基面情況分析說(shuō)明Analysis of concrete foundation今天上午我司工程部技術(shù)人員到貴司廠房現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了實(shí)地勘查，發(fā)現(xiàn)已澆筑的混凝土主要存在如下問(wèn)題：After examining the concrete of your plant, we found some problems as below:1. 多處混凝土表面強(qiáng)度不夠，有嚴(yán)重起砂現(xiàn)象，稍用外力表層即會(huì)剝落。The intensity of the concrete surface is not tough enough, so sugaring of concrete appears here and there. With a little outside force, the surface layer will peel off.2 因混凝土為分倉(cāng)澆筑，塊與塊之間有明顯的高低落差。窗體頂端Because of parting pouring of the concrete, theres obvious fall between the parts.窗體底端3、混凝土表面有因切縫不到位出現(xiàn)不規(guī)則裂縫及微裂縫：Since the seam-cutting isnt in the right place, theres irregular crack and tiny crack on the concrete surface.4、 局部修補(bǔ)處嚴(yán)重凹凸不平Theres serious unsmooth of local surface for the mend places.5、 局部表面浮漿嚴(yán)重Serious laitance of local surface.針對(duì)以上混凝土缺陷，在基面處理中必須要著重處理，對(duì)不平處要重點(diǎn)打磨找平，對(duì)起砂處要進(jìn)行多次密封滲透，對(duì)裂縫處也需要進(jìn)行細(xì)部處理，只有將基面處理到位才能保證成品環(huán)氧地坪的質(zhì)量。According to these concrete faults, please emphasize in dealing with the concrete surface. For the unsmooth, we will polish to make them smooth, for that concrete sugaring, we will seal and infiltrate time after time; for the cracks, we will process with detail treatment. Only if the concrete surface being treated in the right way can the quality of the finished epoxy floor be guaranteed.以上內(nèi)容
