LegalService乙方以公司常年法律顧問(wèn)的形式為甲方提供法律服務(wù)，指派趙峰、范克眾律師具體負(fù)責(zé)為甲方法律服務(wù)事項(xiàng)；如具體承辦律師或律師助理因故無(wú)法及時(shí)提供高質(zhì)量的法律服務(wù)時(shí)，乙方應(yīng)安排其它同等專(zhuān)業(yè)資格的律師或助理按時(shí)完成法律服務(wù)；Party forBreach ofContract甲方需解除本合同時(shí)，該解除通知在甲方依照乙方所提供的聯(lián)系信息而發(fā)出的正后式函件后7日內(nèi)視為送達(dá)，送達(dá)之日起滿(mǎn)一個(gè)月時(shí)，本合同解除，屆時(shí)乙方經(jīng)辦律師停止向甲方繼續(xù)提供法律服務(wù)。 In casePartyA
