根據(jù)低溫容器鋼品種開發(fā)專業(yè)會的計劃安排,2008年3月14日煉鋼廠完成了16MnDR品種的冶煉及鑄坯共計4爐41片;5月9日中厚板廠對該品種進行了軋制。從整體的軋制工藝情況看,基本符合前期制定的軋鋼工藝要點要求,從取樣的性能上看效果非常好,其中鋼板的強度、塑性、低溫韌性、時效沖擊指標都比較理想,其中強度、低溫沖擊指標且有較大的富余量。下面就16MnDR品種整體試制情況總結(jié)如下,以便為今后該品種投入大生產(chǎn)提供工藝準備。一、工藝流程1、工藝流程鐵水轉(zhuǎn)爐LF爐(VD) 連鑄堆冷板坯檢驗加熱高壓水除鱗粗軋精軋ACC冷卻熱矯精整探傷正火鋼板取樣、檢驗入庫。2、原料及成品尺寸2.1、原料:H*B*L=25021002350 mm2.2、成品:3024006000上mm(雙倍)、40240010000上mm(單倍)、5024008000上mm(單倍)二、化學成分設計1、內(nèi)控成分:牌號標 準化 學 成 工藝要求加熱時間33.5小時,由于試驗料前有待溫料以及試驗料在軋制中進行工藝調(diào)整等因素的影響,板坯實際加熱時間在5:017:17,板坯出爐溫度為11721246,板坯在加熱爐各段加熱溫度符合工藝要求。2、軋制本次試驗為了對工藝及性能進行比較優(yōu)化,分別采用了AR、TMCP兩種軋制方式,其中采用AR軋制了3塊(30mm、40mm、50mm厚各1塊),其余全部采用TMCP。TMCP工藝參數(shù)鋼 板厚(mm),在910930的保溫時間不低于1520分鐘。五、超聲波探傷根據(jù)低溫壓力容器用低合金鋼鋼板(GB3531-1996)要求,厚度大于20mm鋼板必須進行超聲波探傷,本次對試軋的32塊鋼板(未探傷的鋼板包括1塊甩廢、1塊非規(guī)格和因瓢曲無法探傷)全部進行了在線超聲波探傷,探傷標準采用GB2970(級),探傷結(jié)果全部不合格,其中鋼種16MnDR-1(走VD)、16MnDR-2(不走VD)從探傷結(jié)果看區(qū)別不明顯。六、力學性能和工藝性能16MnDR力學性能國標:牌號鋼板厚度mm屈服強度Mpa抗拉強度Mpa伸長率%冷彎試驗b=2a
