3、單據(jù)的匯票） (2)跟單托收 Documentary Collection a.付款交單：D/P (Documents against Payment )代收行在收到進(jìn)口方貨款后，將匯票及所附的貨運單據(jù)交付給進(jìn)口方。按時間不同又分為： 即期付款交單： D/P at sight, sight D/P 遠(yuǎn)期付款交單： D/P after sight,5,b. 承兌交單：D/A (Documents against Acceptance) 出口方在貨物付運后，開具進(jìn)口方為付款人的遠(yuǎn)期匯票，連同各種貨運單據(jù)一并交委托行寄往進(jìn)口方代收行；代收行在進(jìn)口方承兌匯票后，將跟單匯票交給付款人，進(jìn)口方于匯票到期日

4、付清貨款。 裝運單據(jù)shipping documents,如:商業(yè)發(fā)票、裝箱單、提單等,6,3.信用證（L/C) 國際貿(mào)易最常用的支付方法是L/C,這是一種可靠又安全的支付方式便于賣方與陌生的買方進(jìn)行交易，并對買賣雙方都有保障,7,信用證的支付程序： 1、進(jìn)口商要求其銀行開立以出口商為受益人的信用證。 2、進(jìn)口商銀行開立信用證，并將其寄給出口商國家的往來銀行。因進(jìn)口商銀行開立信用證，故被稱為開證行。 3、出口商銀行收到開證行的信用證后將其遞交給出口商。由于該銀行把信用證遞交給了出口商，故被稱為通知行。 4、出口商完成裝運并準(zhǔn)備即期匯票及所有的裝運單據(jù)，然后把匯票和裝運單據(jù)遞交通知行要求議付，即

5、要求付款。通知行幫助出口商取得貨款。 5、通知行把匯票及裝運單據(jù)寄給開證行要求支付。 6、開證行收到匯票及裝運單據(jù)后把它們遞交給進(jìn)口商。 7、開證行，此時被稱為付款行把貨款匯給通知行 8、 通知行收到貨款后交給出口商,8,在其他付款方式中，銀行職能作托收和匯付的工作，對進(jìn)口商不付貨款不予負(fù)責(zé)；而在信用證的情況下，開證行以自己的信用為交易墊付貨款。 就賣方的利益來說，信用證（L/C）比付款交單（D/P）好，D/P at sight 比D/P after sight 好，而付款交單（D/P）又比承兌交單（D/A)好。在國際貿(mào)易中，只在進(jìn)口商財務(wù)狀況良好，或過去一系列業(yè)務(wù)中進(jìn)口商付款可靠，從而取得出
