1PLCPLCnameinEnglishProgrammableLogicController,theChinesecalledtheprogrammablelogiccontroller,basedoncomputertechnologyisanewtypeofindustrialcontroldevices.Itusesaclassofprogrammablememory,foritsinternalstorageprocedures,theimplementationoflogicoperations,sequencecontrol,timing,countingandarithmeticoperations,suchasuser-orientedinstruction,anddigitaloranaloginput/outputcontrolofalltypesthemechanicalorproductionprocess.PLCisaprogrammablelogiccircuits,andhardwareisalsoaverystrongcombinationoflanguage,inthesemiconductorhasaveryimportantapplication,isaplacewheretheresemiconductorPLC.Itsmainfeaturesincludethefollowing:1.Highreliability,stronganti-interferenceabilityHighreliabilityofelectricalcontrolequipmentisthekeytoperformance.PLCasaresultoftheuseofmodernlarge-scaleintegratedcircuittechnology,strictproductionprocess,theinternalcircuittotakeanadvancedanti-jammingtechnology,withhighreliability.Forexample,theproductionoftheMitsubishiFseriesPLCMTBFofupto300,000hours.SomeuseofthePLCsCPUredundancyMTBFlongerworkinghours.FromthePLCcircuitofthemachine,theuseofPLCcontrolsystemconstitutes,andthesamesizeoftherelaycontactsystem,electricalwiringandtheswitchcontacthasbeenreducedtoafewhundredsoreventhousandths,faultwillbegreatlyreduced.Inaddition,PLChardwarefailurewithself-detection,failurealarminformationintime.Intheapplicationsoftware,theapplicationalsocanbeincorporatedintotheexternaldevicefaultself-diagnosisprocedure,thesysteminadditiontothecircuitoutsidethePLCandequipmenthasalsobeentheprotectionFaultself-diagnosis.Inthisway,theentiresystemwithextremelyhighreliabilityisnotstrange.2.Completepackage,perfectfunctionsandapplicabilityDevelopmentofPLC,haveformedlarge,mediumandsmallseriesproductsofallsizes.Ofallsizescanbeusedforindustrialcontroloccasions.Inadditiontothelogicalprocessingfunctions,themostmodernPLCequippedwithasophisticatedcomputingpowerdatacanbeusedinavarietyofdigitalcontrol.PLCinrecentyearsalargenumberoffunctionalunits,sothatpenetrationtothepositionofPLCcontrol,temperaturecontrol,CNCandotherindustrialcontrol.CoupledwithenhancedcommunicationscapabilitiesPLCandhuman-machineinterfacetechnology,theuseofPLCcontrolsystemcomposedofavarietyofveryeasily.3.Easytolearnandusebyengineeringstaffwelcomes2PLCasageneral-purposeindustrialcontrolcomputer,istheindustrialcontrolequipmentforindustrialandminingenterprises.Itinterfaceseasily,easyprogramminglanguageforengineeringandtechnicalstaff.Ladderlanguagegraphicsymbolsandexpressions,andveryclosetotherelaycircuit,onlyasmallamountofPLClogiccontrolcommandswitchcaneasilyachievethefunctionsoftherelaycircuit.Isnotfamiliarwithelectroniccircuits,computerprinciplesanddonotuseassemblylanguagetoengageinindustrialcontrolcomputerandopenedthedoor.4.Systemdesign,constructionworkinsmall,easymaintenance,easytotransformPLCconnectionwithstorageinplaceoflogiclogic,greatlyreducingthewiringandexternalcontrolequipmenttocontroldesignandconstructionofthecycleismuchshorter,atthesametimehasbecomeeasytomaintain.Moreimportantly,theequipmenthavebeenchangedsothatthesameproceduretochangetheproductionprocesspossible.Itissuitableformulti-variety,smallbatchproductionofoccasions.5.Smallsize,lightweight,lowenergyconsumptionToultra-smallPLCasanexample,thenewvarietiesproducedatthebottomofsizelessthan100mm,weightlessthan150g,justafewwattspowerconsumption.Duetosmallsizeeasilyintotheinternalmachinerytoachievetheidealofmechanicalandelectricalcontrolequipmentintegration.ThereasonwhywechoosetheabovereasonsPLC,itsbasicstructurecanbe?Fromthesub-structure,PLCisdividedintofixedandmodular(modular)two.FixedPLCincludingCPUboards,I/Oboard,displaypanel,memoryblocks,powerandsoon,intoacombinationoftheseelementsarenotremovableasawhole.ModularPLCincludingtheCPUmodule,I/Omodules,memory,powersupplymodules,backplane,orchassis,themodulescanbeconfiguredaccordingtocertainrulesofcombination.PLCsoftwaresystembythesystemproceduresanduserprogramcomposedoftwoparts.Systemprocedures,includingmonitoringprocedures,compiler,diagnosticprocedures,mainlyforthemanagementoftheentiremachine,programminglanguagewillbetranslatedintomachinelanguage,machinefaultdiagnosis.SystemsoftwareprovidedbythePLCmanufacturersandhasbeencuringintheEPROMcannotdirectlyaccessandintervention.Userprogramistheusercontrolatthescene,thePLCprogramminglanguageusedinthepreparationofapplications(thatis,logiccontrol)isusedtoachieveavarietyofcontrol.STEP7forSIMATICprogrammablelogiccontrollerofthestandardconfigurationandprogrammingsoftwarepackage,thatis,userprograms,weareusedtocarryoutSTEP7hardwareconfigurationandlogic3programming,logicprogramming,aswellasresultsoftheimplementationofonlinesurveillance.PLCcourseofdevelopmentintheindustrialproductionprocess,alargenumberofswitchestocontrolthevolumeoftheorder,whichinaccordancewiththetermsoftheorderofthelogicofaction,andinaccordancewiththelogicoftherelationshipbetweenthechaintoprotectthecontrolaction,andalargenumberofdiscretevolumedatacollection.Traditionally,thesefunctionsthroughpneumaticorelectricalcontrolsystemtoachieve.However,withadvancesinindustrialization,PLChascomeinawiderangeofapplications,anditsspecificapplicationofironandsteel,petroleum,chemical,electricpower,buildingmaterials,machinerymanufacturing,automobile,textile,transportation,environmentalprotectionandculturalentertainmentandotherindustries,theuseofmoreorlessswitchcanbesummarizedinthelogiccontrol,analogcontrol,motioncontrol,processcontrol,dataprocessing,communicationsandnetworking.21,PLCwillhavegreaterdevelopment.Fromatechnicalpointofview,thenewachievementsincomputertechnologywillbemoreprogrammablecontrollerusedinthedesignandmanufacturing,therewillbefaster,biggerstoragecapacity,intelligentspeciesemergedstronger;fromtheproductscaleofview,furthertothedirectionofultra-smallandlargedevelopment;fromthematchingofproducts,thevarietyofproductswillbemorerich,morecompletespecifications,theperfectman-machineinterface,acomprehensivecommunicationsequipmentwillbebetteradaptedtoavarietyofindustrialcontrolthedemandforplaces;fromthemarketpointofview,theproductionofmorevarietiesoftheirrespectiveproductsasinternationalcompetitionandtobreak,therewillbeafewbrandmonopolysituationintheinternationalmarket,therewillbeinternationalprogramminglanguage;fromthedevelopmentofthenetwork,theprogrammablecontrollersandotherindustrialcontrolcomputernetworkconstitutesalarge-scaleprogrammablelogiccontrollercontrolsystemisthedevelopmentdirectionoftechnology.Atpresent,computerdistributedcontrolsystemDCS(DistributedControlSystem)hasbeenalargenumberofprogrammablecontrollerapplications.Alongwiththedevelopmentofcomputernetworks,programmablecontrollers,asautomationandcontrolnetworksandinternationalnetworks,animportantpartinindustryandindustrialfieldsotherthanplayanincreasingrole.4可編程控制器PLC英文全稱ProgrammableLogicController,中文全稱為可編程邏輯控制器,是以計算機(jī)技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)的新型工業(yè)控制裝置。它采用一類可編程的存儲器,用于其內(nèi)部存儲程序,執(zhí)行邏輯運算,順序控制,定時,計數(shù)與算術(shù)操作等面向用戶的指令,并通過數(shù)字或模擬式輸入/輸出控制各種類型的機(jī)械或生產(chǎn)過程。PLC是可編程邏輯電路,也是一種和硬件結(jié)合很緊密的語言,在半導(dǎo)體方面有很重要的應(yīng)用,可以說有半導(dǎo)體的地方就有PLC。其主要包括以下幾個特點:1可靠性高,抗干擾能力強(qiáng)高可靠性是電氣控制設(shè)備的關(guān)鍵性能。PLC由于采用現(xiàn)代大規(guī)模集成電路技術(shù),采用嚴(yán)格的生產(chǎn)工藝制造,內(nèi)部電路采取了先進(jìn)的抗干擾技術(shù),具有很高的可靠性。例如三菱公司生產(chǎn)的F系列PLC平均無故障時間高達(dá)30萬小時。一些使用冗余CPU的PLC的平均無故障工作時間則更長。從PLC的機(jī)外電路來說,使用PLC構(gòu)成控制系統(tǒng),和同等規(guī)模的繼電接觸器系統(tǒng)相比,電氣接線
