英文文獻(xiàn)HYDRAULICEQUIPMENTOFPLIABLEFORCEFORMAINTENANCEANDMECHANICALWORKINGAbstract.ThecollaborationbetweentheHydraulicandPneumaticActingSystemsEngineeringDepartmentandtheSCHYDRAMOLDSRLfirmledtotherealizationofsomeperformancesproductsonthehydraulicsandpneumaticssegment.Thepaperproposestoofferthemostrepresentativehydraulicpliableequipmentsforceformechanicalworkingandmaintenance.Abigpartfromthehydraulicequipmentsispatentedorclaimofpatent,thetechnologyandtechnologicaloriginalitybeingtotallypartofthose.Becausethepaperhasaprevalenttechnicalcharacter,inthepresentationwillbegotoffespeciallytheperformancecharacteristicsoftheareasusedandthehydraulicequipmentsadvantagesofthepliableforce.Keywords:hydraulicequipment,maintenance,mecanicalworking.1.IntroductionThemulti-functionalmodularequipments,pliable,formechanicalworking,thatarebasedonthehydraulicdrivearedestinedtothemanufacturingplantIMMalsotothemanufacturingplantofmaintenanceofthebigcompanyframeworkfromenergetic,petrochemistry,transport.AlltheequipmentswhatareadducedinworkaresubmittedintheframeworkofDISAHPresearchandmakethestudyofotherpapers.Takingaccountthefinitespaceofawork,therewillbeproposedfromthelargepaletteofhydraulicpliableequipmentsforceanewormodernizedequipmentsseriesfromeachsegmentdevelopedbytheSCHYDRAMOLDSRLfirm(pressuresources,hydraulicpresses,hydraulictools,hydraulicequipmentof3000bar,hydraulicliftequipment),followingasinthenextworksitwillbepublishedothermodernhydraulicequipments.2.HydraulicEquipmentsAnalysisForce2.1PressureSourcesThepressuresourcesoftheforcehydraulicequipmentsyieldedbytheSCHYDRAMOLDSRLare:thehydraulicactingunitsthathaveelectricorthermalengineandthehydraulicmanualorpedalpumps.HydraulicdriveunitdescriptionwithelectricengineTheelectro-hydraulicdriveunitsHUEHarehighpressuresourcesforthehydrauliccylindersupplyingwithsimpleordoubleactionfromsomeequipmentsstructure,hydraulicinstallationsorappliances,andtheyworkwithrelativesmallrateflowandpressuresofuntil700bars,(Fig.1).Theworkingdevelopedpressurecanbeadjusteddependingontask:30-700bar.Fig.1Theelectro-hydraulicdriveunit11-electricengine;2-multiplier;3-oilreceiver;4-operatorsdesk.Table1AdvantagesTheelectro-hydraulicdriveunitadvantages(HUEH)are:theyofferthepossibilitytomaintainintothepressure,respectivelythehydraulicobstructofthetaskanddisposeofaprecisesettingofthepressuredependingonthetaskuntil700bar;itallowsthepermanentcontrolofthecylinderstrokeandalsotheautomaticcommutationfromthefirststeptothesecondpressuresteprespectivelyfromthefaststarttothetechnologicalbreakthrough;itallowselectricremotecommand,whilethechargingvoltageisof24Vcc,havingtheoiltemperaturemonitoringpossibilityandtheautomaticdisconnecttothevalueof55C;ithasthehydrauliccomponentsofthehydraulicpanel(pump,valve,slidevalve)anditfunctionsinoptimalbehaviortomaximumfromthehalfnominalpressure,providingforadvancedreliability;ithasalowlevelnoise(under70db);itconfersthesimultaneoussupplyingpossibilityof2,3or4cylinders-throughtoanattachedbranch2,3.ThehydraulicdriveunitdescriptionwithheatengineThehydraulicdriveunitswithheatengine(HUMUTH)proceedfromthenewproductsscalewithadistinguishedresilienceintothefield,andtheyfunctionwithsmallflowrateandpressuresofuntil700bar,(fig.2).Fig.2Thehydraulicdriveunitwithheatengine41-heatengine;2-multiplier;3-operatorsdesk;4-oilreceiver.Table2Thehydraulicdriveunitcharacteristicswithheatengine1.Thehydraulicdriveunitwithheatenginehasamanualcommandforthestartandthechangingofthepressurestepsfromthe1ststeptothe2ndstepitmakesmanualtoo4.AdvantagesThehydraulicdriveunitofferssimilaradvantageswiththosepresentedatthehydraulicdriveunitwithelectricengine.Theadditionaladvantageconsistsofthemobilityintothefieldastheresultofalowweightanditdoesntdependofafixedpowersource(forexampletheconnectedoftheunittothelinesystem).2.2.HydraulicPressesThehydraulicpressworkshopHPH-075iscomposedfromastandshutframework(fixedtoptraversecolumns,adjustablebottomtraverse,basicplate)removable,ahydrauliccylinderwithdoubleactionHCHD-075.150installedonatransversalcarriage,aplatesset,pressingboltsandnuts,(Fig.3).Fig.3.Thehydraulicpress75tf1-Basicplate;2-Columns;3-Bottomtraverse;4-HydrauliccylinderHCHD-075.125;5-Toptraverse;6-Pressingbolts;7-Pressingplates.Table3Thehydraulicpresscharacteristics1.Amongthedirectapplicationsofthishydraulicpressesdeservereminded:pressingandgearpulleroffofthetransmissionshaftsfromthegearboxes;pressingandpullerballbearingsfromtheattackpinionsfromthetaperinggroups;pressingandextractionfromjammedsubsets;colddeformationforvariousproofsample.AdvantagesThehydraulicpresshasamodularconstruction,removable,havinganindexedsettlementsystemoftheinferiortraverse,atthevariousdeterminateheightsofrangeof75mm.Thetransversecarriageofpressrepresentsaneasysettlementsystemofthehydrauliccylinderpositionallowingthusthepressingaxleregulation;Thehydraulicpresshasplatesset,boltsandpressingnutsfortherealizationofalltechnologicaloperations;Fromthepressprojectresultanoptimalreportbetweenitsweightandachievedforceowingtotheactingtomaximumpressures700bar,ase
