.現(xiàn)場(chǎng)禁止吸煙,不得喝酒作業(yè);3.振搗和拉線人員必須穿膠鞋、戴絕緣手套,以防觸電;4作業(yè)前,檢查電源線路無(wú)破損漏電,漏電保護(hù)裝置靈活可靠,機(jī)具各部位連接緊固,旋轉(zhuǎn)方向正確;5.工完場(chǎng)清,文明施工。在抓好理論學(xué)習(xí)和業(yè)務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)的同時(shí),貼近機(jī)關(guān)實(shí)際,收聽(tīng)收看市政管理,街道衛(wèi)生工作管理,促進(jìn)了學(xué)用結(jié)合。為人民服務(wù)是黨的根本宗旨。我們?cè)谑姓芾斫ㄔO(shè)中,牢固樹(shù)立“以人為本”的服務(wù)理念,全面提升服務(wù)意識(shí)、服務(wù)效率、服務(wù)水平和服務(wù)質(zhì)量,積極構(gòu)建與服務(wù)對(duì)象之間的和諧關(guān)系。security, profit, maintain stability and promote harmonious development as the main content of the three guarantees theme practice activities and stressing party spirit, to conduct, for example campaign, party and further improvement of the level of work.
