4、方承擔。如果檢驗機構(gòu)發(fā)現(xiàn)貨物與合同所述不符，賣方必須在裝貨前更換，由此產(chǎn)生的費用和時間延誤由賣方承擔。如果在卸貨港有政府強制檢查的，則由買方負責。保險 : 保險費用由買方承擔。熏蒸：貨物裝箱后須進行熏蒸，由賣方負責，并最終在裝貨港簽發(fā)熏蒸證書。Article 2: Packing, Marking, Inspection and Insurance.Packing ： In single PP bags of 50 kgs net. 24、ort to these marketsafter obtaining approval from the ministry of industry and trade of thailand第十一條：異議索賠如果貨物品質(zhì)、 數(shù)量、重量發(fā)現(xiàn)與合同規(guī)定不符，除了在途的品質(zhì)重量的一般自然變化以及損失，應由輪船公司或者保險公司負責外，買方有權(quán)在貨物到達目的口岸后30 天以內(nèi)對貨物的品質(zhì)、數(shù)量、重量提出賠償要求。但需提供經(jīng)賣方同意的公證行的檢驗證明。如責任屬于賣方者， 賣方于收到異議20 天內(nèi)答復買方并提出處理意見Article 11: ClaimDiscrepancy and claims: if
