電動(dòng)機(jī)安全拆運(yùn)作業(yè)程序工序1修前圖紙資料準(zhǔn)備Sworkingprocedure1drawingspreparationbeforerepairing準(zhǔn)備好設(shè)備檢修所需的圖紙和資料。-readytoequipmentoverhaultherequireddrawingsanddata.工序2安全措施Sworkingprocedure2securitymeasures辦理工作票，確認(rèn)工作票所載安全措施已正確執(zhí)行。-dealwithworkingticket,confirmationworkingticketcontainedinthesafetymeasureshavebeenimplementedcorrectly.進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)穿工作服戴好安全帽，高空作業(yè)系好安全帶。-enterthesitetowearworkclotheswearahelmet,theworkhighabovethefastenyourseatbelt.開工前，工作負(fù)責(zé)人要向工作班成員詳細(xì)交待安全措施及注意事項(xiàng)，明確工作范圍，并裝設(shè)圍欄。-beforeconstruction,theworkisdetailedexplaintomembersoftheworkingclass,headofthesecuritymeasuresandthemattersneedingattention,clearscopeofwork,andinstalledthefence.工序3電動(dòng)機(jī)拆運(yùn)至檢修現(xiàn)場(chǎng)Sworkingprocedure3motoraparttorepairsite核對(duì)電動(dòng)機(jī)編號(hào)并抄錄銘牌，將待拆動(dòng)的部件做好相應(yīng)的標(biāo)記。-checkthemotornumberandtranscribingnameplate,willstayopenpartsofthecorrespondingtag.聯(lián)系熱工拆開測(cè)溫元件電動(dòng)機(jī)側(cè)的連接線，并做記錄。/contactthethermalapartoftemperaturemeasuringelementmotorsideconnectingline,andmakerecords.拆開電動(dòng)機(jī)電源電纜接線和加熱器電源接線，并做記錄，檢查電源電纜接頭無過熱變色，接觸面平整，將其三相短路接地，并做好電纜防護(hù)措施。-disassemblethemotorpowercableconnectionandheaterpowersupply,andmakerecords,checkthepowercablejointwithoutoverheatingbecomesangry,contactsurfaceleveloff,thethreephaseshortcircuitgrounding,andmakecableprotectivemeasures.通知相關(guān)機(jī)械班組拆開靠背輪和地腳螺絲，并做好回裝記號(hào)，以及拆開電動(dòng)機(jī)平臺(tái)阻礙搬運(yùn)的護(hù)攔。/notifytherelatedmechanicalteamapartbackrestwheelandanchorbolt,andbacktosign,anddisassemblethemotorplatformblockhandlingbarrier.清理干凈檢修現(xiàn)場(chǎng)后，聯(lián)系起重人員起吊電動(dòng)機(jī)，搬運(yùn)至檢修現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。-cleanafterrepairsite,contactcraneliftingmotor,totherepairsite.工序4電動(dòng)機(jī)解體Sworkingprocedure4motordisassembly工作負(fù)責(zé)人向工作人員交待現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安措及特殊注意事項(xiàng)。-worktostaffconfessed,headofsitesecuritymeasuresandspecialconsiderations.電動(dòng)機(jī)解體前測(cè)量絕緣電阻，并做記錄。Measuringinsulationresistancebefore-disintegrationofmotor,andmakerecords.采用火焊加熱法拆卸電動(dòng)機(jī)側(cè)靠背輪，要求加熱均勻至靠背輪可輕易撬出來，撬靠背輪時(shí)注意不要傷及軸頸，并檢查鍵和鍵槽，及時(shí)收集好鍵，在靠背輪和軸頸冷卻時(shí)應(yīng)采取隔離措施防止人靠近。-usingHuoHanheatsealedmotorsidebackrestwheel,uniformheatingtothebackrestwheelrequirementscanpryitouteasily,pryreliesonabackwheel,carefulnottohurtneckandshaft,andcheckthekeyandkeyway,collectgoodkeysandthebackrestwheelandshaftneckisolationmeasuresshouldbetakentopreventpeopleclosetothecooling.拆卸電動(dòng)機(jī)風(fēng)冷卻器，吊至合適場(chǎng)所（吊時(shí)注意清除干凈粘到風(fēng)冷卻器的密封墊），拆開風(fēng)冷卻器進(jìn)風(fēng)口部分，用3Kg以上壓力的清潔水從兩端沖洗干凈鋁管內(nèi)壁，用5Kg以上壓力的壓縮空氣吹掃干凈風(fēng)冷卻器內(nèi)部，并除銹和防銹處理風(fēng)冷卻器進(jìn)風(fēng)口部分，更換密封墊。-removethemotorwindcooler,hungtotherightplace(cleanwhenyouhangingbyadheringtothewindofthecoolergasket),openaircoolerinletsection,withmorethan3kgpressurecleanwaterrinsecleanfrombothendsofaluminumtubeinnersurface,withmorethan5kgpressureofcompressedairpurgecleaninsidethecooler,thewindandthederustingandrustpreventiontreatmentwindcoolerairinletpart,replacethegasket.檢查電動(dòng)機(jī)內(nèi)部的清潔情況，若內(nèi)部灰塵過多，說明密封情況不好，應(yīng)考慮加以編織袋水性油墨改進(jìn)，若軸承漏油到內(nèi)部，檢查內(nèi)油蓋與軸頸的間隙，采取措施減少其過大間隙。-checkthecleaningconditionofmotorinternal,iftheinternaldusttoomuch,explainsealingconditionisbad,shouldconsidertobeimproved,ifthebearingoilleaktotheinterior,theclearancebetweenthejournalandcheckoilinsidethecover,takemeasurestoreduceitstoobiggap.拆卸電動(dòng)機(jī)風(fēng)罩，用專用工具拆卸風(fēng)扇，并除銹和防銹處理，刷中灰漆，按“定置管理”放置好。-removethemotorcoverwind,usespecialtoolstoremovethefan,andrustandantirustprocessing,graypaintbrush,accordingtoarrangetheinplace.拆卸電動(dòng)機(jī)軸承外油蓋上的測(cè)溫探頭、加卸油管路，收集好并清洗干凈。-removethemotorbearingcoveroiltemperaturemeasuringprobe,anddischargepipeline,collectingwellandclean.順序拆卸電動(dòng)機(jī)前、后端的外擋油蓋、鎖母（或止油蓋）、端蓋、導(dǎo)風(fēng)筒，檢查和處理缺陷，清洗干凈后按“定置管理”放置好。-ordersealedmotorfrontandbackendcoveroilbaffle,lockthemother(orcheckoilcover),theendcover,airduct,checkanddealwiththedefect,aftercleanedbyhousekeepingmanagementinplace.清洗干凈電動(dòng)機(jī)軸承，檢查軸承內(nèi)、外滾道、保持架和滾動(dòng)體完好，無磨損、銹斑、麻點(diǎn)、劃傷、退火、變色、珠痕、卡死等現(xiàn)象，測(cè)量軸承間隙符合質(zhì)檢要求，驗(yàn)收合格者應(yīng)及時(shí)添加膨潤土防水毯油脂，或采取其他防止軸承生銹措施，驗(yàn)收不合格者則用火焊加熱拆卸，并按“定置管理”清洗和放置好內(nèi)擋油蓋。-cleanmotorbearings,checkthebearinginnerandouterraceway,cageandrollingbodyingoodcondition,nowear,rustyspot,pitting,scratches,annealing,discoloration,beadthephenomenonsuchasmark,stuck,measuringthebearingclearanceconformtotherequirementsofthequalitysupervision,inspection,acceptanceeligibleshouldbetimelytoaddoil,ortakeothermeasurestopreventrustbearing,acceptanceisnoteligiblewithHuoHanheatremoval,andaccordingtoarrangetheincleaningandoilbaffleinsidecoverinplace.工序5抽轉(zhuǎn)子5sprocesspumprotor套合適假軸于電動(dòng)機(jī)軸上,注意套軸部位用橡皮或棉布保護(hù)好電動(dòng)機(jī)軸頸。-setofappropriatefalseshaftonthemotorshaft,setsofshaftpartswithrubberorcottonclothtoprotectmotorshaftneck.使用合格的起重工具抽轉(zhuǎn)子，并用手拉葫蘆調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)子平衡，注意醬油吊轉(zhuǎn)子鋼絲夾角不得大于60度，且吊之前應(yīng)檢查選用起重工具是否合適。-usequalifiedpumprotorliftingtool,andadjusttherotorbalancechain,payattentiontotheliftingrotorsteelwireshallnotbegreaterthan60degreesAngle,andmournbeforecheckshouldchooseliftingtoolsareappropriate.輕輕起吊轉(zhuǎn)子，用透光法檢查轉(zhuǎn)子，使其不與鐵芯接觸，保持轉(zhuǎn)子水平，慢慢將其移出轉(zhuǎn)子。-gentlyliftingrotor,checktherotorwiththepervioustolightmethod,sothattheydontcontactwiththecore,keeptherotorlevel,slowlytomoveitoutoftherotor.轉(zhuǎn)子移出后放在合適干凈的枕木上，兩邊插入鍥子確保轉(zhuǎn)子不會(huì)滾動(dòng)，并及時(shí)覆蓋好帆布，以免異物落入轉(zhuǎn)子中。-rotorremovedafterputonappropriatecleansleepers,insertthischildtoensurethattherotorwillnotscroll,onbothsidesandcovercanvasintime,inordertoavoidforeignbodiesfallintotherotor.工序6定子、轉(zhuǎn)子檢查與故障處理6sprocessofstator,rotorinspectionandfaulthandling檢查定子繞組表面干凈無油污、灰塵，若有則用5Kg以上壓力的壓縮空氣加電氣清洗劑清洗干凈定子繞組和鐵芯等部位，并放入烘房烘烤絕緣至1000M及以上。-checkthestatorwindingsurfaceclean,nooil,dirt,ifusemorethan5kgpressureofcompressedairandelectricalcleanercleanareassuchasthestatorwindingandironcore,andintothedryerbakinginsulatingandabove1000m.檢查定子繞組絕緣無破損、燒焦、起泡、龜裂等現(xiàn)象；端部綁扎及墊塊無松動(dòng)，無斷裂、磨擦等，槽楔無脫掉、松動(dòng)、凸起、變焦、斷裂、磨擦等，若有作相應(yīng)處理。-checkthestatorwindinginsulationwithoutdamage,burning,blister,crack;Endofbandingandblocknolooseness,nofracture,friction,etc.,slotwedgeoff,loose,bump,zoom,fracture,friction,etc,ifyouhavemakecorrespondingprocessing.檢查定、轉(zhuǎn)子鐵芯，應(yīng)干凈，無銹蝕、磨損、過熱變色和松動(dòng)，若有作相應(yīng)處理。-check,therotorironcore,shouldbeclean,norust,loosewear,overheatingbecomesangryand,ifyouhavemakecorrespondingprocessing.檢查轉(zhuǎn)子干凈無油污、灰塵，用5Kg以上壓力的壓縮空氣加電氣清洗劑清洗干凈轉(zhuǎn)子，并加碘鎢燈烘干，若轉(zhuǎn)子外表脫漆過多，噴一層薄的紅色噴漆處理。-checktherotorclean,nooil,dirt,withmorethan5kgpressureofcompressedairandelectricalcleanercleantherotor,andiodinetungstenlampdrying,iftherotorlookstoomuchtotakeoffthepaint,sprayathinlayerofredspraypaintprocessing.檢查轉(zhuǎn)子鼠籠條及短路環(huán)，應(yīng)無開焊、熔鋁、變形、松動(dòng)，轉(zhuǎn)子風(fēng)葉固定牢固、無變形、裂紋，焊接或鉚釘完好，轉(zhuǎn)子泰山奇石平衡塊固定牢固，轉(zhuǎn)子上所有螺絲緊固。若有脫焊處需重新焊接處理，應(yīng)注意采取隔熱措施，并在處理后轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子，檢查無異物遺留在轉(zhuǎn)子內(nèi)。-checkthearticleturnsthemousecageandshortcircuitring,shouldbenoopenwelding,moltenaluminum,deformationandlooseness,rotorbladesfixedfirmly,nodeformation,crack,orrivetweldingingoodcondition,therotorbalanceblockisfixedfirmly,allscrewfasteningontherotor.Ifadesolderingneedtoweldingprocess,theheatinsulationmeasuresshouldbepaidattentionto,andtherotatingrotorafterprocessing,checknoforeignbodiesleftintherotor.檢查轉(zhuǎn)子軸頸表面無傷痕、裂紋、銹蝕；靠背輪無裂紋、損傷；電動(dòng)機(jī)外殼、端蓋、油蓋及各結(jié)合面止口無損傷、裂紋、銹垢；軸承室無損傷、裂紋及走外圈現(xiàn)象。-checkthattherotorshaftnecksurfacefreeofbruises,crack,rust;Backrestwheelhasnocrack,damage;Motorshell,shellcover,oilcapandthejointseamallowancewithoutdamage,crack,rustscale;Bearinghousingnodamage,cracksandouterphenomenon.檢查風(fēng)罩濾網(wǎng)完好、若破損則更換為不銹鋼濾網(wǎng)，檢查風(fēng)扇與軸頸的配合符合要求；檢查冷卻器管無松動(dòng)、斷裂，風(fēng)路隔板無開焊、變形。-checktheenclosureswindscreeningoodcondition,ifdamagedthenchangeforthestainlesssteelmesh,checkthefanandshaftneckcooperatetomeettherequirements;Checkthecoolertubewithoutlooseness,breakage,andthewindroadbarrierwithoutwelding,deformation.檢查
