一、基數詞下面把100以內的基數詞分為四類。1、第一類：one一two二three三four四five五six六seven七eight八nine九ten十eleven十一twelve十二這一類共計十二個單詞，在結構上與其他的基數詞相比較是特殊的，就象不規(guī)則的動詞一樣，要求逐個的硬背下來，這對學好其他的基數詞和序數詞都是及其重要的。 2、第二類：thirteen十三fourteen十四fifteen十五sixteen十六seventeen十七eighteen十八nineteen十九這一類基數詞共有七個。它們在結構上有兩個特點：一是在發(fā)音方面都有兩個重音；二是在拼法上都有后綴teen。除了thirteen和fifteen之外，都是純粹地在另一個基數詞的后面加上后綴teen。但要注意eighteen的拼法，eight本身有t字母，因此只加een。 3、第三類：twenty二十thirty三十forty四十fifty五十sixty六十seventy七十eighty八十ninety九十這類基數詞共有八個。都是十位的整數，均以后綴ty結尾。其中sixty、seventy、eighty、ninety基本上是在相應的基數詞后面加上后綴ty。但要注意eighty的拼法，eight本身有t字母，因此只加y。 4、第四類：這一類和很簡單，可以看成是一種合成詞。其結構方式是：用十位整數加上個位整數，其間用連字符號“”連接，表示“幾十幾”。這類基數詞的變化都是規(guī)則的。如：twenty-one二十一forty-six四十六seventy-eight七十八ninety-five九十五二、序數詞下面把199的序數詞也分為四個類。1、第一類first(1st)第一second(2nd)第二third(3rd)第三（在括號里的是縮寫形式，均在阿拉伯數字后面加上相應序數詞的最后兩個字母構成，以下各類與此相同。）這類序數詞只有三個，在整個序數詞里面是特殊的，就和第一類基數詞一樣，需要逐個地硬記下來。 2、第二類：fourth(4th)第四fifth(5th)第五sixth(6th)第六seventh(7th)第七eighth(8th)第八ninth(9th)第九tenth(10th)第十eleventh(11th)第十一twelfth(12th)第十二thirteenth(13th)第十三fourteenth(14th)第十四fifteenth(15th)第十五sixteenth(16th)第十六seventeenth(17th)第十七eighteenth(18th)第十八nineteenth(19th)第十九這一類序數詞共有十六個。均在相應的基數詞后面加上后綴th構成。要注意其中fifth、eighth、ninth、twelth四個詞的拼法。 3、第三類：twentieth(20th)第二十thirtieth(30th)第三十fortieth(40th)第四十fiftieth(50th)第五十sixtieth(60th)第六十seventieth(70th)第七十eightieth(80th)第八十ninetieth(90th)第九十這一類全是十位整數的序數詞，共八個。它們的構成方法是：先將相應的十位整數的基數詞詞尾ty中的y改成i，然后在加上后綴eth。 4、第四類：thirty-first(31th)第三十一sixty-second(62nd)第六十二eighty-seventh(87th)第八十七ninety-eighth(98th)第九十八這類表示“第幾十幾”的序數詞，跟表示“幾十幾”的基數詞一樣簡單。在構成方法上均由基數詞“幾十幾”變化而來，十位數不變，僅把個位上的基數詞變成序數詞就行了。基數詞及序數詞重要用法1. 基數詞的用法基數詞用于表示事物的數量，在表示基數詞時，要特別注意hundred, thousand, million, billion等幾個詞的用法：若其前用了基數詞，則不論其面是否有of，都必須用單數形式(此時若帶of則通常表示特定范圍中的一部分)；若泛指數百、數千、數百萬等，則用 hundreds of, thousands of, millions of 等這樣的結構。如：Two hundred of the students are needed to plant trees this morning. 今天中午需要200個學生去植樹。Hundreds of people attended the famous directors farewell concert. 好幾百人出席了這位著名指揮家的告別音樂會。Thousands upon thousands of English words come from foreign tongues. 成千上萬英語單詞來自外來語。2. 基數詞的復數用法逢整“十”的基數詞的復數形式可用于表示某人的大約年歲和世紀中的年代。如：The war broke out in the nineties. 這次戰(zhàn)爭爆發(fā)于90年代。Karl Mark began to learn the Russian language in his fiftieth. 馬克思五十多歲開始學俄語。3. 序數詞的用法 序數詞用于表示事物的順序，一般由與之相應的基數詞加th構成(但有特殊形式需特別記憶)；序數詞主要用作定語，前面一般要加定冠詞(或物主代詞)。如：Their second son is a doctor. 他們的二兒子是個博士。The hundredth cave that George has discovered in his lifetime is near the Alps. 喬治一生中找到的第一百個山洞在阿爾卑斯山附近。注：序數詞前有時可用不定冠詞，表示“每一，又一”。如：Well have to do it a second time. 我們將再做一遍。詞尾加上-ed(fourth,sixth) 一、二、三，特殊例， 結尾字母t,d,d(first,second,third) 八去t,九去e,(eighth,ninth) ve要用f替;(fifth,twelfth) ty將y改成i, th前面有個e。 若是碰到幾十幾， 前用基來后用序。 或記憶為：一、二、三，特殊記，詞尾字母t,d,d 八加h,九減e,逢十改y為ie f要把ve替，還有th莫忘記 【語言實踐內容梳理】1. 數詞分基數詞和序數詞?；鶖翟~表示數目，序數詞表示順序?；鶖翟~(1)112為獨立的單詞，有其各自的形式。如one，two，three，twelve等。(2)1319都以teen結尾，單詞中的兩個音節(jié)都讀重音。如thirteen，fourteennineteen等。(3)2090十位數的整數都以-ty結尾，單詞中的第一個音節(jié)重讀。如twenty，thirtyninety等。(4)hundred是“百”，thousand是“千”，ten thousand是“萬”，one hundred thousand 是“十萬”，million是“百萬”，ten million 是“千萬”。(5)在表示一個具體的數目時，hundred，thousand，million 后面都不能加“s”。如:two thousand，seven million等。在表示一個不確定的數目時，hundred， thousand，million 后面要加“s”。如：“成千上萬”thousands of，“數百萬”millions of 等。(6)20以上的基數詞的讀法：a. 兩位數的讀法，在十位和個位之間加連字符(即“-”)如：22 twenty-two， 35 thirty-fiveb. 三位數的讀法，在百位之后加“and”。如：136 one hundred and thirty-six， 498 four hundred and ninety-eightc. 四位及四位以上數的讀法，只在百位之后加and，而千位、萬位以上的數后面不加任何詞，只按順序讀。如：1 234 one thousand two hundred and thirty-four，5 864 327 five million eight hundred and sixty-four thousand three hundred and twenty-seven2. 序數詞(1)第一、第二、第三分別為first，second，third。(2)第四到第十九都由相應的基數詞加th構成。如：fourth，seventh等。要注意fifth，eighth，ninth和twelfth的拼寫法和讀法。(3)十位數的序數詞由相應的基數詞去掉詞尾y加ieth構成。如：twentieth，fiftieth等。(4)第二十一到九十九等，前面的十位數用基數詞，后面的個位數用序數詞，中間用連字符“-”連接。如：twenty-first，twenty-ninth，seventy-eighth 等。(5)第一百、第一千、第一百萬分別在相應的基數詞后面加th。即:hundredth，thousandth，millionth。(6)序數詞之前一般要加定冠詞或代詞。如：The second truck is carrying fewer baskets than the first one. This is her first visit to China. 有時，序數詞前用不定冠詞，表示“再一、又一”的意思。如：He failed once. Then he tried a second time. 他曾經失敗一次，然后他又試了一次。3. 年月日表達法(1)年份，每兩位數讀一個詞。如：1949 nineteen forty-nine 1900 nineteen hundred(2)先月后日，日子要讀成序數詞。如：5月1日 May (the) first可寫成 May 1 3月8日 March (the) eighth可寫成March 8(3)先日后月，在月份之前加of。如：5月1日 the first of May 3月8日 the eighth of March(4)年月日同時出現(xiàn)，把年代放在最后，年代前用逗號隔開。如1949年10月1日，可寫成：the first of October，1949或October (the)first，1949。4. 時刻表達法(1)用基數詞，按順序讀。如：7：30 seven thirty， 8：15 eight fifteen， 12：00 twelve (oclock)(2)用介詞past，past之前為分鐘數(須在半小時以內，包括半小時)，past之后為鐘點數。如：6：11 eleven past six ，7：15 fifteen (a quarter) past seven9：30 thirty (half) past nine(3)用介詞to，to前為分鐘數(須在半小時以上，不包括半小時)，to之后為下一個鐘點數，表示“差幾分到幾點”。如：6：58 two to seven，7：45 fifteen (a quarter) to eight 5. 編號表達法(1)用No. No. (讀Number)后加數字，數字讀基數詞。如：No. 1 Number One， No. 3 bus Number Three bus(2)用序數詞 詞序為：the + 序數詞+名詞 如:the first lesson，the Second World War(3)用基數詞 詞序為：名詞(詞首字母大寫)基數詞(如用英語拼寫，詞首字母也要大寫)如：Lesson One，Class Four，World War Two。此種方法較常見，特別是當數字較長時。如：Room 306，No. 106 Middle School。6. 分數表達法分子用基數詞，分母用序數詞，若分子大于1時，分母要在序數詞后加s。如：1/3，one third，2/5，two fifths等。7. 數學運算的表達法“加”用plus或and，“減”用minus，“乘”用times，“除”用divided by，動詞多用單數。如：3+5=8Three plus/and five is eight. 9-2=7Nine minus two is seven. 65=30Five times six is thirty. 82=4 Eight divided by two is four. 基數詞序數詞練習題I.
