Then, on the basis of such understanding, the participant should think about the relevant points to be prepared and brought up at the meeting. Sometimes, he may need to do some research work to confirm his opinions for the coming meeting. 10.成為一名出色的會(huì)議主持人意味著他能夠很好地控制整個(gè)會(huì)議,包括對(duì)會(huì)議不同階段的控制:開始時(shí)的控制、會(huì)議進(jìn)行中的控制以及會(huì)議結(jié)束時(shí)的控制。 To be an effective meeting leader means one should exercise a good control over the meeting, which covers different stages at a meeting: control at the very beginning, control during the meeting and control at the end.
