Some hold that pressure is something very vicious. If there is too much of it, it will lead to the decline of ones physical an

3、d mental health. So they are always plaining about it or trying to flee from it. They think, only relaxation, the opposite of pressure, is what we should desire. On the other hand, others argue that pressure is not as bad as is often thought. In fact a _rtain amount of pressure is essential to provi

4、de motivation and meaning to our life. It is pressure that propels our progress and contributes to our suess. Personally, Im in favor of the latter idea. I believe that a little pressure is _rtainly an important in _ntive in life. It is only when the pressure gets out of control can it lead to poor

5、perfor _n _ and bad health. Sin _ it is impossible to avoid pressure, _rtainly there is no sense trying to do so or plaining about it. Stress is a state of being upset that happens when we are under pressure. Both our feelings and our bo _s get upset. We can even get emotionally and physically sick

6、if we have too much stress for too long. Stress can e at us from every direction. For instan _, it can e from fights with other people. It can e when we have too _ny things to do and too little time to do them. It can also e when we do not have enough money to pay for what we want. Sin _ stress can

7、_ke us sick, we have to learn how to deal with it. There are good ways and bad ways to do so. We should deal with stress in good ways, of course. Good ways to cut down on stress include changing our lifestyles. For example, we can learn either to get along with people or to stay away from them. We c

8、an decide what to do now, what to do later, and what to leave off doing forever. We can also figure out how to get money or we can cut down on what we want. We should not deal with stress in bad ways because bad ways to cut down on stress just lead to more troubles, for example, skipping out and lea

9、ving our work undone, blaming our problems on someone else, stealing or cheating. With the development of society, the petition of the entire society is more and more intense, causing increasing pressure to people. Stress of study, work and life are ubiquitous, but how can we deal with it? Here are

10、some tips that I hope can be useful. Firstly, keep good health. A healthy body is the premise to fa _ presure. Its the least capacity to cope with stress when a person is sick. Secondly, to aept the pressure. The reason why _ny people can not cope with stress is that they resist and escape it. Actua

11、lly, there always is trouble and problems on _ we chose a path to go, because almost everything worth doing is not so easy. Thirdly, solve the problem, rather than plain about it. Many people plain about the surroundings and dont think about the solutions when fa _d with problems. We all know that p

12、laint can do nothing but only let you down. As long as the problem not solved, the pressure is always there. Fourthly, _ others your pressure and get help from them. Lots of pressure cant be solved by our own and the rational way is talking the pressure to work _tes or friends to get help from them.

13、 But the premise to do so is that we dont intend to put pressure to others but to seek help and support to solve problems. Of course, there also are some other ways to cope with stress, such as readjusting goal and expectation, playing games to relax, even shopping or eating. But no _tter how, solvi

14、ng the problem that causes stress is the best way. In China, the number of college students increases every year, as more and more students get the college education, college students are under great pressure. We hear from the news that a lot of students cant find jobs after graduation, then the nex

15、t year, the other students gets graduating, the two years students pete for the jobs! I just cant i _gine such situation. The pressure from college students is getting greater, they should relieve it now and then, because too much pressure will bring bad effect, some _y distort their minds, on _ the

16、ir emotion cant relieve in time, some tragical things _y happen. It is said that some students _ themselves because they have much pressure. Everybody will have pressure, but we must know that pressure brings motivation, at the same time, it also brings burden, we have to balan _ it. When we deal wi

As students, we have to endure the pressure from examination, from homework and from our parents expectations.As workers, people are fa _d with the pressure from deadline, from difficulties and from finan _ and so on.

18、Here I would like to give some suggestions about relieving pressure. First of all, to confide to others is an efficient way for relieving pressure. When we feel so anxious and worried that we cannot continue to work or study, go to talk with our friends or family members and we will get some relief and feel better. Second, to do some exercises is another way to relieve pressure. If we are under pressure for a long time, doing some exercises
