3、系。改革后，原 計(jì)算機(jī)軟件專業(yè)技術(shù)資格（水平）考試”，簡(jiǎn)稱軟考， 改名為計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)與軟件專業(yè)技術(shù)資格（水平）考試”，簡(jiǎn)稱資格考試。 在新的資格考試制度中，最大的變化是該考試成為了計(jì)算機(jī)類專業(yè)技 術(shù)人才職稱評(píng)定的唯一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，徹底實(shí)現(xiàn)了以考代評(píng)的職稱評(píng)定機(jī)制。 計(jì)算機(jī)專業(yè)技術(shù)資格（水平）考試納入全國(guó)專業(yè)技術(shù)人員職業(yè)資格證 書(shū)制度統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃，實(shí)施全國(guó)統(tǒng)一考試后不再進(jìn)行計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)與軟件相 應(yīng)專業(yè)和級(jí)別的專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)任職資格評(píng)審工作。新軟考對(duì)報(bào)考人員的報(bào)考條件無(wú)任何限制，可以說(shuō)只要根據(jù)要求在全 國(guó)各指定考點(diǎn)報(bào)了名，就可以參加全國(guó)統(tǒng)一考試了。而且考試范圍較 原來(lái)更加廣泛，涉及計(jì)算機(jī)軟件、計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用
