WHEN YOU DO MAINTENANCE WORK, REPAIRS OR MODIFICATIONS, ALWAYS KEEP ELECTRICAL WIRING,COMPONENTS AND THE WORK AREA AS CLEAN AS POSSIBLE. TO DO THIS:- PUT PROTECTION, SUCH AS PLASTIC SHEETING, CLOTHS, ETC; ASNECESSARY ON WIRING AND COMPONENTS- REGULARLY REMOVE ALL SHAVINGS, UNWANTED MATERIAL AND OTHER CONTAMINATION.THESE PRECAUTIONS WILL DECREASE THE RISK OF CONTAMINATION AND DAMAGE TO THE ELECTRICAL WIRING INSTALLATION.IF THERE IS CONTAMINATION, REFER TO ESPM 20-55-00.注釋:本EO的工作步驟中涉及其他文件時(shí),如果使用的是“參照”字樣且有其他可接受的替代方法時(shí),該替代方法可以被使用;如果使用的是“按照”字樣時(shí),工作者必須使用AIRBUS指定文件中的工作步驟。NOTE: The accomplishment instructions of this EO refer to procedures included in other AIRBUS documents. When the words in accordance with are included in the instruction, the procedure in the AIRBUS document must be used.A. 通用信息/GENERAL(1) 工卡533221-910-001-001-標(biāo)準(zhǔn)施工Subtask 533221-910-001-001 - Standard Practices(a) 區(qū)域識(shí)別,參考AMM 06-20-00, Page Block 001 和 Manual Front Matter, Zone List。For the identification of zones, refer to AMM 06-20-00, Page Block 001 and Manual Front Matter, Zone List.(b) 獲取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)螺紋緊固件的力矩值,參考AMM Task20-21-11-911-801。To torque tighten the standard threaded fasteners refer to AMM Task 20-21-11-911-801.(c) 拆除和安裝緊固件,參考SRM 51-42-00。For the removal and installation of fasteners refer to SRM 51-42-00.(d) 恢復(fù)漆層,按照SRM 51-75-12。Renew the protective finish in accordance with SRM 51-75-12.(e) 獲取替換的緊固件,參考SRM 51-43-00。For alternative and substitute fasteners refer to SRM 51-43-00.B. 準(zhǔn)備/PREPARATION(2) 工卡533221-941-001-001-工作開始Subtask 533221-941-001-001 - Job Set-up(a) 在執(zhí)行維護(hù)前飛機(jī)應(yīng)處于以下基本狀態(tài)下:The following items shall be considered as the basic Aircraft configuration before you start a maintenance task:- 飛機(jī)在地面上以起落架靜止支撐(地面安全鎖和輪檔在起落架上安裝到位)。Aircraft on the ground resting on landing gear (the ground safety locks and the wheel chocks are in position on the landing gear).- 發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)關(guān)車,反推關(guān)閉并鎖上。Engine shut down, thrust reversers closed and locked.- 飛機(jī)處于干凈的構(gòu)型。Aircraft in clean configuration.- 飛機(jī)處于停留剎車應(yīng)用狀態(tài)。Parking brake applied.- 飛機(jī)電源斷開。Aircraft electrical network de-energized.- 液壓系統(tǒng)處于釋壓狀態(tài)。Hydraulic systems depressurized.- 可接近駕駛艙和客艙。Access to the cockpit and cabin is available.- 所有的跳開關(guān)處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)。All circuit breakers are in closed position.- 所有的控制處于正常、自動(dòng)或者關(guān)閉狀態(tài)。All controls in NORM, AUTO or OFF position.(b) 確保飛機(jī)接地,參考AMM Task 12-34-24-860-802。Make sure that the aircraft is electrically grounded, refer to AMM Task 12-34-24-860-802.(c) 參考AMM Task 32-22-00-010-801打開前起落架艙門Open the NLG doors, refer to AMM Task 32-22-00-010-801.(d) 在123 和124區(qū)域放置接近工作梯。Put access platform(s) in position at zones 123 and 124.C.施工步驟 PROCEDURE(1) 工卡543034-010-002-001-詳細(xì)檢查緊固件螺紋和長桁Y=0之間的間隙。Subtask 533221-832-001-001 - Do a Detailed Inspection of the Gap between the Fastener Thread and the Stringer at Y=0. (a) 詳細(xì)檢查緊固件螺紋和長桁Y=0之間可能存在的干涉。參考Fig. A-FBAAA Sheet 01,Fig. A-FBAAA Sheet 02 and Fig. A-FFAAA Sheet 01。Do a detailed inspection of a possible interference between fastener thread and stringer Y=0.Refer to Fig. A-FBAAA Sheet 01,.Fig. A-FBAAA Sheet 02 and.Fig. A-FFAAA Sheet 01.1 間隙檢查。Do the inspection of the gap.a 如果間隙大于0 mm (0in):If the gap is greater than 0 mm (0 in): 無需進(jìn)一步的工作。No further action.b 如果間隙不大于0 mm (0 in):If the gap is not greater than 0 mm (0 in): 在下次起飛前執(zhí)行步驟(2)工卡533221-833-001-001。Do step (2) SUBTASK 533221-833-001-001 before next flight.(b)發(fā)送檢查報(bào)告Figure A-FRAAA - Sheet 01到S 和 。Send Inspection Report Figure A-FRAAA - Sheet 01 to S and .(2) 工卡533221-833-001-001- 根據(jù)檢查結(jié)果,更換螺釘和執(zhí)行長桁Y=0的損傷去除工作。Subtask 533221-833-001-001- Depending on the inspection results, replace the Screw and Do the Rework of the Stringer at Y=0.(a) 拆除盒子1030VB和和板,根據(jù)SRM 51-42-00。Remove the box 1030VB and the plate: In accordance with SRM 51-42-00.1 參考Fig. A-FBCAA Sheet 01拆除盒子。Remove the box:Refer to Fig. A-FBCAA Sheet 012 參考Fig. A-FBBAA Sheet 01 和 Fig. A-FBBAA Sheet 02拆除螺釘。Remove the screw: Refer to Fig. A-FBBAA Sheet 01 and Fig. A-FBBAA Sheet 02.3 參考Fig. A-FBCAA Sheet 01拆除板。Remove the plate: Refer to Fig. A-FBCAA Sheet 01.(b)在下次起飛前,參考Fig. A-FFAAA Sheet 01 執(zhí)行長桁Y=0的損傷去除工作。Do the rework of the stringer at Y=0 before next flight.
