GraduateEmploymentReportCollegeenrollmentpolicysothatthenumberofstudentssurging,butalsoontheemploymentsituationofuniversitygraduateswhohavecreatedatremendousimpact,employmenthasbecomedifficultforanindisputablefact.Graduationonunemploymentseemstohavebecomeageneralpsychologystudents.Foreachuniversitystudents,theearlyplanningtheircareers,todeterminetheirowncareerobjectiveandsubjectivefactorsanalysis,summarizeandtodeterminethegoalscanbeinacompetitiveemploymentenvironmentinaninvincibleposition.Inresponsetothissocialphenomenon,wehavestartedonthecollegestudentsemploymentquestionnaire.Surveydataanalysis:Collegegraduatesareveryimportantonthetalentmarketofhumanresources,inrecentyears,withthelarge-scalecollegeenrollment,thenumberofundergraduatesinasharpincreaseinthenumberofgraduateshasbeenrising,isfollowedbygraduatesofemployment.Infact,graduatesandbusinessesintheabsenceofeffectivechannelsofcommunicationbetweentheenterprisesemployingthestandard,enterprisepersonnelselectioncriteriadidnoteffectivelypassthetimecollegestudents,collegestudentscultivatealackofmarket-oriented.Thismakesemploymentofuniversitygraduateslacksufficientinformation,resultinginblindnessofemployment.Collegegraduatesareveryimportantonthetalentmarketofhumanresources,inrecentyears,withthelarge-scalecollegeenrollment,thenumberofundergraduatesinasharpincreaseinthenumberofgraduateshasbeenrising,isfollowedbygraduatesofemployment.Infact,graduatesandbusinessesintheabsenceofeffectivechannelsofcommunicationbetweentheenterprisesemployingthestandard,enterprisepersonnelselectioncriteriadidnoteffectivelypassthetimecollegestudents,collegestudentscultivatealackofmarket-oriented.Thismakesemploymentofuniversitygraduateslacksufficientinformation,resultinginblindnessofemployment.Objectivesofthesurvey:Mainlyaimedatunderstandingtheemploymentexpectationsofcollegestudents,self-evaluationofthequalityofschoolcareersguidance,employmentsituationandtheviewsofthecurrentemploymentsituationaimedatunderstandingtheimpactofuniversitystudents;throughtheinvestigationoffactorsaffectingemploymentofuniversitystudents,andbetterregulatetheemployingunittherelationshipbetweenthesupplyanddemandandgraduates;forcontemporarycollegestudentsinthedevelopmentofcareerplanningtomakeanewdescription;tohelpstudentsknowthemselvesasquicklyaspossible,theschoolprovidesstudentswithemploymentguidance,toenablestudentstopursuecareers.Forstudentsinthefutureareferencetotheemploymentprocess.Findingsandrecommendations:Inthesurveylearnedthattheinformationontheemploymentconcernsofcollegestudentsisstillrelativelysmall,only24%ofthestudentssaidhadbeenconcernedabouttheemploymentinformation,while71%ofthestudentsconcernedonlyoccasionally,whentheysawandlistentothenext.Thedegreeofconcernontheemploymentscenario,adirectimpactonthepreparationsmadefortheselectedoccupationallevelandbroughtabouttheachievementsofthefuturelevelofemployment.Moststudentsexpressedconcernforthefuturework,butinreallifethereisverylittleofthisessentialeffort.TypicalYangaoshoudiperformance.Accordingtothissummaryintothereasons:1.Becausethestudentsarestillcozyandcomfortablecampuslife,theintensesociallife,thereisnotenoughunderstood.Remainedeconomicallydependentontheirparents,forgetthepressureonemploymentcausedbytension,suchastheschoolday,stilllife,school,classdismissed,forlackofanaccurateunderstandingofemploymentandawareness.2.Schoolscareerguidancenotinplace.Studentssaidthatalthoughtheschoolofferedcareerguidanceclasses,butonlyavaguetalkaboutsomegreattruths,thelackofarealoperationalcapability.Self-knowledge,includingpersonalinterestandexpertise,personalcharacterandvalues,personalgoalsandneedsofthechosenindividualsemotionalintelligence,personalworkexperience,personalqualificationsandcompetenceoftheindividualaspectssuchasphysicalconditions,isacareeranimportantpartofplanning.Insomeunitsoftheunderstandingthattheneedsofstudentsshouldhavethebasicqualityshouldincludeideologicalhealthandmorality,discipline,andstressingintegrity,goodcoordination,easyandothersincharacter,andwithstrongprofessionalandtechnicalknowledgeandbasiclegalknowledge.Surveyshowsthat60%ofstudentsbelievethatthedifficultsituationcausedbytheemployment,inadditiontosocialpressureandthatenterprisesemployingfewerfactors,themainproblemliesthelackoftheirownworkexperience,lackofactualcombatexperienceisafatalfactor.Atpresenttheoverallqualityofstudentsandabilitiesofindividualsmissing,outstandingperformancerelativelackofsocialworkexperience,lackofabilitytosolvepracticalproblems,thelackofhardpioneeringspiritofcooperationandcommunicationwiththepeoplethereareobstacles.Inthesurveyfoundthat57%ofthestudentsthatself-expressionandinterpersonalrelationsarethemselvesthebiggestjobencounteredproblems.Careergoalistobeexpected,therearesomepossiblegoals.Thechoiceofcareergoalsisnoestablishedformulaatall,thekeyistobebasedonself-reality,whichrequiresustounderstandthemselves.Toknowthemselvesthroughpersonalanalysis,itisestimatedtheirownabilitytoconfirmtheirowncharacter,findtheirinterests,identifytheirstrengths,tomeasurethegapbetweenthemselvesandtherebytodeveloptheirowntoshapetheirown,sothattheirtalentsintofullplay.However,investigationsshowedthatmoststudentsoftheirownabilities,interests,occupationtendtolackthedepthofunderstandingofthenaturalrightcareergoalistovague.Occupationalexpectationsfactorscanbedividedintothreeaspects,prestigestatusstabilityfactor(locationandunits,socialandeconomicfactors,thevalue(whetherornottodeveloptheirownabilities,theirideal),thevalue(theeconomicconditions,wagesandbenefits,).Thesurveyrespondentspayandbenefits,geographicallocation,nature,theirownideals,theeconomicconditions,parents,socialandeconomicfactors,canplaytotheirtalents,bythemselvesinthechoiceofwork,theroleofthesmallsort.Thechoiceofprofession,theprimaryfactorintheselectionofthepayandbenefits,geographicallocation,natureandtheirparentsdecisiontostudentsinthefirstpriority,followedbytheirownideals,canplaytotheirtalents,theeconomicconditions,socialandeconomicfactorsthatboysandgirlsthereisnosignificantdifferences.AccordingtothesurveyfoundthatthestudentstotheirjobsfortheunitnatureNegativeorpay,therelativelyhigh,butnow,theemploymentsituationdoesnotseemtoallowinexperiencedstudentstochoosejobs,collegestudentssrequesthadbeenreducedbymany,manystudentshaveexpressedtheirsupportforthefirstemployment,andthenchooseconcept.Inthefuturewillnotengageinprofessionalwork,thereare61?Studentsareacceptable,recruitmentunitstothedevelopmentprospectsandwages.Thecompanyinemployment,thereare58?Studentscanbeexpressedthehopethatthegovernmentdepartmentsandenterprises,andthepeoplewhoonlyafewenterprisesofthestudentssaidtheywouldconsiderthatthisisambitiousuniversitystudents,itseemsimpractical.大學(xué)生就業(yè)調(diào)查報(bào)告高校擴(kuò)招的政策使大學(xué)生的人數(shù)飆漲,同時(shí)也對大學(xué)生畢業(yè)后的就業(yè)形勢造成了極大的影響,就業(yè)難早已成為一個(gè)不爭的事實(shí)?!爱厴I(yè)就失業(yè)”似乎也已經(jīng)成為大學(xué)生的普遍心理。對每個(gè)大學(xué)生來說,及早規(guī)劃自己的職業(yè)生涯,對決定自己的職業(yè)生涯的主客觀因素進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)和測定,確定奮斗目標(biāo),才能在競爭激烈的就業(yè)環(huán)境中處于不敗之地。針對這一社會(huì)現(xiàn)象,我們展開了關(guān)于大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題的調(diào)查問卷。調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)分析:高校畢業(yè)生是人才市場上非常重要的人力資源,近年,隨著高校大規(guī)模的擴(kuò)招,在校大學(xué)生人數(shù)急劇上升,畢業(yè)生人數(shù)也逐年增加,隨之而來的就是畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題。而事實(shí)上,在畢業(yè)生和企業(yè)之間缺少有效的溝通渠道,企業(yè)的用人標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、企業(yè)人才的選擇條件沒有在有效的時(shí)間的傳遞給大學(xué)生,大學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)缺乏市場導(dǎo)向。這使大學(xué)生就業(yè)時(shí)缺乏足夠信息,從而產(chǎn)生就業(yè)盲目性。調(diào)查目的:主要了解在
