The Lighting Designer agrees to meet with the Client, Architect, Landscape Architect, Interior Designer, Graphic Designer, Electrical En

6、gineer and the Ownersz representatives with the Client present, on aspects of the design to complete the Lighting Design照明設(shè)計(jì)師同意與建筑師.景觀建筑師.電氣工程師.及屮方代表碰而并進(jìn)行與照明設(shè)計(jì)有關(guān)之 會(huì)議。2. The Lighting Designer agrees to be present at a reasonable number of meetings called by the Client, provided reas on able no tice i

7、s give n and con flicts due to prior commitments can be avoided照明設(shè)計(jì)師同意出席由建筑師或屮方代表召開Z合理次數(shù)的會(huì)議，并應(yīng)事先通知以避免爭(zhēng)議。Responsibilities & Obliqations 責(zé)任和義務(wù)1. All lighting design by AILD must comply or does not contradict with local code and regulations. AILD燈光設(shè)計(jì)需符合或不抵觸國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)規(guī)范2. AILD must work with releva nt party t

Budget study.依此概念提供燈具的預(yù)算6. Preliminary power estimate and lighting system requirement.依此概念提供燈具的電 力要求及控制系統(tǒng)要求階段 H -DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PHASE擴(kuò)初設(shè)計(jì)階段一于甲方提供定案的設(shè)計(jì)擴(kuò)初圖紙

11、后完成工作時(shí)間*五周，交付設(shè)計(jì)成果份數(shù)：兩份A3文本、一份電子版1. Revised lighting layouts in accordance with project process 依照項(xiàng)目發(fā)展的情形，更新 或修止相關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì)圖而，來說明變更之處。2. Provide lighting layout 提供照明配置圖3. Provide luminaire schedule and estimate power load 提供燈具表及電魚估算表4. Proved cost estimate提供燈具估算表階段 III -TENDER DOCUMENTATION PHASE施工圖設(shè)計(jì)階段一于甲

12、方提供定案的設(shè)計(jì)施工圖紙后完成工作時(shí)間，五周，交付設(shè)計(jì)成果份數(shù)，兩份A3文本.一份電子版1. Revised lighting layouts in accordance with project process 依照項(xiàng)目發(fā)展的情形，更新 或修止相關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì)圖而，來說明變更之處。2. Provide updated luminaire schedule 更新燈具表3. Provide luminaire mounting details 提供安裝節(jié)點(diǎn)4. prepare luminaire specification 準(zhǔn)備燈具規(guī)范5. Completion of documentation pa

13、ckage for tendering purposes 完成招*示文件（包括燈具 描述.廠牌型號(hào).光源類型.瓦特?cái)?shù).表而處理.安裝位過.數(shù)雖及廠商聯(lián)系數(shù)據(jù)。此份文件可 以由主要顧問整合放入建筑師或電氣工程師之招標(biāo)文件內(nèi)。）& Prepare control schedule and diagram提供燈具控制表及回路圖，以解釋待定照明控制區(qū) 域要求。階段 IV -TENDER EVALUATION AND CO ORDINATION / CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION招標(biāo)及施工階段一配合甲方招標(biāo)時(shí)間及施工進(jìn)度完成此階段工作1. Assess tenderers and

14、 selection of manufacturers 協(xié)助業(yè)主評(píng)選燈具廠商2. Review and comment tender documents 審孩投標(biāo)書3. Review lighting shop drawings, fixture samples and control systems with Architects and Electrical Engineers審孩施工制造圖、燈具樣木及控制設(shè)備。建筑師及電機(jī)技師也需檢 視由照明設(shè)計(jì)師所規(guī)范之施工制造圖及燈具。4. Issue tender review reports & recommendations.提交評(píng)估報(bào)告及建議

Conduct shop & site / field inspection as required在屮方要求下至現(xiàn)場(chǎng)視察燈具的安裝 情形。照明設(shè)計(jì)師之現(xiàn)場(chǎng)視察與承包商之現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)工不同。& Prepare field reports for rectifications.準(zhǔn)備施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)審孩報(bào)告階段 V -FINAL TESTING & COMMISSIONING驗(yàn)收階段一配合甲方招標(biāo)時(shí)間及施工進(jìn)度完成此階段工作1. Field inspection for luminaires installation 檢査現(xiàn)場(chǎng)燈具安裝2. Make site visits to evaluate and

16、direct final adjustments 在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)評(píng)估并指導(dǎo)燈具的最終 調(diào)試3. Supervise the setting-up & commisHoning of lighting scheme 對(duì)照明場(chǎng)杲及燈具提出 最終意見.4. 17、l site adjustment 岀席現(xiàn)場(chǎng)最后評(píng)估及調(diào)整D. 額外服務(wù)以下是不包括在上述基本服務(wù)的工作范甬例子，將以額外服務(wù)計(jì)費(fèi)，開始工作前需先得到屮方之書而 同意，額外服務(wù)將以項(xiàng)次G.費(fèi)用之工時(shí)表費(fèi)率收費(fèi)。：1. 因?yàn)闃I(yè)主要求變更空內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)公司，致便照明設(shè)計(jì)需要變更時(shí)，將以額外服務(wù)計(jì)費(fèi)。2. 經(jīng)由業(yè)主核可之照明設(shè)計(jì)，若業(yè)主要求其它可行照明方案或工作范I荊時(shí)，將計(jì)以額外服務(wù)收費(fèi)。3. 因業(yè)主要求制作照明模型，實(shí)齡室測(cè)試或是收集研究數(shù)據(jù)所花Z時(shí)間將以額外服務(wù)計(jì)費(fèi)。4. 因業(yè)主要求，設(shè)計(jì)師加速材料運(yùn)送所產(chǎn)生之時(shí)間費(fèi)用將以額外服務(wù)收費(fèi)。E. Work not included 非服務(wù)項(xiàng)目The fo

25、ing in delay or changes in the lighting design work, the Lighting Designer shall be relieved of any obligation to meet project schedules and overtime or additional work resulting from such delays will be considered Additional Services.屮方負(fù)資協(xié)調(diào).管理所有顧問方及項(xiàng)口其它單位。所有與乙方有關(guān)的項(xiàng)口文件及彤響乙方工作的怡息 都應(yīng)及時(shí)提供給乙方，包括但不限于如下內(nèi)容

26、：會(huì)議紀(jì)要.圖紙及草圖.建筑技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)的相關(guān)文件如 工程圖紙.表格.決定.評(píng)判.規(guī)范.預(yù)算及變更。所有因甲方的不當(dāng)管理，倍息傳遞不暢等原因 引起的工程延誤或設(shè)計(jì)變更，乙方?jīng)]有義務(wù)按照時(shí)間進(jìn)度完成工作2. The Lighting Designer agrees to alter Conceptual Design and Schematic Studies, as necessary, for areas described under the Scope of Work at no additional fee.Comme ncement of work by the Lighting Des

27、ig ner on the Con tract Docume nts Phase, as authorized by the Client, shall constitute the Client/s approval of previous phases of work by the Lighting Designer.對(duì)于設(shè)計(jì)范甬內(nèi)的照明設(shè)計(jì)概念及方案變更，乙方將不另收費(fèi)。對(duì)于招標(biāo)圖階段的工作，乙方將在屮 方確認(rèn)前一階段工作并獲得甲方認(rèn)可后進(jìn)行。3. Upon approval by the Client of the proposed Lighting Design, any alter

28、ations to the Lighting Design or to the Scope of Work necessitated by the Clients requirements shall be billed as Additional Services所有經(jīng)由屮方確認(rèn)的照明設(shè)計(jì)，如出現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)變更將記以額外收費(fèi)。4. The Lighting Designer agrees to secure written permission from the Client prior to performing additional work billable as an Additional

Termination 終止合約This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon five (5) calendar days of receipt of written notice Work products and materials prepar
